THIS CAUSE was heard before the undersigned Civil Court Judge upon the Plaintiff's complaint for a Remission of Sale on the grounds that the purchased object could not be sold; and from the record in this cause and the evidence presented, the Court finds the following:

WHEREAS, the plaintiff, A Ballerina Toy ("Ballerina"), did enter the Toy Box toy store ("the Store") wearing a toy-like ballet costume, including toy-like makeup and a price tag showing a value of $24.99

WHEREAS, Ballerina did behave in a toy-like manner toward employees of the Store of her own volition and desire.

WHEREAS, Ballerina did allow herself to be posed and displayed in the Store as a toy for sale.

WHEREAS, Ballerina did at this time consider herself equal and alike to other toys in the Store.

WHEREAS, the effect of these was to create the impression that Ballerina was a toy to reasonable persons.

WHEREAS, toys may be bought and sold as simple property.

WHEREAS, Defendant, Ms. Rearden, did purchase Ballerina from the Store for a total price of $24.99 plus $2.06 in sales tax ("the Sale").

WHEREAS, Ballerina did not object to being purchased at or prior to the Sale.

WHEREAS, Ballerina was not verbally or physically kept from ending the Sale.

THEREFORE, IT IS HERBY ORDERED AND DECREED THAT: Ballerina was validly sold to Ms. Rearden as a toy. At this time, she surrendered all rights to personhood and agreed to be governed as property.

IT IS FURTHER DECREED THAT: Ballerina is a toy, with all the rights, restrictions, and obligations that entails. She shall enjoy no right to nullify, revoke, or otherwise appeal this decision, in whole or in part. Ballerina's Owner shall possess her and retain full rights over her.

Ballerina is required to behave in a toy-like manner for her Owner, allowing her Owner to pose her, dress her, alter her, and otherwise play with her. She is required to obey her Owner to the best of her ability.

Ballerina must remain owned as property and may not repurchase herself. She may be bought and sold in the like manner of any other toy, and her consent is not required to complete the sale. When such sale occurs, she shall become the property of that new Owner.

Ballerina shall remain a toy in perpetuity, until her personhood is restored by the explicit legal order of her Owner and this court.

The judgement rendered herein is final.
