(Women to Pigs)

“Oh. My. God,” Arianna said, clapping her hands with delight. “It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet!” As the head of the Coastline Cheer Cats, she was expected to be bubbly and eager. Fortunately, there wasn’t much acting involved—especially when presented with a rustic buffet.

They had come to visit a local Asian shrine, but rather than being greeted by an attendant they found themselves presented with a delectable smorgasbord of small plates. Naturally, Ariana assumed that they were meant to eat before visiting the temple proper. After all, why would anyone arrange food near the top of the temple’s stone steps?

“Really?” Carrie, her second, yawned. “You know that nobody’s around, right? I mean, you don’t need to ham it up.” Conversely, Carrie had to work to put on a smiling face. On days off like this, she tended to dress in a casual hoodie and sweats, totally at odds with her public face.

Arianna pouted, looking to her friend and tutting. “Come on, you can’t meant to tell me that you don’t want some. I know your late-night snack binges,” she said, soon realizing her mistake. “BUT. I definitely appreciate all the good that you do and would never think to disclose such information in front of the rest of the squad.”

“Damned right.” Carrie didn’t look entirely happy with that, but she allowed the blonde a way out. Apparently there were bigger fish to fry, and succulent shrimp to snack on. The girl sat beside the arranged tray as some of the other cheer team had. She looked to them curiously before allowing herself a small shrug, popping one into her mouth.

Much to her surprise and delight, it tasted like it was perfectly fresh. She’d expected the small plate to have cooled from its particular serving style, laid outside as it was. Instead, the shrimp was juicy and succulent, after just enough crunch from the breading to provide some satisfaction from chewing.

“Well? Any good?” Arianna smirked, lazily picking up a small snack from the nearest plate. It looked like some kind of sushi, which should be in line with her diet. She dropped down beside her friend on the steps, kicking her legs with a happy hum.

In many ways, this was the exact sort of vacation she’d been looking forward to. Everyone in the squad seemed to be enjoying themselves, all of them except for Kathleen. For some reason, their resident honor student seemed to be a little distracted.

A small quirk played across the pretty redhead’s face. She looked to the food then to her cheer captain, though her habitual shyness kept her from voicing any of her concerns. Instead, she only shifted from side to side, her ample hips swaying.

“Hey, Kath! Come on, what’s the fuss, eat up!” Arianna called out to her friend loudly, knowing that the best way to get her to do something would be to get the whole gang in on it. She also knew that the girl was hungry, given the loud gurgle from her petite stomach.

“Not much fuss, it’s just… I could have sworn that I saw an anime or something where they mentioned that a setup like this is a traditional offering for the Lunar New Year, not a buffet…” Kathleen frowned, shifting from side to side. “But… At the same time, the food should be well cooled off by now, it wouldn’t be fresh.”

Arianna sighed good-naturedly, picking out a pork bun. She knew that those were the girl’s favorite, and for good measure she popped one into her mouth too. “You’re overthinking things,” she said through a mouth of steamed dough. “Just come on, enjoy the fun!”

By the time she’d swallowed, Kathleen had already dug in. Arianna let a small grin play across her features, glad she knew her girl. Kathleen might always want to duck out of events and fun times, but once she was there, she genuinely enjoyed herself. That was probably the reason why Arianna had tried so hard to get her to join in—even if that wasn’t her job.

Normally, she’d have let one of the other girls try and rope Kathleen into the fun. This usually fell to Carrie, but she was currently on her fourth plate of shrimp puffs. She wasn’t alone. The other girls were chowing down on their own plates just as much, which had left Arianna the one to bring her friend into the fold.

Arianna had spent enough time thinking about the little things like that. She sat near Carrie, picked up a bowl of fried rice, and started to spoon it into her mouth, watching her friends eat. All of them were slowly collecting stacks of plates, and for a moment the cheer captain worried she might have to set aside some training time for them later.

She reached the end of her bowl, setting it aside and picking up another. “Hey, try not to have too much. We don’t want to look like the Peach State Porkers.” She earned a dramatic eye roll from Carrie at her attempt at humor.

“Whatever. It’s not my fault that this is the most amazing Chinese I’ve had in my life,” replied the girl, wiggling in her hoodie and sweats. It took her a few seconds to find a comfortable position, and during that time Arianna moved onto her next bowl. “Besides, you’re the one eating rice with your fingers.”

Arianna blinked, looking to find her hand was deep into the bowl of warm food. To her surprise, she moved her hand towards her face, shoveling the mouthful past her plump lips, and licking her fingers clean. A quick glance to the three empty bowls beside her told her that she’d eaten them in much the same way: there wasn’t a trace of a utensil by them.

Then her vision as obscured by her bowl, as her arm instinctively angled it to her lips. For a few moments, all she could see was a dwindling amount of rice, as she hungrily devoured the food. Much as Arianna wanted to restrain herself, there was something openly inviting about the flavor. She lowered the bowl, giving it a good lick for measure.

“Damn, I didn’t mean to dive in!” Carrie laughed, snorting loudly with amusement. Her every inhalation came out as a guttural sound at odds with her cute looks.

Arianna opened her mouth to retort, but something about her laughing friend was odd. Every time the girl snorted, her nostrils twitched slightly. “Are you doing that?” Arianna blinked, confused. She could swear that it looked like the girl’s nose was getting bigger.

Before she could look more into that, a clatter came from down the line. Arianna grabbed a plate of wontons, popping one into her mouth and standing up. “Lexie, I swear to God, that had better not be you again,” she began, already knowing who would be most likely to make a scene.

