“Free at last, free at last. Thank God almighty; I am free at last.” Quipped Julia Morgan. The blonde smirked as she slipped away from her protégés.
Babysitting was a lot harder than the woman had thought, and was certainly a good deal less rewarding than a recent graduate like herself deserved. Thankfully, she’d gotten the brats seated for the live elephant show; which meant that she finally had some free time.
Julia checked her phone for the dozenth time that hour, sighing as she saw none of her favorite sites had updated. Well, she might as well try texting her friends…
She paused, frown deepening as she saw she had barely a bar of reception. As if the zoo wasn’t bad enough simply by virtue of its existence; it had to make matters worse by being an evident Faraday cage.
“Great…” She muttered, waving her phone around. A swipe to the right made a second bar flicker, if only for a moment, and she took a step in that direction. Then another. Unfortunately, it never went above that second, and she found herself walking, keeping her eyes set on her screen.
“Come on, lousy thing. Why did I even go with that cell company if all I get is a headache?”
“Headache, hm?”
Julia jumped at the sound of a female voice, and she turned to find a bemused, busty zookeeper. The woman waved to her with an amicable grin. “Hi, I’m Jane. And you… You’re in a no trespassing zone, you know.”
“Oh right sorry.” Julia said in a mumbled hurry, turning to leave. As if it wasn’t bad enough that she wandered into a restricted area, she also had to find an irritatingly peppy employee. Couldn’t zookeepers realize that they worked the retail of museums?
The zookeeper stepped in front of her, still smiling-though her grin took on an air of mischief. “You know… You’re just in time to see the elephant show. Really close up view, you’re in great luck.”
“I’m not interested, thanks.” Julia tried to wave her off, but Jane kept walking in front of her, blocking her path.
Just as Julia was about to snap at the zookeeper, the other woman spun on her heel, in time with lights flaring to life around the two. With a start, Julia realized that the two of them were in the middle of a viewing room completely enclosed by thick glass. She could see a packed audience on the other side, and worse, she could see the kids she’d been tasked to babysit.
“Ladies and gentlemen! Thank you for coming here today! I’m Zookeeper Jane, and today you’re going to be learning about elephants!”
Julia tried to duck from sight, but a spotlight followed her no matter how she moved. She blushed and waved at Jane furiously, hissing to her. “Hey! I’m not supposed to be here, right? How do I leave?”
“This room is actually perfect for big elephants.” If Jane had heard her, the woman gave no sign of it. Instead, she continued to speak to the crowd with a wild grin. “It’s nice and warm, a good and cozy home for the animals’ fat, enormous bulk.”
“Hey-uphh!” Julia blinked, the air getting knocked from her lungs by some invisible force. Her whole body felt funny from head to toe, and she grunted as she felt herself begin to swell.
It was like someone was pumping her full of fat, her clothes were tight on her frame in a matter of seconds, stretched taut across her suddenly-soft skin. Julia wanted to pass it off as something within her imagination; stress that had made her mind run wild. However, the creaking of her clothes told her that this was very, very real.
“Now, elephants are some of nature’s fattest animals, not quite on the level of hippos but darned close. You can imagine that makes feeding them quite the hassle!”
Julia looked to Jane with distress, stumbling towards her and trying to ignore the quiet gasps from the audience. “H-hey! I think I’m allergic to the enclosure! Or something! Get me out of here!” She tried to keep her voice low, but she could still hear it over the speakers.
Jane turned towards Julia and winked. “Of course, that also means that they have quite the amount of junk in their trunks-and I’m not talking about their noses.”
As she spoke, the zookeeper darted a hand forward, tearing Julia’s jeans at the waist. That devilish grin was back on Jane’s face, and she clapped a hand against Julia’s ass. The jiggling motion sent further tears through her jeans, until they exploded from her body.
Jane’s eyes twinkled as she caressed Julia’s fat bare ass, looking to the crowed. “Isn’t it great just how big pachyderms are?”
“W-wait… What?” Julia blushed as she began to realize what was happening. “Are you doing this to me?”
“And there’s that stunning intellect that sets them just above the other animals! Of course, they’re still none too bright.” Jane called out to the crowd, pinching Julia’s nose in her fingers.
“No… Don’t…” Julia pleaded helplessly, having more than an inkling as to what the zookeeper had in mind.
It was fruitless to deny, and Jane began to walk away from her quarry, pulling the woman’s nose as she went. It stretched out like taffy, deforming and dulling until it was a mottled gray.
