Hi guys~
Trina here again with a super-special guest! This time I’ve got my cousin Rene on; she’ll be writing as a guest writer over the next few days. That’s right; this time I’ve taken a serum that’ll only last for the next few hours, and I’ll be live-blogging the whole thing, start to end.
Tonight’s drink is a ‘Body and Soul’ serum from the new TransFun line. It’s apparently one of the newest things, a serum that affects the mind and the body alike. I can’t wait to find out how effective this is! Cats always look like they have so much fun; I can’t wait to try it out. Rene’s over right now, and she’s promised to play with me for as long as possible.
We might have a little overlap because of that. She’s planning on taking some ‘extended change’ type deal. I don’t know why; a lot of the fun in TransFun comes from having a quick change and fun experiences afterwards. If each of my changes took so long, I’d never have the time to try out all of the various serums TransFun has to offer!
Oh, and now the serum’s definitely kicking in. I can feel itchy all over; it’s a lot sooner than it’s been with the serums I’ve taken before. Only… It looks like the hairs are coming in from where they’d naturally grow. Not that this is too much of a complaint, but I’d really like having fur all over my body and not just some really bushy eyebrows. Oh! I should set up my special keyboard for this! I just got one with big keys that even cat’s paws should be able to use! We’ll test this out in a bit.
Back! And ooh… I dunno about any mental changes, but I have kitty paws for feet now. As usual, TransFun didn’t let down! I got to watch and feel my feet slowly shrink down; getting covered in itchy fur. Better than that, the fur didn’t cover my toes before I got claws, so I was able to see my toenails cover my changing digits. Not to mention seeing all that fur cover my soles; leaving just a few fluffy paw-pads behind. I can’t wait to walk on all fours! Being a dog was fantastic; so being a cat should be even better! I can’t wait to be more graceful!
Also, I’m growing a tail as I’m typing this. It feels really neat! Like, my backside is growing fur as my tail grows, so it feels really fluffy. I can feel every hair swishing through the air as I sway my tail from side to side.
But back to the fur! It’s covered my whole body by now, and my hair has shortened until it’s just a short crop. I feel a lot warmer now, and my mouth is getting dry. Well, not my whole mouth--just my tongue. I guess I should have expected that, right?
Anyways, here comes the last of my tail; I’ll need to hurry in setting up my keyboard. Be back in a little bit!
Okay, back! I know I said a little bit, and I’m really sorry! Like, ears-flat-against-my-head sorry! Rene got this kitty duster out and she’s always been so much taller than me and I really meant to get back to you guys! Anyways, still no sign of my mind getting changed I think.
But that doesn’t matter because I have a muzzle now! It’s so fluffy with little whiskers and it was perfect for catching that dumb dusty thingy that kept getting just out of my reach. Thinking about it is enough to just get me hissing, I swear!
And the rest of my head’s changed too. My ears grew to these cute little pointed tips a bit ago; nice and soft cat ears. As ever, it was a little odd feeling them slide up my head; but the trade-off is worth it. I dunno, it’s like my ears can pick up more sounds? If that makes sense?
Unfortunately, typing slowly now because my hands became little kitty paws a bit ago. Plus my body shrank, but paws! They’re so fluffy; I have these long white hairs along them which are kind of at odds with my orangeish coat. It’s like I’m becoming some sort of fluffy tabby; which I can definitely get behind. But back to paws!
It was really cool to watch my thumbs disappear; my hands puff out gently. In a way, it was a lot like becoming a dog; but there was something… Better about it? I dunno how to explain that cats are inherently better than dogs. ![]()
My whole body just feels more… Graceful. Like I could slink throughout the house, making the world my own. I think I’ll do that now… Maybe try cleaning myself; see what that’s all about.
That was really natural... Maybe mind has been changing this whole time? Unsure. What I am sure of is that I’m absolutely the most gorgeous tabby in the neighborhood. It feels really good to rub my flank against something and purr… And purring!
