(Warning, this is a cartoon physics and object tf fetish story, if you don't like that, don't read this.)
Bong-Cha felt good about herself walking down the street, her anger management classes were working wonders. She started out those therapy sessions turning five therapists a week into stress balls, but now it only happens on average twice a week. She felt like she was making good progress.
"Stop right there criminal scum!" Someone shouted behind her.
Cha let out a huge sigh. "Oh my god!" She turned around to see who the absolute moron was.
Standing there was a dark skinned girl with a ridiculous one piece pantless purple suit, long purple boots almost reaching her thighs, long rubber purple gloves that went down to her elbows. All of these pieces of clothing had gold highlights. Her hair was black with a red tide strip.
Cha raised one of her eyebrows at this clown. "Sooooo…the strip clubs a couple blocks down if that's what you're looking for?"
"Hey!" The stripper look-alike yelled out. "I'm a top ranking stretchy superhero." She told her, striking a pose "I'm here to bring you to Justice..
"Oh I get it…" Cha yelled out, snapping her fingers. "...your Mel of the Gene-Sis!
"No!" The heroine screamed out.
"Oh…" Cha went back to thinking. "Nancy?"
"NO!"
"Rachel?"
"NO!"
"Felicity?"
"NO!"
"Etirella?"
"NO!"
"Donna Limber?"
"NO!"
"Bungie?"
"Come on, that's a Supervillain!" The frustrated heroine yelled out.
Cha shook her head. "Why are there so many elastic superheroes?"
"Oh for heaven's sake, my name is Pepper, the most popular, strongest, and most beautiful elastic woman of them all." She yelled out, pointing at Cha. "And I'm here to bring you to Justice."
Cha simply stared at her. "I'm sorry what? Do I look like a supervillain?"
"You can't fool me…" Pepper raised her fist, "I know what you have don..."
Before Pepper could throw the first punch her arm was grabbed by Cha. "Okay fine I'll teach you a lesson."
Pepper was absolutely shocked, Cha was 15 ft away from her but in a blink of an eye she was next to her holding her arm. "How the…"
POW!
With one mighty punch to the face, Pepper was sent flying to the nearest wall.
SPLASH!
Pepper exploded into a variety of colors. The colors immediately dried revealing an image. It was the face of Pepper but not quite. The biggest difference was that she was now in the style of an anime chibi character. Her face was in a permanent toothy smile. The only other part of her besides her head that was visible was a disembodied hand giving the peace sign. She was overall 20 times the diameter she used to be. The annoying superheroine was made into a much quieter and nicer graffiti drawing on the wall.
Cha admired her handiwork. "Okay, I solved the problem and made a nice art piece here to boot." She thought to herself. She then turned away. "That will teach her a lesson."

Day 2
Cha sat on a bench in the city's local park, she was quite happy, and was making good progress on her anger issues. She managed not to punch one woman into an inanimate object so far today. Life felt good.
"Stop right there criminal scum!" A familiar voice rang out.
Cha closed her eyes and gave a big sigh. "Oh my god!" Turning towards the annoying sound, she saw Pepper. "I'm sorry but did you forget yesterday?"
Pepper laughed, striking a heroic pose. "You just got lucky that time, but now I'm ready to kick your ass with relative ease."
Cha stared at the superheroine with complete disbelief. "What world do you live in?"
"A world of Justice…" She then started running towards Cha. "... A world where my beautiful skills bring you…" she was instantly grabbed by the neck by Cha. "...down."
SLAM!
Cha slammed her fist down, hitting the poor heroine into the cement below. Lying there was a disc, the visible portion only being made up by her brown and red hair.
Cha looked at the sad elastic heroine with annoyance. "I had such a good streak today but now you came and ruined it." She mumbled, peeling the simple disc off the ground, the bottom of the disc was made up of the soles of her feet and her mighty buttocks. "Hold on, I need to finish you up." She then started pulling on opposite sides of the disc.
POP!
It popped into the third dimension but not as her annoying, overconfident self. In Cha's hands was a brown and purple colored basketball.
Cha looked down upon her ball and sighed. "I was making such good progress today.”
She then started dribbling her new ball as she walked down the sidewalk. “Well I can play some B-ball at least."

Day 3
Walking out of the Yummies Bank, bags in hand. Cha was humming to herself, I mean she actually managed to walk out of the store without turning anyone into an object, this was great progress. She started to feel like she was improving.
Just then she heard the sound of splashing water in rubber. "You think we're finished?" The voice of Pepper rang out.
Cha let out a massive sigh, she started to turn around "What is it this ti…" Cha's eyes widened when she got a good look at Pepper.
Standing there, was pepper but noticeably fatter.
She was about 10 times her original size, her boobs nearly popping out of her suit, the bottom part of her suit completely riding up her ass. Cha couldn't even see Pepper's face.
