The morning air was nice and cool, a refreshing setting in contrast to the butterflies in my stomach. I looked at Joan a little uneasily, my bare foot trailing small patterns in the grass even as I looked down to the thermos in my hand. Of course, we’d decided to make good on Joan’s little ‘mix-up’ earlier, and this time she decided that it was my turn for some changes.
That said, I kept thinking about how frightened she looked when those extra legs had burst through her abdomen... I shivered, looking back to the thermos. That was why we’d decided on trying to heat the dosage this time, a quick change to keep me from focusing too much on how I was becoming a horse—a horse!
The reminder of how I’d become a majestic steed was the best thing for my nerves. I’ve always been one of those closet horse people, thinking of riding free on the plains, galloping proudly astride a good horse. But on the other hand, the sheer size of equines really put me off, and I couldn’t ride anything larger than a small pony last time I visited Joan’s farm.
That’s why this little order from TransFun seemed to be such a good idea, and so we’d driven out early to avoid unnecessary attention while I changed. Driven out in her Camaro... You’d never know it from looking at her, but Joan really was rich. I kept telling her to flaunt it, but she always insisted that it was embarrassing.
As though she sensed that my attention had shifted to her wealth again, Joan arched her eyebrow, looking at me funnily. “Something you want to say?” She said, the rising sun behind her, highlighting her amber hair. It looked beautiful against the plains behind her, and I sighed. Come on, that just wasn’t fair!
“Oh, nothing.” I said, popping the top off of the thermos. Better to just drink it now before I started to pester her about how rich she was again. Even if she was filthy rich.
I downed the contents of the thermos in one go, a warm and rich flavor filling my stomach. It was like drinking soup, though it had a good aftertaste to it, rich and creamy. My whole body shuddered as a tingling sensation ran across it, and I stretched out my back, sighing contentedly.
I could feel my spine make its usual first few cracks, then I started making more and more. I snapped my eyes open to look at Joan, finding she was much shorter than she had been a few moments ago. My stomach rumbled, and I looked down to find my chest barreling out, my breasts sinking back into the expanding muscle.
I windmilled my arms for a moment, but each swinging circle they made became smaller and smaller as my shoulders snapped and popped, until I was waving at the air like a horse. Well, that settled my worry that TransFun might have mixed up the vials again. My hands cramped slightly as they were encased with hard, black enamel, and I thudded to the ground on my new forehooves.
“You okay, Hannah?” Joan asked, running a hand along my back. She repeated the motion, but this time it felt a little off. My neck stretched away from my body, and I craned it back to see that the lower half of my body was covered in a nice chestnut coat of fur. My hair tingled, and I found my head being pulled back as though someone was tugging on my hair. The sensation let up, and I shook my longer head, feeling what could only be a mane shaking along the back of neck as I repeated the action.
My tail and muzzle grew in almost at the same time, my nostrils flaring out wildly as I snorted, a nicker following that as my lips thickened around my blocky teeth. My vision widened, my eyes sliding to the sides of my head. I shook out my body, feeling the changes abate. Much to my delight, I felt muscle rippling up and down my form, unbridled power springing from my every action. I let out a loud neigh, feeling it ripple from my lungs, through my neck like an unstoppable force.
How fitting, for surely with all of this strength, I was unstoppable! I looked to the plains before us, ready to unleash my new strength upon the gently rippling grass. With that, I pawed at the grass, digging a small furrow in the dirt with one of my hooves, pushing my strength forward to fall clumsily on my face. Ow.
“Oh, right. I forgot to mention that moving with extra limbs is kind of tricky. As a spider it wasn’t too bad, since I had enough to keep my balance, but with your new center of gravity...” Joan said, walking up to me.
I flicked one of my ears with irritation. I mean, obviously that was the case, I wasn’t normally that clumsy. I considered biting her, but before that idea could get beyond the planning stage, she started to run her hands along my mane, scratching me behind my ears.
“You like that?” She grinned from ear to ear. I nodded, my ears twitching with pleasure as she continued to pleasure me. This was probably a good time for me to try to get used to looking at the world through my new scope of vision. I shivered again, adjusting my position to sit a little more comfortably.
Joan started to rub my flanks more, and she grinned from ear to ear as I looked at her inquisitively. “Belly rubs were kind of out of the question as a spider, but how would you feel about them as—oh!” She gasped, snatching her hand away as it brushed against the lower part of my belly.
I flicked one of my ears, tilting my head. Was something wrong? No, it couldn’t be. Joan didn’t look concerned, she looked... Amused? She snickered, unable to contain a brief hiccup of laughter. Just like that, the dam broke, and she started practically rolling on the grass with laughter.
