A TransFun Transformation Story
(Girl to Hydra)

“So… You’re sure that this is, like, okay to use?” Mindy looked down to the vial in her hand, a small and anxious smile on her face. In truth, she wasn’t sold on this ‘TransFun’ business, especially when it involved changing into some sort of creature.

Thomas had tried to explain it to her, several times in fact. Despite his effort to use increasingly smaller words, she still didn’t quite have a grip on what she was to become. All she knew was that it was supposed to be some kind of hydra.

Were it not for him, she wouldn’t even consider doing something like this. However, his passion for art was what had gotten them together-and it was what had led her to TransFun modeling for him. She’d become all sorts of fantasy creatures, from centaurs to dryads.

Now he’d been contracted to draw for a sci-fi setting, and for a change was drawing something completely inhuman. The woman swallowed hard, looking to the potion in her hands. It seemed to innocuous, but she knew that drinking it would change her.

“Honey, I know you’re always scared you won’t change back. That’s why I get you the special serums, right? If you think that you can’t handle your new body, you just need to wish to be human again.” Thomas spoke reassuringly, and she was reminded of the first time she’d changed for him.

She’d lasted for five seconds with a horse’s lower half before wishing herself human again, and it had worked well enough then. Now that she was more experienced, she usually made it to the end of his drawing sessions before needing to change back.

Mindy trailed a hand through her brown hair, smiling anxiously. “Well, then… Here goes nothing.” It was like pulling a band-aid, she just had to pop the top on the vial and down it as quickly as possible. So she did, immediately feeling its effects on her body.

Her legs snapped together and she fell onto her arms, looking at them with mounting dread. “Oh man, this is freaky…” The girl muttered, glad she’d stripped before this. Losing a cute pair of jeans to a horse butt on that first change had taught her to avoid the nuisances of clothing. Unfortunately, her nudity also let her see what was happening to herself.

Her legs were beginning to fuse together, taking on a mottled, wet, glossy texture. It wasn’t like the reptilian scales she’d expected, and the girl looked up to her boyfriend with wide eyes. “Um… You did say that this was a hydra, right?”

“Mhmm, coded to my specifications.” Thomas nodded eagerly, leaning back and fiddling with his tablet. He didn’t seem too surprised, so this was probably supposed to happen. Probably.

Mindy gulped, her eyes widening as she watched the clammy hide creep up her stomach. Everywhere it touched bloated out more and more, losing her hourglass figure in favor of something uncomfortably reminiscent of a slug. She wasn’t particularly slimy, but her skin was glossy and cold nonetheless.

“Thomas… What kind of creature was this again?” The young woman flushed, gasping as her arms retracted into herself. She could feel them pulling into her shoulders, bones disappearing from them in time with an ugly stretching of her lower half.

“A hydra, I said that already. It’s for a science fiction board game, a really cool one.”

“I’m glad you think it’s cool, but…” Whatever Mindy was going to say next died on her lips as she felt the changes stretch to her head. She squeezed her eyes shut, only to feel them fuse over. Her hair pulled back into her skull, her pores aching as they sucked in every auburn strand.

Her mouth wimply widened, stretching further and further open. She could feel her skull shrinking in contrast, like her head was becoming more of a maw than anything else. Mandibles poked out from the corners of her mouth, shark and pointed scythes flicking as they tasted air.

Then she screamed. She couldn’t hear it, because at this point her ear canals had sealed over. But she could feel it. It was a guttural sound, one that was produced somewhere in the meters of her coiled lower half, snaking up her stretching neck to burst free from her lips.

The scream was joined by another, then another, and another still. It was like her body was creating new heads to shriek from, each with a long and sinuous neck. The beast that was once a girl couldn’t make sense of it for a few seconds, and the only thing that kept her from thrashing about was the knowledge that she might injure her Thomas in the process.

Finally, the changes came to an end. It felt like it had been an eternity, but her form was complete. It was… Horrifying? Magnificent? She felt an odd swelling of pride somewhere in her chest at just how powerful she had become.

Her lower half, a long and snakelike tail, curled around itself. She could feel her skin against itself as though she was crossing her legs over and over and over again. A low purr of amusement rattled through her throat, making her keenly aware that she could somehow hear again.

It was something in her teeth… No, where her teeth met her gums. There was a tingling from them with every breath she took, interpreting the motion through the air as sound. Though her heads amounted to little more than gaping maws, she could still hear perfectly fine.

What kind of hydra was this? What sort of creature didn’t need to see to live, to… To hunt? The thought of a hunt filled her with excitement, and Mindy had to stamp down the instinctive urge to head into the nearby forest and try her luck on the nearby animals.

She hadn’t expected to like this, but there was something to the sheer strangeness of her form that she found intriguing. Her multitude of writhing heads brushed against one another, following her inquisitive thoughts, trying to discern just how large each of her heads was.