It’s just the best, like a deep rumbling in your throat that expresses how happy you are; like when you have a good treat or you finally catch that dumb dusty. Also pets. Pets are the absolute purry best. Is purry a word? Should be. That’s the best thing to express something that makes you purry, makes your tail swish from side to side.
By the way, swishing; not wagging. Wagging is something for (hiss) dogs. Honestly, that type of behavior is below me. I’m more refined than any dog; I can’t believe I even changed into one all that time ago! Nah, being a cat is the best. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to clean myself again. Gotta look my best!
Rene Day 0:
Hi guys, sorry for that last one, haha. Trina seems to have lost it a little… Can't believe it only took a half hour. Right now I’m keeping her occupied with ‘dusty’. Guess that mental change affected her more than she thought it would. Anyways, I’m Rene. I’m a med student who’s got some feline aspirations, and I can’t wait to share these experiences with you guys. Better yet, I was able to get credit for this for a senior project. Nothing like synergy, right? Anyways, I don’t have too much interesting to say regarding the changes thus far. I feel a little itchy, but that could also be because of Trina shedding everywhere. Well, not *everywhere*. Just most places. I’ll start recording in earnest tomorrow.

Rene Day 1:
Hello everyone. For convenience's sake, I've decided to put my name in for the rest of the days; just to avoid any confusion. So far, I've had some of the fur that swept across Trina's body so. Only my fur is a nice shade of cream, so I'm not sure if we'll end up being the same breed. Growing fur is remarkably painless-though as Trina said, it is damnably itchy. I had no idea that growing such soft strands could possibly be such an irritant. It's almost all I can do right now to keep from itching at my forehead.
I don't know whether it was intention or coincidence, but the hair growth had to begin in an extremely embarrassing place: right between my eyebrows. I realize that this is the internet and some of you may have had other ideas as to where this 'embarrassing' fur would go, but I'm hardly as distressed by that. Hair typically grows there, so this doesn't take me by surprise. Even if this new fur is luxuriously soft. Plus, as my hair grew out, so did my teeth. Most notably of these are my canines. They have drawn out longer so for a brief amount of time I looked like some sort of cat-girl vampire. Hm. I think I just unintentionally thought of next year's Halloween costume.
Yet not even these feline teeth have startled me. No, the truly distressing transformation was me growing a uni-brow. I've always had nightmares about such growth before, though that may seem rather mundane. I know it seems silly, but feeling the itching right there was like my worst dreams come to life. I'll admit that it's quite a relief to have my forehead continue to itch. Knowing that there's more fur coming in makes this much easier for me to bear; knowing that my whole body will be covered in fur is a far better feeling than just a monstrous uni-brow.
I attended a quick lecture before the end of the day, and the whole time I was completely uncomfortable. I'm not certain as to specifically what it was; but it centered a lot around my feet and ankles. I kept having to slip off my shoes, it was really uncomfortable. I suppose the closest thing that I could liken it to would be switching the insoles to my shoes; so that the left was in the right and vice versa. Only this was all over my shoes, not just on the bottoms. Perhaps this is some instinctive change? I think that it has to be; I can't fathom any other possibility. Plus my socks were itchy, too. I use the past tense since I have removed the offending garments, preferring to go barefoot.
In addition to these changes, my ears have grown slightly tilted. It wasn't something I entirely felt during the progression, but I can definitely sense the changes now. This is rather hard to describe. While my hearing hasn't increased, I can definitely feel my ears are longer. My hair keeps bunching up around their elven tips which is really rather annoying. I'd have cut my hair were it not for the possibility that the TransFun serum might leave me with said cropped hairstyle upon my change back. After all, as a doctor (albeit one in training), I know that many hospitals are switching to TransFun treatments. This stemmed from the discovery that TransFun serums don't always revert a user back to their initial condition. If anyone has a disease or an illness, a dose of TransFun will result in the complete cure of said ailment upon regression to human form. No information yet holds on whether or not this effect could also apply to things such as old age... Or hairstyle, for that matter. I suppose I'll need to run some medical tests on such effects later, but right now this serum is purely for fun.
