Kimblee has made a deal with Paninya and Winry to let them go unharmed if they allow him to contact a doctor he knows that may be able to reverse his head swap with Paninya. The Doctor and General Raven arrive, and the Doctor says he can fix the swap, but he wants to run some "tests" first.