As far as she could tell, each head was large enough to swallow her old body whole in a single bite, with some more to spare. The thought was as chilling as it was exhilarating. In a form like this, she could do… Well, anything. She felt invincible.

The mandibles around her mouths clacked, expressing her pleasure. She knew somewhere, deep in her heart, what their purpose was. She was supposed to use them for grabbing prey, letting her clutch onto it as she angled her massive head back and letting it fall into her maw.

For a moment, she was a little put out that there wasn’t an adequate source to test this on. Then she picked up the scent of blood. Veins bulged along her necks as she swiveled her heads from left to right, searching for prey she could impossibly see.

Small gill-like openings flitted along the underside of her every neck, breathing in her surroundings. She could smell the musk of the old factory Thomas had purchased for these ‘art’ sessions. She could smell the washed scent of her boyfriend, something mammalian disguised by perfumed oils that made her feel slightly ill. She could smell… A carcass?

It was a large thing, possibly a pig or a cow. Thomas must have been hiding it until now from her, giving her a treat to gorge herself on. Well, Mindy wasn’t about to look a gift horse in the mouth. She was hungry.

A new scent came from the rich odor she knew to be Thomas: pride. Her form could evidently read people’s emotions from their pheromones, which told her she was meant to prey on things that were afraid of her. Something deep in her new body agreed with that sentiment.

Mindy’s instincts told her that though she excelled at combat, she wasn’t meant to engage alien invaders head on. The prospect of aliens intrigued her, and she tried to visualize what they were like. Four limbs, pinkish hide, hair atop their skulls instead of across their bodies…

Humans. She now thought humans were aliens. The thought amused her, and she uncoiled her long, slick tail. It wetly slapped against the ground as she lifted a head towards the air, searching for the treat Thomas had left for her, the thing that he was so proud she’d seemed interested in.

It was to her left, and she reached out with her blind heads, moving towards it. That in itself was another challenge, one which her body soon assisted her with. She couldn’t tell whether she was to inch herself forwards like a slug, or to slither like a snake.

As luck would have it, it was a mixture of the two. Mindy coiled her body and uncoiled it, rolling her titanic length and propelling herself towards the meat. The scent was strong, allowing her to pinpoint a general area. But that wasn’t enough.

Curiously, she tried lifting two more of her heads, then a third. She angled each at a menacing angle towards the meet, feeling a pang of disappointment as it didn’t respond in fear. She was a predator, not a scavenger. Feasting on a corpse just didn’t feel right to her.

But the only other living thing in the room was Thomas, and Mindy couldn’t even consider that. Instead, she approached the carcass hungrily, her heads poised as if to strike. Thanks to the way she’d angled them, the girl could see the precise location of her prey. Each head had only a general idea of where the meat was, but when she put them together…

The thought gave her a moment’s pause. Each of her head shared the same thoughts, in spite of the fact that they had separate brains. Moreover, she could control each individual head, even though there was no central brain. She couldn’t even tell which head had been her original.

Mindy decided to set these thoughts aside, though she’d need to investigate them later. For now… She ‘looked’ to the meat, lunging her center two heads towards it. That was how she naturally struck-with two heads, in case one missed.

Both latched onto the carcass, mandibles sinking deep into the meat. Surprisingly, her other heads weren’t jealous. They didn’t so much as jockey for the chance to have a taste, since all of the meat fed the same stomach. And, to her delight, she could taste.

The hydra reared her two heads back, pulling the meat apart in her mouths with terrifying ease. Her necks were insanely powerful, splitting the carcass as though it was butter. Blood trailed down her throat, warm and orgasmically salty.

It was actually pleasurable to eat, to sustain herself like this. Her thoughts swam with delight as she gulped down the treat, and her heads roared their victory. She then spun towards Thomas, tasting him with her new senses.

He was delighted, and he remained delighted even as she slithered towards him. Only when she reared her heads back to strike did he exhibit an iota of fear, and then it was too late. Or, at least, it would have been too late if she’d intended to eat him.

Instead, she simply kept her heads like that, on the verge of an attack. From how his scent quickly changed, she could tell he’d gotten the idea: she was posing for him. In truth, her body didn’t like this new scent-but her brain got drunk on it.

It was the scent of inspiration. She’d actually given her boyfriend an idea, acting as his muse. Pride swelled within her stomach, and her heads rumbled with delight. It was a sound her body wasn’t used to making, and it made her throat actually ache.

The thought was an amusing one: Mindy could now shriek to a volume that would have left her old voice hoarse, but now she couldn’t coo without it aching instead. She settled for a quiet hissing instead of the rumbling, and remained still until Thomas was done.

This was… New, but not unwelcome. Privately, the beast hoped that Thomas would get commissioned by this game again, and she slipped into daydreams of new, beastly, horrifying forms.