And what fun it is! I can hardly wait for my eyes to lighten; my tail to come in. More than that, I can't wait for my hands and feet to change. Cats' paws have always fascinated me: they're so soft, yet their leathery pads are thick enough to be walked on constantly. I keep sending glances to my feet--they're still itching, by the way--but other than a little fur growing over their tops I have yet to see any real transformation there. I also feel as though the serum is changing my appetite slightly. This is hardly as much of a mental change as Trina's, obviously, but it's still worth noting. I have the oddest desire for fish... Perhaps this is my mind playing tricks on me. Either way, it's worth investigating further. I'll be making a quick stop to the grocery store; if anyone asks I'll say it's makeup. Perhaps I'll try sandals. I'll be writing to you all again tomorrow.
Rene
Day 2 Rene:
It seems I was correct that I have a few mental changes. It seems that TransFun serums impart a set of instincts to better help the user survive. This would be a case of a dietary reprogramming; so I feel it safe to assume that my stomach had begun to transform yesterday. Fish remained as delicious as ever, but while normally I'd consider a side of something like fries on the side; last night I only wanted more fish. Curious.
Moreover, I had lunch with a friend today, and when the waitress asked for the tip; I meowed in response. With my own voice; mind you, not with a cat's. So it seems that my voice can change without my voice actually changing. Even now I'm trying to say different things. "Meander", "Doberman", "malefic". All of them come out as "meow", no matter how close or distant the word is to a cat's sound, it still comes out. Granted, each time I have a different inflection--which provides potential for further insight into such transformations, possibly even passing a linguistic barrier. But at the time it was highly inconveniencing, no matter how 'cute' my friend insisted it was.
As far as the rest of today's changes go, let's begin with the top. My ears have started to slide up my head. They are no longer recognizable as human or cat ears but rather something in between. They have also grown a slight coat of fur, which leaves me with a distinctly animalistic appearance. My hearing has increased slightly, though only for things in front of me. I think that this is from the repositioning rather than any significant aural modifications.
That having been said, my eyes have definitely changed; growing more adjusted to seeing in the dark. I can't see in pitch black conditions (yet), but I am more than capable of making my way around a moonlit room perfectly. This has come with my eyes taking on a greenish hue and more oval-like pupils, which I find most appealing. Another thing I find appealing is that my mouth has begun to change. It's not too much yet, but my lips are now permanently quirked into a constant smile. I find the effect to be rather endearing, especially combined with the onset of short whiskers. These were preceded with a slight poking sensation.
I also believe that my breasts have begun to change, as well as my body in its entirety. I feel a bit shorter; and my breasts seem smaller than normal. I don't think that this feeling stems from my diminished stature alone. They're proportionally smaller, as are my fingers. The changes to these digits so far has yet to pass beyond that: though I suspect that they are getting a bit more plump. As such, I have yet to break out Trina's 'Kitty Keyboard', as the box calls it. Honestly, I'm astonished at how quickly its company was able to manufacture a keyboard for TransFun users.
I'm also astonished with my new tail. I know, I know: I should have gotten to that first, been more surprised. But I can't help it, these TransFun instincts work wonders. While I know that this is an addition, I feel as though my tail has always been a part of me--except when I try to control it. As it stands, I can perform typical actions without being distracted my tail; it always flicks out of the way when in danger. But when I'm trying to focus on it now, and I can't quite get the hang of waving it independently. I can make it sway from side to side easily enough, but complicated motions seem to be out of my grasp at present.
