A Magic: The Gathering Transformation Story
(Female Age Regression)
It was never a dull day in the Gatewatch’s employ, and today was no exception. A young collegiate hurriedly scrambled through the archives of Jace’s sanctum, searching for answers for which she did not have questions.
“It has to be somewhere, somewhere…” Liliana muttered, glowering as she pored over pages. As she did, her form dwindled slightly, clothes growing baggier as she lost another year of age.
It had started… Honestly, Liliana didn’t know how long ago it had begun. Perhaps it had been months ago, when she’d last cast a spell to retain her costly immortality, perhaps not. Regardless, the effects were the same: she was regressing in age.
Liliana hadn’t noticed until this morning, and she now suspected it was too late. With her centuries of age, it had taken a long time for her body to noticeably regress, too long for her mind to notice it was happening.
“Why can’t I remember?” Liliana groaned, reaching a hand for her head and groaning. The girl felt baby fat begin to settle along her features and shuddered as she realized she was a teenager again. “This isn’t fair, this isn’t fair at all!”
Before she’d realized what she was doing, Liliana had begun to throw a tantrum, a costly one that cost her years of her life. The girl threw books, lamps, anything she could get her hands on. It didn’t make her feel better, so she decided to air her grievances once more. “God! My dress barely fits now! I, like, need to hold it up, this is totally uncool!” She pouted and stomped about the room loudly, tripping over her loose boots.
“And now these stupid things are making me fall, GOD!” Liliana kicked her feet before catching sight of her reflection in the polished marble of the library. Her pale face grew paler as she caught sight of a preteen, one who was beginning to develop a pronounced overbite.
“Oh God, I remember thith!” She lisped, groaning. The girl had imperfect teeth as a child, growing into them when she reached maturity. Speaking of maturity, she sent a glance to her chest, noticing that her breasts were flat, her body scrawny.
“Nooo!” She wailed, running her hands along increasingly pudgy arms, feeling the complete absence of body hair-though mercifully also a lack of the scars she’d earned through usage of the Chain Veil. The Chain Veil… What if that was what was changing her? What if she could use it to restore herself?
“Thath it!” Liliana gasped, reaching for her waist and finding only the loose cloth of what had once been a slinky dress. Dread consumed her heart as she remembered her tantrum, and she looked to the shelves before her, finding the Veil glimmering out of reach.
It was a relic of limitless power, which did Liliana absolutely no good whatsoever now that it was out of her reach. She sniffled, wiping a pudgy cheek with a hand. She tried to stand, only to fall onto her backside, back into the veritable parachute of her ddress.
“No! Thith cawn’t be weawwy happenin’ ta me!” Liliana sniffled, feeling her mind begin to slow further and further, the changes accelerating now that they were so close to reaching an end. The once-powerful girl reached a tiny hand for the Veil, sobbing.
“I dun wanna babbagooga! Bagoo!” She burbled, spit dripping from her lips as her hair pulled back into her scalp as though it was barely grown, just a short cropping suitable for an infant. Her lip quivered, and she managed one last plea.
“Pweeath! Nooo!!”
It fell on deaf ears, and the baby looked to her fat arms, realizing she was lost. Her body was small and round, weak and helpless. Drool dripped from her lips, snot trailed from her nose. Her brain struggled to process these changes before dropping into the dimwitted stupor of infancy.
Then the baby’s mind went utterly blank, and she reached for the glimmering shiny above herself, giggling and wiggling her arms and legs. She rocked from side to side, and after a few minutes of not getting the shiny, she began to wail in distress.
That was how the Gatewatch found their former companion, and was the beginning of the heroes’s lives as babysitters.
