Name: Philanthropfist (Real name Milly Rose)

Age: 25

Race: Irish American (fourth generation)

Bio: The persona she puts out to the world is one of a rag to riches girl who started out as a simple streamer who slowly built up into a business empire. She is so rich and powerful she basically owns Whampolis and Spindawn/Spindown. No politician does anything without her permission. Some of the financial businesses she's involved with include.

The Aqua gym: She brought this small brazilian chain and expanded it to the United States. It is currently having a decent amount of success, mostly by connecting it to the TF league brand.

Yummies Banks: one of the many businesses she invests in, but it's one she pays no mine to. If you asked her about it, she probably wouldn't even remember buying a decent share in the company.

Rose Streams Inc.: Her own personal company that started by selling her merchandise but expanded to merchandise other streamers. Only the best of the best gets these streaming deals. (So definitely not Jill or Trinity.)

Rose Construction: A private construction company that Rose employs to help modernize Whampolis and Spindawn/Spindown. The progress has been slow because of the company's awful safety regulations, causing a lot of squishing to happen.

Because much of her investments have uplifted these two cities she generally has good PR.

It might seem ridiculous for someone to get this powerful just by streaming, and that's because it is. The real reason she became powerful is her underground criminal empire. Officially, it is run by a mysterious figure called The Philanthrofist but it is actually run by Milly Rose. Her secret identity is so well kept that very few people know about it like Lucía and Jaya. Sadly, they have absolutely no proof of it.

Jaya entered her sight when she did a report on some of her criminal connections which slightly hurt her reputation. Funny enough, Jaya had no idea of the true depravity of this maniac at the time, she thought the biggest thing Rose did was sell drugs.

She then gained a much more personal enemy because of her targeting of the blogger. More than anyone before when Megahammer not only defeated her, but turned into a mouse pad/seat cushion for a month. She promised to pay her back a thousand fold.

Philanthrofist was just an alias she went by but to personally fight the hero without hurting her reputation, she actually made a supervillain outfit so she can deal with issues much more personally.

Personality:

On the surface, she puts up a happy go lucky dummy personality who loves everyone and cute things. She is constantly giggling and moving around like a schoolgirl excited for her date but the further she is pushed the more her true sadistic and petty nature is revealed. It starts small with her making threats while still keeping her tone and smile but pushed enough. She starts acting like a spoiled brat, crying like there's no more ice cream in the fridge.

The most consistent thing about her facade and her true self is that she is a child at heart in the worst possible way. Everyone is a tool to be used and thrown away when she's bored. She loves the admiration she gets, but hates when she's not showered with praise. She will do horrible things to people for the most petty reasons imaginable and she would do it with a smile.

When she throw on her supervillain mantle, she doesn't need to hide her true feelings, and acts far more psychotic and crazy. Personally relishing in every evil action she commits. In a way, it's somewhat cathotic for her to be the big bad villain.
