Besides the standard things like being faster, and stronger then the average person, she has her capture ability that creates Likes

When she touches someone's skin, she can turn them into a token. This token can be used by anyone to transform them into their desired form. These Likes may use the memories of the previous victim, but at least on lower tiers, are nothing more than empty shells, the true person, deep inside, unable to do anything. While anyone can use a token, Milly Rose generally has hundreds, if not thousands of them. Many being her former enemies, many more just being people that no one would notice disappearing (she said she was going to ‘fix’ the homeless problem.) She has a strong preference to do this to women, but a decent amount of men she uses to make Likes as well.

There are what she calls tier to Likes. Only Tier 1 and 2 are accessible to anyone who has a token. Milly is the only one who can create tier 3 and 4. The higher the tier, the more she personally hated prior to transforming them.

Tier 1 or Tools: These were the people she transformed on a whim or for petty reasons. Basically, just objects she uses for her tasks.

Tier 2 or Goons: Milly just didn't like them on a personal level or just to buff up her ranks. The empty shell variant, these are most of her minions. They may act like they have a personality (mostly the personality that is given to them by the one who activates them.) But have no free thought besides that and are genuinely very dumb. (Piggy and Gears for example). Almost all of the man tokens she has are used for goons.

Tier 3 or The Twisted: Managed to really piss her off by getting in her way. The worst fate for a Like. The original person's personality is there but is in a constant state of mental pain. They have no control over their bodies and are directed by Milly or someone she gives command over to. Their bodies stretch and twist and not in fun elastic girl way, but the “Holy Fuck, make this stop, god please” kind of way. Their body's stretch out to horrible shapes, (If you want a good mental image, think Serverblight.) They have the ability to scream out in pain but that's all the control they have as they are forced to put up with it and keep their creepy smiles. If they grab onto someone and hold onto them for long enough, that person will slowly twist and bend into one of them. Unlike tier 2 and 4 they have to be directly commanded by someone whether it be Milly Rose or someone given direct command to control them. If that person is taken out (knocked unconscious or tfed to the extreme enough) then the Twisted will revert back to tokens.

Tier 4 or Top Donors: Saved for her most personal enemies, these are elite commanders of her Empire. Unlike the other three tiers, they are fully the people they once were, but still bound by Milly's will.  They're necessary to run her empire because goons are idiots and need proper guidance on bigger things. There are only a small number of Top Donors. Currently, only 4 have been named in the series itself Ms. Stupidbutt (her secretary and the one who runs much of the businesses), Boobyspy (Her espionage expert), Mr. Fullthrottle (role, currently unknown.) and  Ms. DoubleJiggly (body double and substitute when Rose is tfed for a long period of time.) It doesn't seem like this fate is worse than being a Twisted, but breaking these once defiant people to her will while they're fully there is extremely satisfying to the psychotic bitch. While forced to be loyal, they still have most of their free will and can occasionally talk back to their boss (although many of them understand this isn't really a smart move.) Although they can still snark about it, especially since Milly can be rather thick sometimes.  Their memories of their past are extremely clouded. They know they were someone who got on Milly's bad side but that's about it. Lastly, Their dumb names is a form of mocking by Rose. It doesn't help that they don't remember their original names.

It is very hard to fix someone turned into a token, but it's not impossible as (Ana was able to reverse it). Magic or advanced technology can do the trick, but it's extremely difficult.

Research from Ana indicates that it's caused by chemical reaction but has had difficulty studying it mostly for how dangerous it is.
