I open the door and yelp in surprise to find you standing on my porch, wearing nothing but a bow draped across your bare breasts. The sight is enough of a shock that I can barely even think to give voice to a stammered “W-what are you doing!”

Of course you tilt your head in surprise, noting the blush that runs across my cheeks with amusement. “I’m surprising you with a sexy birthday present. What does it look like?” You say it matter-of-factly, grinning as you step out of the oversized box you’d hidden yourself in. You’ve teased me like this for years now, and though it’s been a few months since we last spoke, you figured I’d appreciate the surprise—girlfriend or not.

I stammer more, blinking in surprise and finally managing some indignity. “For you information, I happen have a girlfriend that I love very much! So good day!” I harrumph, pausing as you place your hand on the door, stopping me from closing it. “What now?” I ask indignantly.

“You do realize that if you close the door right now and make me walk away, your neighbors will see a naked woman leaving your house… And then they’ll tell your girlfriend.” You smile, knowing you’ve won already.

Sure enough, my shoulders sag as I look at you, tiredly jerking my head behind me. “Get in… If you’re willing to face the consequences.” I grunt, distaste clear in my tone.

“Consequences? That sounds kinky.” You say with a smile on your face as you look to me, trailing your fingers along my shirt. I flinch back, but only for a second, my gaze darkening as I click the door locked behind myself.

“Not really.” I smirk, clapping my hands together, the sound impossibly loud. It’s like a gunshot has gone off in your ears, which begin to ache.

You find yourself covering them accordingly, a frown beginning to play across your face as you realize that something is very, very wrong. Your ears feel a little funny to the touch, like they’re not the same as they usually are.

To your horror, they twitch at your touch, seeming to increase in size. Your ears are growing, getting bigger and longer on your head until you can feel their whole length over their palms. You clutch them in your hands desperately, which only lets you feel them better as they grow lush brown fur and begin to draw up the sides of your skull.

“What are you doing to me?” You squeak in horror, trembling as you feel something begin to press out from your tailbone, just above your bottom. You look back and watch with a racing, terrified heart as a small nub works its way from your backside. But before you can get a good glimpse at it, the tail grows a thick and fluffy coat of fur, giving you a cotton tail.

It sparks a realization in your mind, and you look up to me in horror. “Are you… Are you making me into a rabbit?” You ask accusingly, gagging a moment later as your teeth begin to tingle. Your two front teeth start to lengthen in your mouth, growing large and wide.

“Well, you’re the one who wanted to breed like bunnies! I’m just the one removing some temptation from my life!” I glare at you harshly. “I tried asking you time and time again to stop this, but now you’re really forcing my hand!”

“Forcing your hand?” You cry back, eyes wide with shock as you absently feel your new buck teeth. “Jesus, I thought that you’d call the police, maybe file a restraining order—this is insane! You’re changing my body into an animal’s!”

“Only making your body match your mind.” I chuckle ruefully, placing my hand on your shoulder. “And speaking of your body, I don’t think that you belong on two feet.” I say, pressing down hard on you.

A squeak escapes your lips as your shoulders and hips click, leaving you to fall hard on the ground on all fours. It’s such an undignified pose that reminds you more of the horror of your current fate. “I don’t want to be a rabbit, I don’t!” You whimper, eyes watering as you plead with me.

“And I didn’t want someone to show up naked on my doorstep when I’m in the best relationship of my life!” I counter. “But seeing as how neither of us are getting what we want, why don’t we just go along for the ride?”

The ride, in this case, happens to be a sudden cramping from your sides as you begin to expand, losing your human proportions in favor of those of a pudgy bunny. You moan with distress as your skin itches too, and sure enough your body slowly grows in a thick coat of downy fur.

“Please, no!” You whine again, your heart beginning to pick up its pace as it starts thumping to the beat of a rabbit’s. You’re afraid, so very afraid, and my next ‘comforting’ statement doesn’t make it any better.

“Hey, look on the bright side! My lovely darling and I will keep you as a pet! You won’t have to fend for yourself!” I grin, petting your soft ears.

You twitch your nose angrily in response and whimper as it begins to stretch away from your face, taking your mouth along for the ride. Within seconds you’ve grown a full rabbit’s muzzle, bringing you one step closer to your inevitable fate.

Your throat tingles as you try to plead for your fate once more, but this time all that comes out is a squeak befitting of your new body. Stripped of voice, you instinctively thump one leg against the ground in distress to convey your feelings, hating the feeling of your feet beginning to lengthen; to become rabbit’s paws.

“Hey, look on the bright side. Now you’re out of my hare.” I say with a chuckle, cupping my hands under your arms. “Get it? Hare?” I begin to lift you, and as I do your body starts to shrink.

Your legs kick at the ground feebly, as though you want to remain on it, as your hands cramp and twist into paws as well. I look at you with an amused grin, watching as your arms and legs shrink too, giving you the appearance of a perfectly small bunny.

The whole world looks so big around you now; everything is huge! It’s more than a little frightening, and now you find yourself kicking to try and hide in my arms for fear that I’ll drop you.

“Oh, what’s the matter? You know, you might actually be a good gift after all like this.” I smirk, petting your tiny form in my giant arms.

As I laugh, you realize that your fate is sealed, and that you are now forever a rabbit; a pet for all of eternity.
