(M to F Monkey, F to M Dog)

It started as an innocent brush, a bump of shoulder to shoulder. There was an indignant squawk, a flash of purple hair, and Ethan realized he’d nearly knocked a girl over. He mumbled something that could have been considered to be an apology and kept going, struggling to keep pace with his Amelia.

It should have been an easy task, but it was growing increasingly difficult. The few feet between Ethan and his girlfriend seemed to stretch, and he found himself nearly jogging to catch up. His shorts started to slip, and he grabbed them with a flushed face, tugging them up with one of his hands.

The motion made him have to run in a half-loping motion, one that should have been awkward. Ethan was forced to lean forward, until he was practically running on all fours. Instinct brought him to use on of his hands as and additional support, knuckles pressing to the ground and acting like a third foot.

Some part of him was aware of the simian nature of his movements. It was a part that was all too easy to ignore when faced with the prospect of Amelia leaving him behind. Sweat dewed at his brow, and he realized he couldn’t keep the pace up, even as he kicked off his shorts in an attempt to run faster.

Ethan opened his mouth to call to her for help. “OOK AAH!” At the same time, he lunged to grab her hand, to tug her back and let her know he couldn’t keep up. His coarse palms slapped against her delicate hand, and he smiled victoriously.

Amelia half-turned, a puzzled look on her face. “Come on babe, stop monkeying around,” she began, only to come face-to-face with a small Capuchin in her boyfriend’s shirt. She screamed and shook her arm, dislodging the monkey and setting off at a full sprint.

Her feet slapped against the ground, her arms pumped at her sides, and yet there was no rush of wind on her face. She looked down to find that she wasn’t moving, no matter how fast she tried. The ground had become frictionless beneath her, and she looked as though she was trying to use an invisible treadmill.

“I was wondering if you’d notice.”

A cocksure female voice pierced the haze of Amelia’s panic. She slowed her futile pace, turning her head to find a violet-haired woman circling her. The motion reminded her unsettlingly of a shark’s prowl.

“I don’t know if that says something about you or not. I mean, you’d think that most people would notice that their significant other’s devolved, right?” The woman chuckled as the monkey jumped atop Amelia’s back.

Ethan jumped onto Amelia’s back, his ears twitching in confusion. Monkey? What did she…

It was like a veil was parted before his eyes. He realized his changed form with a loud screech, one that only rose in pitch as his mind fogged over. The young man struggled for words, for something he could try to say to Amelia.

A tugging at his crotch distracted him, and he looked down to find a blue monkey pussy where his manhood should have been. She squealed in shock, pawing at herself then looking up to the woman in a vain attempt to plead for her dick back, if not for her humanity.

Every time Ethan’s fading mind latched onto a phrase, it faded from her mind. Soon there was nothing left at all, and she was little more than a babbling imbecile.

Amelia saw all of this with mounting horror. For the first and last time in her life, her degree in psychology became useful. She saw the look of panic on the monkey’s face, saw how an indescribable spark in his eyes vanished. Deep in her heart, she knew she’d just watched her boyfriend’s mind give out.

“Well, that was fun. But, you know. Things to do and all.” The purple-haired woman—witch, she had to be a witch—waved over her back. “Try to stay out of trouble, or—”

“You. Bitch.” Amelia’s eyes stung with tears, but she managed to hiss the words out nonetheless.

“—or you might end up in trouble. Okay, guess we’re doing this now.” The witch turned on her heel, a scowl plain on her features. “Here’s how this works. I’m Morgan, and your new pet monkey happened to bump into me. That pissed me off, and so things took their natural course.

“Now,” she continued, something dark glimmering in her blue eyes, “you’re starting to piss me off. But girl power and all that millennial shit, so I’ll give you a chance to apologize. Call it a gift, one woman to another.”

“A gift would be giving me Ethan,” Amelia countered. She could feel a primal urge welling up within her, as though she was just feet away from a tsunami ready to wipe her from the face of the earth. But she was a fighter, and had never backed down in her life. “So change him back, or square up, you—”

Words literally failed Amelia. She found herself gawping, her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. No matter how much she wanted to say something, to say anything, her mind couldn’t summon anything approaching speech.

Her legs felt weak below her. She wobbled unsurely, and her heart began to pound in a blind panic. Her lips felt dry, her nose felt dry. Worse still, Morgan was growing taller. Amelia’s insecurities met her fear, and she found herself craning her neck up, up, up to keep looking at the witch.

Amelia couldn’t look away. She was entranced by the growing witch, even as Morgan grew so tall that Amelia fell onto her backside. It hurt more than she’d expected, and the girl rubbed a hand to her sore posterior, only to find a bump.

