"Ok, that's it! We've searched the ENTIRE pile of clothes now... THRICE!" Stacy sighed "Maybe I should call off the date."
"Call off the date because you can't find the right clothes?" Jenny asked curiously.
"Wouldn't you?" Candace said.
"Well, I wouldn't mind going on a date in these clothes I'm wearing now" Jenny said.
"And she wonders why she's never been in a relationship before" Candace thought to herself.
"Jenny, there's one golden rule for dates. Always! Look! Classy! Guys want to feel like the lucky bastard that gets to date that one good-looking girl!" Stacy said.
"Yes, and that is why you can't just pick random clothes out of the closet and hope it matches with each-other a bit. You have to go out there and be the one to stand out! Only then will you catch the right guy's attention!" Candace added.
"Yes! We got that logic from a TV-show called Hannah Montana I think. We only saw the beginning but it looked waterproof" Stacy said.
"Girls, that concept has been proven wrong so many times in shows like that" Jenny said. "I'd say just go and dress like you normally would and things will be fine."
"But... are you sure?" Stacy asked.
"A hundred percent" Jenny replied.
"But... the magazines always state that..." Candace wanted to say.
"The magazines are advertizing for their products. Products that are bad for the environment that is" Jenny said.
"Wow, where did that sudden burst of wisdom come from?" Stacy asked.
"Good one huh? I got it from the same show I think. I only saw the ending of it though." Jenny said with a smile. The others laughed with her.
"Aaanyway, let's go to the mall and get Stacy some nice clothes" Candace proposed. The others agreed and soon, they were off.
"Well, well, well. What a huge cloth dinner-bell." Buford said, secretly congratulating himself on making a rhyme.
"Hi there Buford. Wait till you see what's under the cloth! We just have to wait for Baljeet and the fireside girls and then, all that's left is finding a queen for Ferb. Though I think Isabella had an idea for that!" Phineas said.
"Heh, yeah whatever. I just can't wait to beat someone with this game" Buford said with a devious grin.
"Well as long as no bones are broken!" Phineas laughed.
"Oh I don't break bones. You know that, Flynn" Buford said.
"Yes, I know... Oh hey, the fireside girls are here!" Phineas said upon spotting a group of girls coming their way. Buford just went to sit near the tree and wait for everything to get ready.
"Isabella! The fireside girls are here!" Phineas yelled.
"Oh! Be right there!" Isabella said, laying a final hand on the chess-piece she'd been working on.
"Hiya Phineas" Adyson said.
"Hey girls! You'll be great chess-pieces! All you have to do is choose which pieces you'd like to play and on what team you'd like to be: team Phineas or team Ferb!" Phineas said.
Under her breath, Holly said to Katie "Don't you mean team Phinabella and team Ferb?" which caused Katie to giggle.
"Hey girls!" Isabella came running.
"Hello chief." Gretchen said. "We're ready to play!"
"Great! We just have to finish the pieces and the cloning machine and then we can start" Isabella said.
"Cloning machine?" Milly wondered.
"Yes, we need the cloning machine to..." Isabella started explaining everything to the fireside girls but Phineas just realized something: there wasn't a seventh fireside girl to be Ferb's queen. "What does that mean? If Isabella didn't have someone special in mind for Ferb, THEN why was she so happy" he thought. He shrugged it off once more, told everybody to gather under the tree for now and went back to work on the pieces and machines.
"FINALLY, I will be able to copy this little photograph a MILLION times without the use of a copy-machine. My copy-inator will make sure of that! It's funny, something about this seems so familiar... oh what does it matter. What's also funny is that somebody else got a hold of these blueprints as well... Amateurs!" Doofenshmirtz was talking to himself out loud. The only difference with 5 years ago was that back then, Phineas and Ferb weren't building an enormous chessboard for which they need a cloning device.
Perry sneaked up on him from behind. He used his stealth so that nobody would hear him. He nearly fell over a loose wire on the ground but he quickly recovered. He was only centimeters away from his nemesis.
"ALERT, ALERT, ALERT!" a voice said.
Perry didn't know what to do while from all around him, tin foil was coming his way, wrapping the platypus tightly. Doofenshmirtz turned around.
"Well, what a completely unexpected surprise. And by unexpected I mean eh... well unexpected. I mean, I expected somebody to come here and set of the trap after feeling like I was being followed but not a platypus" Doofenshmirtz said.
Perry couldn't believe what he just said. He was joking right? Surely Doofenshmirtz wouldn't forget about him all of a sudden.
"I mean, I would have expected anything but a platypus to come and thwart the plan I just bashed about out loud. Hmm, maybe even a panda but not a... You know, I'm reusing the same phrase now about not expecting a platypus. Maybe I shouldn't do that because people might get annoyed by that, don't you agree who-ever the platypus? Not that a lot of people can hear me talk. I mean, there's only Norm, you and me right?"
Perry looked at him sadly. How could Doofenshmirtz forget about him? His own nemesis? He decided to clatter.
"Oh well, I guess you can't satisfy everybody." Doofenshmirtz said.
Perry was still shocked. Today started out so great, but things went downwards drastically now.
Baljeet still couldn't get over the fact that Mishti was gone missing. Not even math could keep his thoughts away from the matter. He had tried that several times since receiving the call from India. He doubted whether Phineas and Ferb would make any difference. He was lost in thoughts while walking towards the Flynn-Fletchers.
"Oh, hey there Baljeet." somebody called. When Baljeet looked to see who it was, he recognized his math-partner Wendy Stinglehopper.
"Hey Wendy" Baljeet said, a bit surprised by her presence.
"What's wrong? You look sad" she said.
"It... oh nothing." Baljeet said and he looked at the ground.
"You can't fool me, something's up."
"No really... it is nothing!"
"Really?" Wendy had her ways to make Baljeet talk. Sure enough, it worked.
"Ok fine... Something has happened back in India and I am so worried that I could not even solve a simple math problem involving the square root of the sine of 2 times pi."
"Wow... it must have spooked you then." Wendy became a little worried. "Would you... would you like to come over and have some tea? It'll do you good."
Baljeet wanted to say yes until he remembered that Phineas and Ferb were waiting for him. "Eh... I would eh... like to but... eh well you see... " he stuttered a bit. "Phineas and Ferb are... well they wanted to cheer me up and..."
"Well, I can't beat those two with just a cup of tea I guess" Wendy laughed. Even Baljeet cracked a grin at that. "But if you're done there perhaps?" She smiled.