What? What? I bumped my nose against her arm, and she hugged my head gently as she started to compose herself.
“It—it’s nothing. Well, I mean, it’s something, but—” She laughed again, wiping tears from her eyes. “I think they might have mixed up the vials again, because...”
I neighed, tilting my head.
“Uhm...” Joan still smiled, but there was a red flush creeping across her face. “Well, stand up and look between your legs.”
A look between my legs? What was—oh. Oh no. I scrambled to all fours, shifting my body so I could get a better look there. Sure enough, it seemed I was distinctly male, a proud set of equipment just... dangling there. How in the hell did that happen? I requested the change into a stallion, and stallions could be girls, right? I’d definitely need to call up TransFun once this was over.
Still, male or not, I had a day as a horse ahead of me, and I was damn ready to live it out. I nodded resolutely, looking back to Joan. My resolve crumbled almost instantly as Joan snickered again. “I—I’m sorry, I really shouldn’t be laughing. Tell you what, why don’t you try and get used to moving around and I’ll just try and—” Joan started to snicker again, giggling more as I glared at her. “I’ll just be over here for a bit.” She walked over to a tree, holding a book in front of her face so I couldn’t see her laughing. Of course, I could still hear her—my new ears were a good deal more sensitive.
I shrugged her off, so what if I was a guy now? I was still a horse, and the extra dangly bits didn’t keep me from running free! I tried to gallop and fell again, cursing repeatedly. No, the only thing keeping me from running was my own clumsiness. I got back onto all fours, shaking my mane out. Okay, third time was the charm.
I closed my eyes, my large nostrils filling with the fresh air, grass and nature pouring into me. My eyes closed, I tried to focus on the environment as a whole, how the plains felt against my hooves. No, that had to be it! I couldn’t feel the ground against my hooves, just the pressure of dirt against my long ankles; and that was what was keeping me from running. It was like wearing a new set of shoes, I just had to break into them.
And the best way was to start out slow, right? I eased one of my legs forward, pausing the motion. No, wait, that wasn’t right. Horses walked with two of their legs at a time, right? I tried moving both of my right legs, them my left legs, wobbling forward unsteadily. No, that was completely ridiculous, it was like I was trying to do a penguin impression.
Maybe if I were to alternate my legs? I tried moving my right foreleg and my left hind leg, mirroring the motion with the other half of my body. Yeah, that... that felt much more natural. I tried walking like that a little more, moving in small and easy circles around Joan’s tree. She stopped reading to applaud, so I decided to speed it up a bit.
My legs kicked more against the ground, steady hoofbeats resounding through my form as I broke into an easy trot. I neighed happily, bobbing my head as I worked into a rhythm. One two three four, one two three four... I started pushing myself faster and faster, breaking into a light run. Yeah, that was the trick—but I had to go faster, I had to gallop!
My legs kicked harder and harder, my hind legs drawing closer to my body with each push. It was like sprinting on four legs, and I found the ground beneath me blurring past as I raced away from Joan. It was incredible, like sprinting but on all fours. The wind flowed past my powerful muscles, long grass tickling where my hooves ended and fur began.
My new vision was perfect for this movement, my peripherals clear enough to make sure I didn’t stumble—all I had to do was lead into my body naturally. Sweat started to mat down my fur, my mane whipping gracefully against my long neck. I leaned my entire body left as I broke into a wide turn, wheeling around to storm back to her.
I decided to slow down a little as I approached, easing myself back into a light trot. Joan grinned from ear to ear as I approached. “Now you’re getting it!” She laughed. I leaned in close, licking her face with my large tongue. She sputtered and I licked her again, making sure to give her a nice coat of saliva. A small revenge for laughing at me, but it was definitely a start.
“Oh God, Hannah!” She wiped her face off, looking up at me with a glare. It turned into an evil smirk, and I felt my stomach sink. Crap, I woke up her aggressive side.
“You know, Hannah. You don’t really know how I spent my childhood, do you?”
I nickered, embarrassed. Truth be told, I always felt a little awkward about asking her about her childhood, thinking that it’d probably degenerate into another conversation about how she was so wealthy.
Joan stood, grinning as she looked me up and down. “I used to raise horses back here. I had a real knack for it, they said, and I planned to retire out here.” She turned, waving for me to follow her. I did, and she led me to what looked like an old stable.
My eyes widened as I looked at the myriad of training gear and equipment that I couldn’t devise the purpose of.