The trance that had so captivated Amelia was broken in an instant. She looked down with a yelp, finding a long, black tail behind herself. It was covered in thick fur, and it swayed from side to side in evident amusement.

Amelia’s body convulsed as though she’d been electrocuted. Her arms and legs locked themselves forwards, thick and white fur bloomed from her barreling chest and her bloating palm-paws, and brown fur divided the white hairs on her body from the black that crept along her back.

Her tongue felt strange in her mouth: the muscle was too large, even though her jaw felt like it was stretching from her face. She parted her thinning lips to ease the pressure, and the long appendage unfurled past her furry chin. The underside of her massive tongue slapped wetly against the ruff of fur on her chest and she choked out a distressed sob.

“Glawph,” she uttered. It wasn’t a word, wasn’t meant to be one. The sound was just a consequence of her growing tongue and her stretching jaw alike. Her paws fumbled at her long tongue, and she struggled to scoop it back in her mouth.

“Oh my God, that’s hilarious!” Morgan laughed, pointing down to her victim. “Turns out it’s not a cat that’s got your tongue after all!”

Amelia’s head jerked, and her massive tongue flopped over the top of her stretched face, her snout. She crossed her eyes to get a better look at the drooling, pink appendage, and was greeted by the sight of her nose darkening, flattening on her face. In that moment, she realized why words were failing her: because she wasn’t supposed to speak anymore. She was supposed to bark.

“HRRWOFF!” Her tongue flopped back down as she yelped. She was a dog. She was a Bernese Mountain Dog, and she was more terrified than she’d ever been in her life. Her chest felt so flat and fuzzy, every motion of her tail was a nightmare made manifest, and between her legs was…

Big, brown, canine eyes widened in panic. Amelia had been changed into a dog, but that wasn’t the extent of this transformation. A rather proud manhood grew from between his legs, and a sheath warmly connected it to her belly.

“WROOF!” Amelia barked in terror, drool flecking from his cheeks. The sides of his mouth stretched, tugged gently by gravity down into a pair of slobbery, heavy flews. He scrabbled to his paws, hating how the sudden motion made his scrotum sway heavily beneath him.

“Something the matter, boy?” Morgan clearly enjoyed this. “Don’t bother trying to answer. You’ll forget all those nasty little worries soon enough.”

Amelia couldn’t stop drooling, and every drop of saliva cost him another point from what had once been an impressive IQ. He was scared, more scared than he had ever been in his life. Would he forget about his boypal friend Ethan?

Morgan distracted Amelia from his panic, her hands working at the cloth-things that covered his body. He waggled his paws, huffing with a playful pleasure. Some of her motions almost made her touch his shaft, and the dog liked that.

No… No! The dog couldn’t like that. He was supposed… Should be… Name? He had a name, didn’t he? Amaeli? Amar… He shook his head, his ears stretching with the motion. They flopped from side to side, in time with his slobbery flews. Ameali didn’t like this, didn’t like feeling dumb.

“What’s the matter, boy?”

Boy. B as in boy. That felt right, Abeali knew it, he knew there had to be a B in his name somewhere. Master always helped him, she’d know how to fix. He whimpered and pawed at her thighs, but was distracted by how good they felt.

Beali clampered up Master’s hips, rocking himself back and forth and whimpering. His dick rubbed against her thigh, and he stared up at her with adoration. He was her good boy, and she always laughed when Beari did this!

“Aww, you stupid drooling, animal,” Master cooed. “You’re just humping all those brains out, aren’t you? Not that you were smart to begin with.”

Bear didn’t know what she was talking about, but Bear knew it was good. Her smiley tone made him feel so good, and Bear wanted to hump more and—THING! There was a thing, a furry thing nearby. He clumsily fell off of Master’s leg, rolling to his belly and growling at the furry thing.

It seemed to know that Bear was bigger and that Bear would protect Master, because the furry thing hooted and scampered away, its tail between its legs. Bear panted with a dimwitted content, turning his head back towards Master and enjoying the feeling of her hands on his cheeks. Then Master rose to walk back home, and Bear followed her, his tail wagging like crazy.

The dog padded away from an empty pile of girlish clothes, unaware of the life it had left behind. He moved ahead of his new master, walking before her protectively.

From a nearby tree, a dimwitted monkey watched them go, her fur still bristling from her recent scare. She scratched at her underarm, teeth bared in an impotent gesture of defiance.

Between the two, a witch laughed. Today was a good day for her, she didn’t always get to run into new people.