Past that, my feet have definitely begun to change which is a very welcome development. I now need to be more careful with my steps: if I continue walking at a brisk pace as normal, then I tend to stumble. This is because my feet have begun to diminish in length. The balls of my feet are pulling in towards my heels, in other words. This change comes with them being fully coated in fur (as is the case with some other parts of my body; namely my face, arms, tail, and groin) and with my toes dwindling away to almost nothing. I can still see them and wiggle them, but their range of motion is limited to exactly what one would expect from a cat's paw. They're there for more mobility than utility; stabilizers rather than additional digits. I find the whole sensation to be thoroughly pleasurable. Every time I walk on these changed feet of mine, I am reminded of my transformation into a cat.
Lastly, my body may be changing. I am entirely uncertain if this truly is the case or not; but I feel that I've begun to shrink. My clothes all feel a little loose on me, and I've done nothing to lose weight in the meantime. And that about sums up my current transformation for the day. Thank you all for reading; I'll be back tomorrow.
Rene
Day 3 Rene:
Today I'll begin with my feet. They have fully transformed into cats' paws, which is exactly what I've been waiting for. I watched closely as they began to tingle, seeing and feeling my foot structure reshape. It was a numb sort of ache, like when a dentist gives you a numbing agent. Then, my soles tingled, almost exactly like someone was tickling the bottoms of my feet. This sensation heralded the growing of paw pads, and I looked at the bottoms of my feet to see small islands of soft and leathery skin breaking through an ocean of fur.
I wriggled my toes at this to find that not only were some of the paw pads directly beneath them; I'd also grown claws. Yes, it seems like I'd completely missed my nails transforming (in my defense, they were obscured by fur), but I have now found the muscle needed to release my cat's claws. They retract after a time or when I focus on relaxing my toes, as paradoxical as that sounds.
Maybe it's a good thing that my feet have fully transformed; I don't think that I'll be on two legs for much longer. I think that my hips are quietly changing even as I type this; it's slowly becoming uncomfortable to sit like a human. Though this could also be another instinctive change imparted by the serum... Maybe it's a preventative measure to keep me from falling in the future.
Either way, being on all fours might not be too bad, even with my changing hands. They're still mostly the same, but now it feels like there's some pads on their bottoms. It's honestly quite surprising how different it feels to type with padded fingers. If you want to try it at home without taking a TransFun serum, I'd recommend trying to type with cotton balls attached to your fingers. I keep forgetting that I have these pads, so I never anticipate hitting the keys a bit sooner than I actually do.
The keys also look to be a bit farther apart than they used to be; probably because I've shrunk even more. This was discovered when I awoke to find myself tangled within the voluminous parachute that were once pajamas. I had to literally crawl out of them; I couldn't free my legs otherwise. I'm definitely a of feet tall, at the most. It's a little funny walking around my house as a dwarf; I'd never expected how inconvenient my higher shelves would be to reach. Luckily nothing up there was too essential; just big cups and mugs. Since I can still reach from my bowls, I've taken to pouring milk in a bowl and lapping it up.
I'd imagine such a task would be difficult were it not for me having a cat's tongue. As Trina mentioned earlier, it was certainly odd feeling my tongue 'dry' out. In actuality, this was the growth of hundreds of little bristles on my tongue. If I recall feline biology correctly, these make it easier to make it clean myself; and maybe to sample food. I'm not sure of its effects on the latter, but I can confirm the former works... Even if it led to me coughing up a hairball a few hours later. As I licked myself, I could feel my tongue flattening out, getting a lot thinner and longer. This made it a lot easier to lap up the milk in the bowl. I hadn't quite realized how there's a very subtle scooping motion to the action; each one gives me a nice gulp of creamy liquid. I suppose that's one of the perks of having a cat's tongue.
But come to think of it, my head is pretty much entirely a cat's head. It's a little odd to think that my muzzle will be normal. Before typing this today, I basically spend the entire day watching my nose flatten out; then push away from my face. I used to have braces when I was younger; the stretching feeling in my jaw was a lot like having my braces readjusted. Anyways, that's less relevant than the fact that my completed head has resulted in all of my feline senses fully awakening. My ears are now able to pick up far more things than they could earlier and my nose is far more sensitive. But the most important aspect of this transformation is that I now have the taste buds of a cat. Fish has gone from delicious to heavenly; I can't help but wonder if this is the result of instinctive change, physical change, or both.