“Now, first thing’s first. You happen to be really smart for a horse, so that saves us a few days of teaching you basic commands. But we still need to get you used to being bridled.” She smartly bundled her hair into a ponytail as she spoke, then walked over to a set of harnesses, pulling one from the rack.
I blinked, frowning as I considered pulling away. No, that really wasn’t me. I was a free spirit, and even though I wanted to be ridden, I was hoping it would be a little more natural than this!
Joan noticed my hesitation, because she snapped her fingers, glaring at me. “Hey!” She pointed at her feet. “Back here, mister!”
Mister? I—wait, nevermind. I glumly trotted over to her, flattening my ears as I pouted. I didn’t want to be yelled at like that... Joan smiled, petting my mane.
“Good boy!” She reached into her jeans, pulling out a sugar cube. “Who’s a good boy? Hannah is!” She chirped as I sucked on the treat, fiddling with the straps of the bridle. “Let’s see... This should do it.”
With that, Joan slipped the bridle over my head, tightening a few straps so it fit snugly. That wasn’t too bad, it was like wearing a face mask, the cords hugging my new face neatly, cupping me behind my ears and around my snout.
I worked my tongue along the bit, gnawing on it idly. I’d never really tasted leather before, but I could tell that this was well-worn, a nice subdued feel to it. Though there were other flavors... My eyes widened as I realized I was tasting the spit of at least four other horses.
Joan patted my nose. “Yeah, we don’t really wash these out.” She grinned, tossing a saddle onto my back. It fit snugly, like a backpack whose padded form was kept down by its own weight. But... Still, it was more than a little unsettling. This meant that I was just like any other horse, right? Just an animal meant to be ridden?
I looked back at the saddle, nickering with disapproval as she tightened these straps. I shuddered my flanks , feeling the stirrups bounce against my chest.
“What? You want to get the full horse experience, right? I promise that you’ll be just fine.” Joan continued to pet me, and I sighed with acceptance. It could be worse. I could just be a pack animal, not a stallion. Granted, I was basically just a transport animal, but I could be a show steed, too!
Joan put one of her feet in my saddle, and I nickered with pride at how I didn’t budge as she mounted me. Damn, it was nice to be strong.
“Now then...” Joan said from behind me. I started to turn my head, but she tugged at the reins, pulling my head back gently.
“Ah-ah! Face forward, eyes front, easy on the way out, okay?” Joan’s legs squeezed gently against my flanks, even as she whipped the reins forward. I nickered again at the thought of being treated like an animal, but that was the idea for this weekend.
We spend the next few hours practicing tricks: jumping; sprinting; doing show trots. I had to admit, Joan definitely put me through my paces, and I found myself loving the workout. It was great, having her comforting weight on my back as I galloped around her farm.
During what had to be our third set of exercises, I picked up an amazing scent on the wind. It was like smelling the best homemade food, a comforting old lover, and even a summer’s breeze all in one. I immediately headed that way, despite Joan’s slight protest. She didn’t rein me in though, probably figuring I had earned a little bit of a riding break.
I kept going, cresting a hill to find a guy around our age riding a horse. “Oh my God that’s Trent.” Joan gasped, pulling on my reins. I let out a loud whinny, and he looked up at us, his eyes sparkling.
“Oh my God, Joan!” He shouted, trotting over to us. As he did, I picked up more of whatever awesome smell that was—he had to have some pretty fantastic cologne.
“I haven’t seen you in forever!” Trent grinned, pulling up his horse next to us. “And who’s this?” He looked at me with a smile.
“This is Hans!” Joan said, patting my neck.
“Wait, Hans?” Trent leaned down, gazing at my nether regions. I nickered, my ears flattening with embarrassment. “Damn, that’s impressive. You’ve got one hell of a well-trained horse, Miss Joan! Not that I should be surprised.” He flashed Joan a roguish smile, and I tilted my head to see her blushing.
“W-why do you say that?” Joan’s face reddened further, and she fidgeted with her ponytail anxiously.
“Well, Missy here is in heat! Normally, any stallion worth their salt would be raring at the bit to get at it with her.” Trent patted his horse’s neck, and she shook her rump slightly, wafting more of her scent into the air.
Not making it any easier on me, Missy. I ground my teeth slightly, but before I knew it, I was at what I’d heard referred to as ‘half-mast’. That was where it cut off, though. Despite my body’s instincts, I was still a human woman on the inside, and I was definitely able to resist a hot ass like hers.
Wait—was I drooling? Why was I drooling? I definitely wasn’t thinking of mounting her, my strong legs wrapping around her even as I—no, think of... of comics! Right! There was a new superhero flick coming out soon, right?