Much to Julia’s surprise, she could still breathe through it, and she took an experimental inhalation through her proto-trunk. It turned out to be a little too much, her sinuses protesting the motion.
“Ah-ah-CHOUUAAAH!” Julia trumpted as she sneezed, the animalistic sound sending a chill of dread through her spine. The motion sent a ripple through her plus-sized form, unbalancing her and sending the woman to all fours.
“And there we have it! See, these lumbering behemoths are really clumsy thanks to their big, oafish feet.”
“PHWUOAH!” Julia trumpeted in shock, looking down to her hands in terror to find them changing. Thick nails covered her fingers, then pulled them into the fattening trunks of her arms. She stomped at the ground helplessly, soon sporting a perfect set of elephant limbs.
Then the process repeated itself on her feet, a change made all the more horrifying for the fact that she couldn’t see it, feeling it happen to herself instead. She tried to back away, but the zookeeper began to lightly twirl her trunk as though it was a jump rope.
The effects on Julia’s body were imminent: She began to bloat further, the rest of her clothing snapping off as her smooth skin darkened and coarsened to an elephant’s gray. It didn’t keep her fat form from jiggling constantly though, and Julia found herself blushing madly.
Jane bowed in time with the crowd’s applause, turning to her quarry with a predatory grin. “There’s a reason that elephants are known as the largest land mammals, you know. These big, dumb animals like it big.”
She released her hold on Julia’s nose, but the transforming woman was still unable to move. She could only whimper as Jane trailed a hand along her fat flank.
“And speaking of big, I think that our specimen’s ready for a big one herself.”
“NRROA!” Julia grunted, head jerking forward as a cow elephant’s cry left her mouth. She groaned and shifted her massive legs, feeling her sex begin to change. Her lips swelled until they were positively huge, a damp warmth settling along them.
“Look at how horny she is! You can tell from how swollen her privates are!” Jane’s words were greeted with applause, and the zookeeper laughed in turn. “But you’ll need to wait for the late night show for that one, folks!”
A tail sprouted from Julia’s back side as Jane spanked it, and Julia shuddered as she felt it lift, as though she was ready to accept a mate. Her pussy positively dripped with passion, and she realized that everyone was staring at her-taking pictures, even!
“Puhleaath…” Julia groaned. It was so hard to speak, thanks to both her changing body and the mad lust that was coursing through her form. “Duhhn’t doo thithh…”
A pair of short tusks forced her expanding mouth open, and Julia sobbed as she felt her head expand. It was just as unsettling as the change to her legs, thanks to the fact that she could feel it rather than see it happening.
Her skull creaked, her jaw popped, and her ears stretched with the sound of pulling leather. That was probably the worst of the changes: feeling how her ears were getting so large and floppy, until they could catch at the air like sails.
“They say an elephant never forgets, but we’ve actually done studies on them to ascertain the truth of this. It goes about as you’d expect… After all, they are just animals.”
“GUHWOOOAR!” Julia tried to speak, but she found herself unable-not because her body was incapable, but because she couldn’t remember how to. Ice filled her veins, contrasting with the raw heat of her nerves.
“You see, elephants do forget, because they’re not very bright.” Jane smirked as she looked to the panicking elephant, stroking her side. “In fact, I’d have to say that they’re quite stupid as far as animals go, isn’t that right?”
Julia could feel it coming: a wave of cottony emptiness sweeping across her mind. She tried to resist, and for a moment she did. It was like she was holding a door shut against an unseen foe: behind herself, her memories and life and on the other side oblivion.
Then the force multipled tenfold. The door she was holding closed splintered to pieces, and the void rushed in. Julia trumpeted in a blind panic once, then twice. Before she could muster a third, the vapid dullness of an animal’s mind set in, and she let out a small groan.
“See?” Jane called, the woman’s voice no longer invoking the same dread in Julia’s mind-because there was nothing left of Julia. She was an elephant, nothing more and nothing less.
The animal looked up to the crowd of humans, trumpeting for their amusement. That was a good thing to do, she knew. It meant that she’d get treats, and treats were good. Almost as good as being mated, which was another good she wanted to do.
“I bet she’s particularly stupid even for an elephant, isn’t that right? Our little cow here wouldn’t make it a day in the wild, which is why it’s so great she’s here with us.” Jane called out, a smile clear in her tone. “And with that, let’s call this show a wrap, and give our fat and lumbering friend a round of applause!”
The crowd cheered for the elephant, who trumpeted back. Then she lumbered back to her pen, eager to live the rest of her life in captivity.
