While exploring the enchanting landscapes of Japan, Sam strolled along the serene riverbank, eager to practice his Japanese language skills. Sam: What kind of sicko would leave a baby by the river!?!
Baby girl: "Cries still"
Sam: Okay, just-just chill out kid!
Baby girl: more cries!
Sam: What the heck do I do? Uh Rock-a-bye baby on the treetop....
baby girl: Waaaah! Waaaaah!
Sam: When the wind blows the cradle will rock...
Baby girl: Goo?
Sam: Hey, it's working! When the bough breaks breaks the cradle will fall...
Baby Girl: Goo gah goo goo!
Then the baby girl grabs Sam's shirt.
Sam: And down will come.... OW!!
Baby girl: Gah Goo!
Sam: Geez kid, get a pair of glasses! Do I look like your mom?!
Then Sam felt some kind of tingle grow through out his body.
Sam: Huh? What the?
Then Sam watch as two bumps began to grow on his chest the the point where the small infant girl rip open his shirt to reveal two large breast and then the baby girl went to town on Sam's new breast.
Sam: HOLY CRAP!
Baby Girl: Goo gah! Gah gah goo!
Sam: No...Stop...I....I'M NOT YOUR.....mama? (mom?)

As Sam transform into a new mother for the abandon girl the area around them warp as they were sent to a infant room. Sam's mind gave into her new mind as Shigeko who is breast feeding her daughter Seiko.
Shigeko: Hai... Nomu... Watashi no miruku o sukoshi seikō o nomimasu! (Yes...Drink...Drink my milk little Seiko!)