“You know, if you’re going to be around here for a little longer, I’d love to catch up. Dinner?” Trent grinned at Joan, and she nodded hurriedly.
“I wouldn’t mind that! When do you want to get started?”
“Now sound good?” Trent grinned at her, but his wasn’t the gaze that concerned me. I was more than a little worried about Missy’s sidelong glances at me, or to be more specific, my private areas. She met my gaze and nickered quietly. It was like she was raising her eyebrows suggestively.
“Heck yeah it does! We’ll stable up these two and see if we can’t do anything... creative later.” Joan grinned, leading me back for the stables. No no no no no, that was probably the worst thing possible! I don’t know if I could take a night in the same stable as that mare!
Of course, Joan didn’t notice, she was too busy flirting with Kent. My hooves went from thumping on the ground to clopping on tile. For a moment, I forgot about my protests, worried my hooves would slip on the floor. I shouldn’t have worried; it wasn’t like the brick pavers were waxed. Although it was a little more uncomfortable walking on the tile. It was like the difference between running on grass and running on concrete, it just... ached a little more. I tried walking a little gentler on it, and sure enough it was easier to bear.
My reins were pulled, and I eased to a halt. The weight ton my back let up as Joan eased off of me. That was my chance! I tried to get her attention as she removed my bridle, bumping my nose on her shoulder. I might as well have been trying to talk to a wall, she was too busy prattling on about how she had condoms in her purse and wait, what??? Was this actually Joan?
She giggled as Trent complimented her again, pulling off her hairband so her locks accentuated her grinning face. “Tell you what, I’ll lock up Missy and Hans, and you go take a shower. Deal?”
He nodded eagerly. “Hell yeah! You’re still the best, Joan.”
“I know.” She grinned, leading Missy into a stall. She turned to look at me, a devilish grin on her face. “Consider this revenge for the mouse, Hannah.” I neighed in disapproval as she led me into a stall next to Missy.
“Have fun!” She winked at me, and I noticed that she’d left my stall open. Oh. Okay. I could resist, right? Right. Missy whined needfully in the stall next to me, and I accidentally took another deep whiff of her scent. Probably...
I heard a faint clopping, and my eyes widened as Missy made her way into my stall. She looked as uncomfortable as a horse could get, turning around to me and whinnying inquisitively. I could see her swollen lips, just begging for me to fill them with my—comics! Movies! Math! Something!
She nickered impatiently, flicking her tail at me as though to waft the scent into my nostrils. Since when were horses so clever? Still, I—ohhh, to hell with everything else, I needed this. The last of my reserves crumbled to dust as I picked up more of her scent, the smell alone bringing me to complete ecstasy.
Missy let out a long, pleasured neigh as I got into position, putting my weight on her. I could feel the edge of her quivering flower, so I slid in, gingerly at first, then with reckless abandon as I was gripped by a pleasure unlike any other. I hugged my legs around her, holding her tight just as she was holding me tightly, and I continued to please the mare, encouraged by her whinnies of pleasure.
Sex as a man was a completely different sensation to that as a woman! It was easy to see the appeal of being the one doing the penetrating, feeling the satisfaction of satisfying another. And bringing it to completion was... Well, I’ll just leave it at ‘gratifyingly awesome’. I don’t know how many times we boned that night, I just know it was enough to knock me out until sunrise—and it was completely and utterly worth it.
Next morning came, and I awoke to the barn door opening. Joan and Trent slipped in, positively radiant. Their eyes lit up on me, and Joan grinned impishly. I flattened my ears against my head, worried that Trent would be angry that I’d just boned his mare, but his only response was to guffaw with laughter. Joan giggled too, no doubt some inside joke that I didn’t quite get.
“Looks like I’m not the only one who got some, eh Hans?” She sniggered, walking up to me and patting my mane. “Had fun screaming yourself hoarse?”
How was she joking about this! I just had sex with a horse! Even if it wasn’t that bad, to be totally honest.
“You ready for another day?” She rubbed my muzzle and I nickered softly. I was a little... spent after the night’s activities, but I was still eager to take Joan for a ride. Maybe a little bit easier of a ride than yesterday’s, though....
“Who knows?” Joan spoke again. “We might even follow it with another night.” She grinned at Trent, and he winked back.
“I know I’d be up for it. And hey, Missy seems to have enjoyed her stay too, eh?”
His horse nickered, tossing her head. It almost looked like she rolled her eyes! Was that some sort of challenge? Was she not satisfied? I grit my teeth, fully prepared to slam her twice as hard tonight. Um. Not that I wanted to, or anything. Still, I’d have to call this weekend so far a ‘win’, especially if tonight would be as good as last night.
