Ok, don't ask me why, but Tyler decided he wanted to make a few things clear here from the previous chapter.  So, while this is not exactly canon to the story, I figured I might as well post this to let folks get a more in-depth look at Tyler.  The thing is, he doesn't need the potion to do anything, but Ryan, Caroline and the Council don't know that fact.  As for Felice, well, she is an interesting one as Tyler knows.  *gryn*