"Behold my sumo forum." Pepper yelled out as Cha stared at her in silence. "I see you're speechless with fear."
"You are literally the dumbest person I've ever met." Cha said bluntly.
Pepper's eyes widened. "Hey!" She yelled out in frustration. "My sumo form is nothing to laugh at."
"No, no there's a lot to laugh at." Cha responded with a smirk. "Although it's not too nice to waste water like that." Her smile slowly fading into a frown. "I'm going to have to fix that."
Anger filled into Pepper's eyes. "I'll show you who's going to fix…"
POW!
Before she could finish that sentence, Cha punched her in the stomach, sending her flying across the street back towards Yummies Bank
SLAM!
Slamming into the wall and the sumo wrestler heroine was gone and in her place, near the entrance to the shop was a vending machine. The machine itself was a mix of brown, gold, purple, red, and black. The bottom of the machine had an opening that looked like open red lips and In the center there was a rectangular window that looked like transparent eyes that showed the contents of the machine, a bunch of water bottles.
Cha walked up to it and pressed some buttons to the side, after a few seconds the water bottle dropped into the opening and Cha picked it up. "Remember, don't waste water." Cha told the normal vending machine before walking off. At least Cha managed to be helpful transforming someone this time, free water for all.

Day 4
Cha walked into Shota's auto repair shop, showing physical frustration. "I have to keep dealing with this bullshit."
As she was doing this Shota and weirdly enough, Jill and Joy were trying to fix up a car.
"How does Dad do this?" Jill grumbled as she twisted a mechanical bolt into place.
"Well, you wanted that console so we got to do the work." Joy mumbled in return, as she attempted to change the oil.
"I have to say it's pretty nice for you to fill in for your dad." Shota said, switching out one of the wheels. "You girls are surprisingly decent at this."
"Excuse me." Cha chimed in.
Immediately the three of them jumped up in terror. "CHA!" The three of them screamed in unison.
"Don't worry I'm not here to punch any of you…" Cha said blatantly, putting her hand in her cleavage. "I need Jacob to help me talk someone down." She then pulled out a small 3-in cube that had a black, brown, golden, purple and red color scheme. She then handed the cube to Joy. "This bitch keeps bothering me, I want her to stop. Jacob is good with words, he can convince her to leave me alone." The three of them simply stared at the cube as Cha started to walk off, leaving without another word.
Joy looked down at the cute little box, something about it being familiar.

Day 5
Jill was playing with her Ultimate Scan M, trying her best to enjoy her day off, and still thankful for her parents for getting her this gift.
Meanwhile Joy was being more productive and helping Pepper who recently popped back to normal. "Are you okay?" Joy asked as Pepper slowly got to her feet.
Pepper shaking her head, taking a deep breath, she looked around the crappy motorhome she was in. "What is this place?"
"It's our quaint little home." Joy replied, sitting Pepper down on a nearby chair. Joy gave her a cup of water, which the superheroine started drinking. "So why are you trying to fight Bong-Cha, Leilah?"
Pepper immediately spit out her water straight onto Joy. "Um…um.. who's this strange person you're talking about?" The superheroine lied through her teeth.
"Well you look the same as your profile picture…" Joy responded, wiping the water off her. "... I mean you even have the same red hair stripe."
Jill paused her game and turned towards the two. "You too know each other?"
"We do role play together…" Joy responded, still trying to get the water out of her clothes.
Jill raised an eyebrow, "You mean like d&d?"
The heroine and Joy look at Jill awkwardly, sweat coming down their faces. "...yes." Both of them said in a panic.
Jill gave them a glare. "Okay, another question, why is your role playing friend here trying to fight Cha?"
"To make that bitch pay!" Pepper screamed out.
Joy lit up, "Oh nooo…"
"What?" Jill asked
"Remember when we were a Bounce Castle for a month." Joy replied, sitting down. "... Well I had to explain the situation to my role playing friends on where I disappeared too for a month and I told them exactly what happened. Most of them just laughed it off as being ridiculous but one of them, you can probably guess which one, believed me and told them that she would make them pay."
"That was two months ago, where were you?" Jill asked the role-playing superhero.
Pepper awkwardly rubbing the back of the head. "Look it took me a while to actually find this place okay, it's like legit in the middle of nowhere."
Joy looked back at her online friend. "Leilah…"
"I don't know who this person is, my name is Pepper." The superheroine interrupted
Joy sighed "Right…Pepper you don't need to do this. She doesn't cause trouble anymore…well maybe a little bit of trouble but still."
Pepper looked at Joy with fury. "What type of superhero would I be if I allowed criminals to get away with their crimes." She then ran to the door and opened it. "No matter how much it takes I will bring her to Justice." She then ran out and slammed the door closed.
"Well her funeral…" Jill said, unpausing her game.
