Liliana Vess: noblewoman, necromancer, cursed holder of the Chain Veil. Plague upon Innistrad. Currently infuriated by a rather obstinate farmer.

“I said. Out. Of. The. Way.” Liliana repeated herself. She hated repeating herself.

“And I said you’re trespassing.” The man replied, resting a hand on his gut. “If I let you wander around these parts, then I’m letting everyone. That’s the Kessig way, and I’m not of the mind to let everyone about my farm.”

“Do you even know who I am?” The buxom woman glared daggers at the man, hands twisting and tattoos glowing. She was scant inches from cursing the man to dust, and he was only saved by the prospect of a humiliating apology.

“I could ask you the same, but I feel you wouldn’t care.” He grunted, evidently unimpressed.

That was it. Enough was enough. Liliana raised her hand, preparing to smite him with enough force to crush a giant.

Only… Nothing.

Her eyes widened for a fraction of a second before she groaned, a sharp pain stabbing at her gut. She pressed her hands to it, only for her eyes to widen as they met soft flesh. It was unmistakably fat, which she’d never had before in her life.

“Of course, I’m getting the feeling you care now.” The man thumped his shovel into the dirt, leaning on it heavily. “Because apparently you just threatened my life, and in a big way.”

“W-rrnt-what?” Liliana grunted, falling to her knees as pain overwhelmed her. She blinked in shock and outrage a second later, looking up to him. “Did I just snort?”

“I reckon so.” The farmer replied.

The dark-haired woman shuddered, staring at her face with horror as it started to extend. Loud pops and cracks from her jaw filled the air, and dread sank deep into her heart at the sight of her nose twitching. Before her startled eyes, it flattened out on her face, becoming an almost upside-down heart.

“See,” he continued, kneeling down to get closer to her stooped form. “I’ve got this magic about me. Whoever threatens me or my land ends up under my care.”

“Bast-urrrnt! Grrnt orrnt!” Liliana’s nose twitched as she snorted repeatedly, the sounds bursting from her throat like coughs. She pawed at the ground feebly, only to sob out a snort as her hands twisted into clumsy trotters.

“And the more force they threaten me with, the longer they get to stay here. And it looks like you’ve just used quite a bit.”

Liliana grunted, squealing miserably. Her clothing was getting tighter and tighter around what was once a voluptuous body, now overrun with fat. Her thick nose twitched as she looked up with hate, preparing to muster every last bit of her power to crush this man.

The Chain Veil glowed at her hip as she prepared to liquefy him, his livestock, and most of the surrounding area. She would not be humiliated like this!

“You just aren’t very good at listening, are you?” The man laughed.

Liliana had a moment to reflect on his words before her power was turned upon herself. If her previous changes were like flames across her body, this was a holocaust.

A loud, porcine squeal tore itself from her throat as she expanded, exploding from her clothing with fat, inhuman bulk. Her hair fell from her head in an instant as she grunted and snorted, desperately trying to use magic she no longer had to stay grounded.

The farmer watched the once-powerful planeswalker devolve into a sow, little more than a dimwitted, squealing animal. “Because…Well, I’m sure you’ll realize. Or not, you might just end up losing that high-and-mighty mind of yours. Wouldn’t that be a shame.”

With that, he was done with her. Liliana watched him go with an indignant snort. Then her body began to move of its own accord, and she realized her troubles had only begun.

Apparently whatever had overwritten her body had overwritten her subconscious as well. Her snout dropped towards her clothing, and she began to idly chew at the rags of her stylish robes.

Helplessly, Liliana watched from behind her own dimwitted eyes as she ate the last traces of her old life, including the powerful relic she’d once wielded. The Chain Veil tingled her throat a bit, but a loud burp solved that matter.

That settled, the fat sow waddled off to the nearby farmland-utterly heedless of the female voice screaming within her piggish head.
