Top Donors Milly Rose's most personal enemies, these are elite commanders of her Empire. Unlike the other three tiers, they are fully the people they once were, but still bound by Milly's will.  They're necessary to run her empire because goons are idiots and need proper guidance on bigger things. It doesn't seem like this fate is worse than being a Twisted, but breaking these once defiant people to her will while they're fully there is extremely satisfying to the psychotic bitch. While forced to be loyal, they still have most of their free will and can occasionally talk back to their boss (although many of them understand this isn't really a smart move.) Although they can still snark about it, especially since Milly can be rather thick sometimes.  Their memories of their past are extremely clouded. They know they were someone who got on Milly's bad side but that's about it.

Ms. StupidButt and Mr. Fullthrottle technically are her meaning enforces. They run everything for the streamer.

Ms. StupidButt was her first top donor and one of her more passive ones. She is often and weak in front of her boss. This does not help her because she's her boss's main chew top. Despite this, even she occasionally sticks it to her boss. She also has an odd liking to her boss's mortal enemy, Megahammer.

Bio: Mr. Fullthrottle is a Tran man and arguably Rose's most vital asset. He's the main one responsible for running the underground empire, a job he hates. Being frontline and center to the carnage has made him extremely bitter and Jaded. At one point he wanted to help his community, now he's just bringing destruction.

Also Mr. Fullthrottle is my first Trans OC (If you dont count Sero and Jacaba. I guess if you want to be specific he's my first trans character who is realistically trans and not changed genders by a ray gun.)