I know that I said that it's basically entirely a cat's head, and before I signed off I'd like to clarify that. My hair has decided to thin rather than recede. It's like the hair on my body is falling out, leaving me barren save for my fur, of course. I hadn't realized this at first, being clean-shaven. But now this is completely apparent; I find myself shedding my human hair almost constantly. Anyways, I need to be off. Have to set up Trina's 'Kitty Keyboard' for tomorrow; I think this will be my last post as a hybrid.

Day 4 Rene:
I was correct in my assumptions yesterday. Also, on a side note? Typing on this is a huge pain in my feline rear. Try going from being an accomplished typist to tapping with just two fingers and you'll understand what I mean. That said, the design of this board is quite nice; and they've also included autocomplete software that goes a LONG way when it comes to typing this. Trina still hasn't returned to normal, either; so there's no sense in having her type this for me. But, that's a sacrifice that I have to make for the sake of recording this.
And what an experience 'this' is! I'd never imagined how odd it would be to feel my body shrinking down the rest of the way; to feel my arms and legs shortening and dwindling into feline limbs. But more than that, the oddest sensation would have to be shared between my vagina repositioning itself and the growing of additional nipples. Although I suppose they'd be 'teats'... Regardless! The feeling of change was exceptionally odd, and one I won't go into more as this is a 'family-friendly' blog.
What I can delve further into is how graceful, how lithe I am right now. I feel like I could get anywhere I want to; all I'd need to do is think about where I need to go and I can set off. Cats have an impressively high jump range. Coupled with the ability to scale things with my claws, there's nothing that's out of my reach. I might need to explore this more to confirm it, but I think that there's some sort of mental shift that makes this whole experience simple and natural. It's like I was born in this body; it's truly remarkable.
Trina's Epilogue:
Ooog, that was really intense. Like, there was definitely a period of time that I forgot all about Trina the human; being Trina the cat was just too much fun! Also huge apologies to any dogs/dog-lovers out there. I promise, I think dogs are just as good as cats; if not better! But when you're becoming something different you get something of a complex I guess, you know?
I'm really sorry again; but I think a lot of you picked up on that being a mental change. I think the fact that I can now speak of dogs and cats on equal terms is a good sign that I've returned to being fully human again, by the way.
Other than that, not too much to say about my time mentally losing myself. It was really fun; a lot better than taking a serum without any mental change. But unfortunately, time passes when you're having fun, and this made time blow by in what felt like seconds! This was certainly a memory I'll never forget, and thank you so much for sharing it with me... Even though I did have a brief dog-hating phase. Sorry again, and see you next change!
Trina
Day 17 Rene//Epilogue:
Hello everyone. The first thing that I'd like to say is that I miss having a coat of fur. There's something fantastic about always being warm and snuggly; like I was constantly kept in a huge and comfy blanket. I really liked that aspect of my change, as well as the instinctive grace that came with being a cat. Plus, though I didn't cover it in my initial paper, purring is fantastic. I still can do it as a person now that I know which vocal chords to rumble; and I may have to more often. It's a much simpler way of expressing happiness and contentment that I feel is incredibly attractive.
TransFun serums are definitely an experience; I'd never expected moving in my body to be so simple. It's like they thought of everything. You can 'learn' to walk if you concentrate on which muscles to move... But if you let your mind drift away and walk on your own; it's completely natural. That said, I naturally learned to walk on my own for future reference. But it is good to know that if I become something I have no idea how to operate, then I still have a backup. The biggest thing though is the lingering effects of the change. I'm still having a bit of trouble wearing clothes, especially shoes. This would be worth further note; perhaps it could be used as a way of getting over the societal phobia of nudity?
Regardless, I am glad to have shared these changes with you. Thank you very much for reading Trina's blog; these pageviews mean the world to her.
