They were seated near the window between a family with two kids and what looked like a gothic couple. Coltrane had the menu firmly in his hands but he couldn't help but stare at Stacy every now and then and admire her. Stacy on the other hand, who was looking at the menu as well, couldn't focus on what it said. Excited thoughts about Coltrane kept crossing her mind and she, as well, stared at him every now and then.
"So... what will you have?" Coltrane said after a while, breaking the silence.
"Oh.. I.. well.. I will... I'll take... " Stacy couldn't bring out a sensible word anymore. She cursed herself inwardly before pointing at something on the menu card.
"You drink alcohol? Aren't we too young for that?" Coltrane said upon seeing what Stacy pointed out.
"Huh? OH MY! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to..." Stacy said when she saw that she pointed at the vodka. "I meant to point at this one!" She blushed wildly.
"Hehe, I already thought something was wrong. I'll take that as well then" Coltrane said, also showing signs of blushing.
" 'As thé lovely couple made up iet's mind?" the waiter said when he arrived at their table with an obviously fake French accent.
"Yes, two cokes please" Coltrane said.
"Right away monsiour." Then the waiter was off again.
Stacy giggled when he was out of earshot and Coltrane soon joined in. She then sat back to take it all in.

"So... what's the big occasion, Johnny?" Vanessa asked, looking at her boyfriend. They were seated at a window in a fancy restaurant next to a young couple on what seemed to be a first date. Normally, their dates consisted of parties, punk-concerts and the like so naturally, Vanessa was cautious of what would follow, but enjoying her time all the same.
Johnny only stared at the candle on their table. Then he looked up at her. "What, can't a guy make his girlfriend happy with a good dinner?"
"Well I guess... but this is so unlike us. I mean, look around us. Happy families, young couples and then there's us."
Johnny sighed. He knew that this wasn't going to be easy but he didn't expect it to be this hard.
"Hey, is something the matter?" Vanessa asked, leaning forward a bit and laying her hand on his.
"Oh... it's nothing really..." Johnny replied.
"Oh yes it is something. Spill the beans"
"Vanessa I..." He fell quiet. This was it. He took a deep breath and said "our family is moving away from Danville..."
Vanessa couldn't believe what she had just heard. "Y-you're not kidding me, are you." She said, still wide-eyed.
"I really wish I was, ya know."
"B-but why?" Vanessa was struck with sadness at the realization that she was going to lose her boyfriend.
"Dunno... something about my dad's job. Dad's boss who has this perfect job for him." Johnny was sulking as well right now. He really didn't want to move. Danville had been his home all of his life and his parents were going to throw that all away in a flash. Above all, he would be missing Vanessa, his girlfriend and that came as the biggest shock.
"A-and there's... nothing we can do?" Vanessa was on the verge of tears.
" 'fraid not..."
Vanessa still couldn't believe that he was moving away and that she will be left behind. What was she to do now? After this dinner, she might never see him again and she'll have her dad ask 'what's the matter' all the way towards home and... wait... HER DAD! "That's it!"
Johnny looked up. "What is?"
"Remember my wacko dad? Well what if he made something that would change your dad's boss's mind!"
"I don't know... messing with someone's mind?"
"It's only for this once and it's just to bring your dad off the stupid moving thing."
"Yeah but... you sure it'll work?"
"Hey, my dad's inventions might always have some stupid error like a self-destruct button or they get thwarted easily by a certain platypus but they do work!"
"Well if you say so...  'slong as that gun won't turn him into a toddler again" Johnny grinned. Both he and Vanessa lightened up again at this idea. They might not miss each-other after all!

"WHAT DO I DO NOW! SHE KICKED ME OUT... JUST LIKE THAT!" Megan began panicking. She had lost all of her self-confidence the moment Sam said that she was out. This was it, she was no longer a fireside girl. She couldn't believe it. All that hard work was for nothing.
"Calm down, Megan! Not being a fireside girl anymore isn't the end of the world!" Ginger said, trying to calm her down.
"But it is the end of years of hard work and a fantastic fireside girl career" Megan said, sulking.
"Well, look at the bright side. At least you won't have to cope with Samantha anymore" Katie said.
"But I won't cope with anything now" Megan sighed.
Everybody started trying to get her to see things positively but they knew it was futile. They knew that they would feel just like her if it happened to them.
That's when Isabella suddenly spoke. "Wait! If I remember correctly, a fireside girl that has left or somehow been put out of a group can join another group of her choosing as long as she still has her sash and 'I-am-a-fireside-girl-patch'."
Megan looked at her with disbelief. There was still a chance! She could stay being a fireside girl! "R-really?" She then checked whether she indeed still had both necessities. Her sash was still around her shoulder and she always wore the patch proudly on it. She scanned it and luckily found it soon enough. That's when she screamed in joy.
"I don't know if you just made it all good or worse" Phineas said with a grin, covering his ears. Everybody laughed and Megan began blushing a bit out of humiliating.
"So I guess you can start choosing a new group of fireside girls first thing tomorrow!" Holly said.
"No need to" Megan said and after everybody gasped, she continued "because I think I already found one... if you're okay with it, chief Isabella!"
"Of course! You are most welcome, Megan" Isabella said with a smile.
"Please, call me Megs" Megan said with a grin.
"Wow, what a day so far huh" Phineas said. Things indeed went a little hectic today and the day wasn't even over yet. He knew what big event was still up ahead: the end of the game.

"Well Perry the platypus, since I have been fighting you all day without even knowing it, I guess we are sort of even now." Doofenshmirtz had been cursing for a few minutes but he was beginning to calm down again. "I guess we won't be having much of a fight again as I have to go soon to pick up my daughter so I guess I'll just release you. I'll be more evil tomorrow okay?"
Perry looked at him with a shock. Even after all this, had he forgotten about their anniversary?
"What? Oh you're wondering about the copy-inator? Oh you can just push the self-destruct button on your way out. Just watch out for those cables on the floor that are just made to make you trip!"
Still, Perry was sad. Not once had his nemesis made any reference to their anniversary today. He didn't even care anymore about the fact that he could suddenly move his arms again due to him being released from the trap. He started trudging towards the exit door and when he found a loose screw lying on the floor, he throw it at the copy-inator, hoping that it would hit the right button. After the machine had indeed exploded, Perry reached the doorstep.
"HA! You didn't think I was going to let you go THAT easily, did you!" Doofenshmirtz suddenly yelled.