Joy let out a deep sigh. "I got to fix this."
"How?" Jill said in disbelief. "Mom can't dent her, extra dimensional beings can't slow her down, and superheroes barely make her flinch, what are you going to do?"
A smile came to Joy's face. "I have a plan." She then ran towards the door. "Bye Jill, bye Mom, bye…um other mom, will talk to you later…hopefully." And with that she ran out.
"Maybe I should go help her?" Jill thought for a second…she then turned towards her console. "... Or I could just play video games. I prefer that to being a couch."
—
Later that day.
Pepper scouted the small town, looking for the maniac, Bong-Cha "Where is that bitch!"
Suddenly Pepper heard a strange laugh. "My, my, is it not the pathetic Pepper." a voice rang out, coming from behind a tree. The figure walked into view revealing themselves to be Cha. She was not alone but was pulling along a tied up Joy.
"Joy!" Pepper screamed out. "What are you doing with her, you fiend?"
"MHAHAHA! My, you seem kind of worried about this little wimp." She gloated in evil glee. "Well I was thinking about getting a new coffee table."
As she said those words Pepper noticed Joy shaking in fear. "You monster!" She raised her fist, "release her or I'll…I'll…"
Cha laughed at her patheticness. "Oh you'll fight me and get beat up again? I'm so scared, hahahaha!" The villain taunted the hero. "You can't beat me. I am a god, I am an unstoppable force. I! AM! BONG-CH…!"
POW!
With one mighty stretchy punch Pepper decked the smug bitch in the face. She fell to the pavement, unconscious.
Pepper stood there in disbelief. "I…I did it." A huge smile grew on her face. "I did it! I'm the best! Yahoo!" She then started dancing. "Go Pepper! Go Pepper! Go Pepper!"
Joy just stood there awkwardly. "Um Pepper, are you going to untie me?"
"Oh yes, sorry." The elastic heroine mumbled as she freed her friend. "Did you see how I sucker punched that bitch!?"
"Yes, it was really impressive…" Joy said with an innocent smile. "So um anyway I'm just going to hand her over to the police for you, and you can take some quality time to celebrate your victory, we'll meet back at the motorhome when we're both done."
Pepper was still dancing. "We're going to party once we get back to your home." She then extended one of her arms out and grabbed a nearby light pole. "Anyway, I'll see you there." She then swung off disappearing from view.
Joy just stood there waiting patiently for a few minutes, she then turned down towards Cha. "Okay she's gone."
Immediately Cha jumped back to her feet. "Wow, that person has quite an ego." Cha mumbled as she started stretching.
"Well you know she also has a big heart…" Joy said with a smile. "... Look on the bright side, this fixes everyone's problems."
Cha gave a little smile in return. "I have to say I'm quite impressed, little grem…I mean Joy." She corrected herself. "... You seem to have inherited your father's beautiful intelligence."
"Well you are a surprisingly good actor." She responded, picking up the rope. "Okay you may want to lay low for a little bit until she leaves town just in case she sees you and the madness starts again."
"You're right but she better not be staying for too long…" she said, as she turned away and started walking. "Anyway I'll be on my way…"
"Wait…" Joy called out, Cha turned towards her. "... I just want to say, you seem to be improving a lot with your anger management. More than I could ever imagine."
Cha simply turned back around. Not saying a word before disappearing from view.
—
Later that day
Joy entered the motorhome, feeling pretty good about herself. "Jill we did it…" she suddenly noticed Jill and Pepper giving each other death glares. "Girls, what's going on?"
"Why won't you let me try out the new system?!" Pepper yelled in frustration.
"Well I'm sorry, is this your console?" Jill angrily stated in response, sticking her tongue out at her.
Joy sighed, walking up to her sister. "Jill, you've had the console for a week, just give Pepper a chance to play with it a little bit."
"No!" Jill stated bluntly before returning to her game giving neither of the girls any mind.
Joy sighed.
…
SLAM!
Joy slammed Shota's mighty hammer directly on Jill, flattening her immediately. Lifting up the hammer revealed a disc that took up the circumference of the chair. Jill did not have time to look up, leaving the top part of the disc to be nothing but fluffy purple hair, with her bonbon being the only three-dimensional part of her, hanging out on the side.
Pepper was briefly taken aback by this situation. "Um…"
"Don't worry when you leave tomorrow I'll turn her back." Joy responded, as she sat in the other chair. "... You've had a rough week and you've earned a good rest…" she then padded the new purple seat cushion on the other chair. "... Besides, it would be fun to hang out with one of my online friends in person."
Pepper gave Joy a smile before planting her ass down upon the comfy seat cushion, briefly rubbing it upon the seat to get comfortable. Both of them picked up their controllers, and were ready to play some fun games.
"So Joy…" Pepper asked. "... Why do these controllers look like feet?"
