(Man to Anthro Primal Dialga)
‘Looking for something new in your life? Team Serum is ready to help!’
Calem sighed, reading over the pamphlet for the hundredth time. They were a new organization in Lumoise, and as much as he instinctively distrusted anyone who prefaced their organization’s name with ‘Team’, he couldn’t help his curiosity.
Curiosity may have killed the Delcatty, but Calem was never one for superstition. He walked into their café, hearing it chime behind him. A pair of attractive women in professional lab coats greeted him.
“Hi, welcome to Café Changement! I’m Amelia!” The taller of the two, a brunette with glasses, chirped.
“And I’m Emilia!” Chimed the other one, a redhead who was about Calem’s height.
He paused, at a typical loss for words.
“Oh, you have one of our pamphlets!” Emilia blinked, logging over to him to quickly take his measurements.
“Yes?” Calem frowned as she continued to check him out.
“Sis, I think he’s perfect!” Nodding, Emilia gave Amelia a thumbs-up.
The older woman pushed her glasses up, grinning at Calem. “So, what are you here for?”
Calem shrugged. “I don’t know. Honestly, I wanted to see if you were evil like the last ‘Team’ we had in the region.”
The girls scowled. “We’re nothing like Team Flare! We’d never dream of killing Pokemon like they did!” Amelia puffed her cheeks, glaring at the trainer.
“Hey, I was just checking.” Calem raised his hands placatingly.
Emilia sighed, patting Calem on the shoulder. “Don’t worry about her, she gets really upset about team Flare. Not that I blame her.” She added the last bit hastily. “Really, all we’re here is to help people’s wishes come true, and maybe punish people who hate Pokemon.”
Calem shrugged. “Well, I can’t really argue too much with that. Hey, if you’re all about making people’s wishes come true, I guess it’d be cool if you could make breeding go faster.” It felt silly to say, but at least it was a subject change that would hopefully calm the spectacled girl down.
“I think we’ve got just the thing!” Emilia chirped, stabbing Calem square in the back with a syringe.
Instinctively, he pulled out one of his Pokeballs, but before he could send out Chestnaught, the world went dark.
Calem awoke to find himself in a featureless circular room. “Um. What’s going on?” He reached for his bag, but found it was nowhere in sight.
“Well, we didn’t want to surprise you.” Emilia’s voice echoed through the room, a tinny tone to it. That had to mean a loudspeaker. He looked up to find a circular viewing room above him, Amelia and Emilia sitting comfortably atop his position.
“Well, what do you call this?” He spread his arms, tapping his foot irritably.
One of the girls—Emilia, judging by the glasses, rubbed the back of her neck nervously. “Um. Oops. You like Pokemon, right?”
Calem nodded. “Yeah, and speaking of, where are mine?”
“Oh thank Arceus. They’re up here with us; you can have them back after the changes stop.”
Calem opened his mouth to ask about the ‘changes’, but a yelp of surprise and discomfort escaped his lips. His clothes suddenly felt too tight for his body, and he grunted as they tore around him, his body tearing them apart, muscles stretching the fabric beyond their seams.
Calem grunted, his hands exploding from his gloves as he doubled over. His body surged with power, thick muscle rippling beneath the tatters of clothing that stubbornly clung to his form. Absently, he noticed his pants had stayed on, though they were more akin to shorts now.
He watched his fingers as they cracked and popped. His skin darkened to a deep royal blue, yet his nails were shifting to the reflective sheen of metal blades. The inky blue continued to sweep across his form, and he jolted forwards slightly as a blue tail sprouted from his backside.
Thoughts of moving it were swept away as Calem’s hands cracked again, a new set of bones forming beneath his skin, pushing their way out. He had a new metal exoskeleton, covering the backs of his digits like a gauntlet. His discomfort momentarily forgotten, he flicked one of his hands in the air. A smile crept across his face as his claws scythed wickedly through the air.
Emilia noticed this, and she frowned uneasily. She started to wonder if it was a good idea to make their first test subject an unstoppable god of time.
Standing upright, Calem noticed he was much more stable. He looked down to find his calves and ankles were expanding, even as his feet pulled back into his body. His big and pink toe continued to slide into his body, even as his foot settled into his thick, trunk-like leg.
He stomped his right foot on the ground, a grin spreading across his features as the concrete cracked beneath him. Calem turned his gaze skyward, burning orange irises in coal-grey sclera. He let loose a mighty roar, enjoying how the building seemed to shake on its foundation.
More metal armor continued to plate his form, a pair of spikes bursting form his back, metal guards covering his feet. A crown of cobalt steel grew along his face, a plate on each cheek connected to a sleek visor. His chest ached as steel breastplate grew to cover it, a blood-red gem in its center. He could feel ancient power course through it, increasing all of his capabilities.
His veins felt like they were on fire, but what was fire to a god? It laughed as it felt like nothing more than a gentle stream running through him, and orange lines snaked their way along his body like a tattoo. Finally, the changes seemed to abate, and Calem gasped for breath, his mind still awash with the power of his new body.
He had to be taller than Az, stronger than any of his Pokemon! He concentrated his power to his legs, springing free of the pit in a simple bound. Amelia and Emilia looked at him in slack-jawed awe.
“Now tell me where my friends are.” He grunted. He could understand why they kept him from them, just as they could expect his anger.
Amelia pointed past him, and he turned to find his bag in pristine condition. As Calem approached it, his Pokedex chimed. Delicately, he flipped the tablet open to find a new page under ‘Seen Pokemon’: Dialga.
Calem blinked slowly. Wasn’t Dialga supposed to be the creator of time? Oh, he just had to test that out. The anthropomorphic Pokemon looked around the room, his gaze settling on Amelia and Emilia.
Experimentally, he focused on the two, then let loose a mighty roar. Amelia gasped as she shrunk, he clothes now baggy around her younger form. Meanwhile, Emilia grew a few inches, squeaking as her top uncomfortably squished her bust against her frame.
Calem nodded. “Consider that fair play.” Without further ado, he slung his bag across his shoulders, turning to the door. He paused on his way out. “Thanks, by the way. I’ll bill you for my clothes later.”
Emilia and Amelia watched his retreating form, speechless. At length, Emilia spoke. “So, I guess this means I’m the big sis now, huh?”
Amelia nodded numbly. “Y-yeah. Sure. N-no more working on changing people into gods, agreed?”
Emilia smiled, tussling her now younger sister’s hair. “Agreed.”
