I wanted to do something a little different, but in the style of my older captions.
The words.
Hallie posed nervously in front of Ethan, he held a small, ornate wand in his hand. The wand was pulsing with a strange energy that made Hallie's skin crawl.
"Are you ready?" Ethan asked, his voice sounding far away. Hallie took a deep breath and nodded, knowing that there was no turning back now. Ethan raised the wand, pointing it directly at Hallie's chest. She felt a strange tingling sensation as the wand began to glow brighter and brighter. Suddenly, Hallie felt her body begin to change. She looked down and saw her arms and legs shrinking before her very eyes, her clothes changing to match her new size. The sensation was strange, as if her body was being compressed and stretched at the same time.
The next thing she knew, Hallie was looking out at the world through plastic eyes. She was now a small anime figurine, perfectly molded in the shape of her former self, although her hair was now yellow plastic and she was wearing a white plastic blouse, with a little blue plastic skirt and tie.
Hallie tried to move, but found she was totally frozen in the pose she had been holding when Ethan cast the spell, with her foot now stuck to a round base below her. Ethan picked her up carefully, examining her from every angle. He smiled, a look of satisfaction spreading across his face. "You look perfect," he said, setting her down on a table in his bedroom.
Hallie was completely powerless, reduced to nothing more than a lifeless object. It was a strange feeling, being conscious but unable to interact with the world.
As time passed, Hallie became accustomed to her new form. She watched as Ethan added new figurines to his collection, dusting them and arranging them. She knew that she would never be able to join in on the fun, but she was content just to watch from her perch on the shelf. Even though she had lost her ability to move or speak, Hallie knew that her friendship with Ethan would last forever. And she was happy to be a part of his collection, a constant reminder of their long history together.