The redhead was a recent addition, dropped off by a brunette who wanted to ‘teach her manners’. She was feisty, uncooperative, and clumsier than she was worth at times. Arianna knew all of these traits, but nothing could have prepared her for the sight of the short-haired girl starting to expand.

Arianna knew Lexie as a trim girl, with a pleasant softness to her hips that belied her harsh nature. Her red hair was a sure sign of her quick temper, and usually she put her wiry frame into starting fights she had no chance of winning. Now it looked like those days were nothing but a less-than-fond memory.

Lexie snorted as she plowed into her food, wriggling her hips from side to side and revealing a posterior that was more than just flabby—it was immense. Her callipygian frame pushed out against her clothing as surely as if she was being inflated like a balloon. However, instead of air, she was filling with thick, animal fat.

Arianna watched in numb surprise before a snort from Carrie brought her back to the present. She turned her face towards the girl to find her eyes glazed and her skin pink. It looked almost like a sunburn, until small hairs poked from her new hide. Worse, she also sported a face that was as porcine as it was human, with big ears and a blunt snout.

“Oh my God,” Arianna breathed. She reached towards her close friend’s head, noticing the triangular tip to her ear, and how it flopped slightly under its own weight. The brunette’s fingers met with a rough texture, almost like the hide of an animal, and her face colored.

Kath moaned from her left, and Arianna turned to find the shy redhead holding her bloated stomach. Her hands looked darker, the skin an almost matte black. Before Arianna’s startled eyes, Kath’s fingers fused into one another, becoming little more than hooves.

“I don’t feel too hot,” Kath whimpered, looking up to Arianna. “I think it was some-hrnk.” She snorted, eyes glazing slightly. Her nose twitched just as Carrie’s had, growing a bit bigger, a bit more pronounced. She absently lifted a hoof to her face, crossing her eyes to look at it.

“Don’t freak out…” Arianna held up her hands, before realizing she was treating her friend like some kind of animal. Guilt washed over her, and she dropper her hands to her sides. “I mean… It’s okay, everything’s okay.”

“Hrrnk-yeah. Why it not be fine?” Kath’s head lolled to the right as she spoke, a thin trail of drool trickling past her lip. “I… FeeEEEeel funnrnk,” she grunted. The girl didn’t seem to notice that her impressive intellect had dipped below even her worst nightmares, just as she didn’t notice that her lengthening ears were tipping her glasses to the side.

Kath’s nose slowly puffed up, upsetting the eyewear further to the point where the lenses fell onto the ground with a hollow crack. She looked down to them with a dimwitted snort, reaching a hoof towards them. Then her hoof shattered lens and frame alike as she moved past her glasses to the buffet instead.

“Oh my God… This isn’t you, Kath!” Arianna reached to try and pull her friend from the buffet, but Kath had already started to bulk up. She was too heavy for the girl to move on her own, and Arianna’s first effort sent her sprawling shoulder-first into the assorted plates.

Her hand mashed some dumplings flat as she caught herself, and Arianna turned towards Carrie desperately. “Help me save Kath!” She cried, a bit muffled by the handful of food she’d shoved past her lips. Small bits of dumpling flecked past her lips as she screamed, catching sight of her other friend.

A sow in tattered clothes stood where Carrie had once sat, totally unrecognizable as the girl she had once been. Arianna scrambled back from the pig, her breath hitching in stunned shock. Her brain couldn’t fully rationalize what she was seeing, and so her eyes looked past what was formerly her closest friend.

Her eyes wandered past the afflicted girl and came to focus on what should have been the rest of the cheerleading team. Instead, all Arianna saw was a sea of snorting, fat sows. She didn’t even recognize some of them, the animals having burst through their clothes.

She tried to will her body to stand, but couldn’t quite manage to rise from her posture on her rear. She rolled to her hands and knees instead, licking her fingers clean before putting them back onto the food-laden display.

She’d meant to use it as a better way to clamber to her feet, but instead found her appetite growing more and more with each passing second. The young woman’s head dipped towards a plate of fried rise, and she sucked some of the grains into her mouth.

Arianna didn’t notice her body beginning to change, or her concern for her friends starting to fade. All she knew was that this food was the best she’d had in her life, a delightfully unhealthy dish that filled her mouth with rich Asian flavor.

Her tongue thickened, jaw creaking into a blunt porcine snout. She dimly knew that she should be panicking, but at the same time it was much like watching herself through a dream. Little did the woman realize, this was just a symptom of her conscious mind fading.

Arianna shifted, wetly snuffling at the food and indelicately chomping at some succulent dumplings. She felt her clothes tighten on herself and fell to her bulging side, attempting to break their constricting embrace. She didn’t have the capacity to know that she was swelling within them, instead thinking that they were somehow pulling about her form like a net.

And, just like any animal, she wanted to be free. Small tears popped along the seams to her clothing as she dropped her increasing bulk to the ground again and again. All the while, she kept eating, kept swelling. Her breasts sank back into a barreling body, while her ass grew ridiculously large.

One of the pigs tried to elbow in on her food, and so the sow responded by chomping at the pig’s ear and getting her to back off. She felt strangely guilty about that, but it wasn’t like the sow needed to. She was the sow. That was just a sow she scared off. She curled her thickening fingers into the hooves that would be their new natural state, and a small tail curled from her backside.

She felt that there was some part of her that should know the identity of the animal. That said, she also didn’t quite care. There was food to be had.
