I am generally not conscious when the sun is rising, but Mary and I made a special exception. We rose before dawn and made a quick trip to the Porcupine Mountains. More specifically, we took our cameras to the boardwalk and escarpment overlooks of Lake Of the Clouds. We later hiked down to the lake itself.
