This is Trace. She was a person. She's not anymore. She got too curious for her own good and stepped onto a giant chessboard display, not noticing that there were only thirty-one pieces rather than the full thirty-two. She was caught and then turned into a replacement piece, the White King's Pawn. She exists now to be commanded and played with just as any other chess piece. She will capture, be captured, and put away when the game is over.
