I'm not saying I'm the first person who ever did a magic carpet transformation, though I have never read or seen one.<br /><br />So, this story about a girl at a bus stop who got turned into a magic carpet is sort of a long time coming. It started as part of an unpublished Halloween idea, then it made it's way into the"Genie of Solomon High." But then the concept sort of changed. I decided that Miri would be a magic carpet forever, and would be indistinguishable from any other carpet.
