For a while I've wanted to make a story in the vein of The Shaggy Dog or Woof, but TG styled, where someone deals with random persona shifts at inconvenient times. Enter Zhu-Ying Yao, sometimes Xiuyan, a teen mad scientist who accidentally fused himself with a hypothetical version of himself from another universe (don't worry about all that, it's just technobabble).<br /><br />This is an early take on it. I might write more with this, though I'm not 100% on how the mental changes work yet. I want them to be there but the version here, though interesting (the whole idea that instead of just becoming a version of himself who remembers being born a girl, Zhu becomes a version of himself <i>without</i> any memories he made as a guy), might be too extreme for the concept on second look.
