It is ni my opinion one of my favourite comics!

Synopsis:
Based on Jubilee and Cut gameshows, in this story five guys participate in a youtube hosted game-show to win 1000 dollars. As they go into the building they are told to fill in a contract. Without reading, all the participants sign it and ask why they had to send their hair in the post to the show-host.
The host tells them that they made a 'little' twist their show. Instead of winning 1000 dollars as the prize, the winner gets to become a man and the losers gets a 1000 bucks. They find The participants don't undrastand it and the host brings them to a lab where 5 naked women bodies are suspended in a liquid tube. Upon inspection the participants notice that the women look like them or at least their sisters. The host explains that they are modified clones of the participants who are brain-dead. And that the brains of the participants will be transplanted into them.
The five participants gets forced against their will into the opperation table and begin with the brain transplant.
Then the show begins with the five girls totally uncomfortable about their new bodies. And there they will have to participate in rounds where the loser of each round gets to witniss they old male body gets destoyed (burned to ashes, put into liquid, exploded with mnies, used as a test dummy in a car accident) you name it! The gore won't be excessive, but more catoony destruction. It will be fun for the whole familly! Well... without the kids and men
