this is a very different story for me hope you all enjoy
Kathy slammed the overstuffed dishwasher shut with enough force to rattle the cutlery. A muscle in her cheek twitched, a surefire sign of her impending eruption. Surveying the living room, she took in the chaos: toys scattered across the floor like colorful landmines, dirty laundry heaped in a mountain on the armchair, and empty takeout containers balancing precariously on the side table. "Tom!" she bellowed, her voice echoing through the house. A grunt emerged from the depths of the garage, followed by a muffled curse. "Tom, get in here right now!" she yelled again, her patience wearing thinner than an overworked shoelace. Moments later, Tom, her husband of seven years, appeared in the doorway, wiping grease-smudged hands on his jeans. "What's the rush, Kath? I was just getting the mower started." "The rush?" Kathy's voice crackled with barely contained fury. "The rush is the fact that this house resembles a war zone and I'm the only casualty!" Tom blinked slowly, a look of innocent bewilderment crossing his face. "Come on, babe, it's not that bad. Kids, you know…" "Don't start with the 'kids' excuse, Tom," Kathy snapped, crossing her arms. "They're your kids, too, and this mess isn't just from them. I work just as hard as you do, yet I somehow also get the grand prize of being full-time cleaner, chef, and chauffeur." Tom sighed, running a hand through his unkempt hair. "Look, I get it. Things are busy. But seriously, relax. We'll clean up later." Kathy gritted her teeth. 'Later' was the mythical time when things magically got done. It never seemed to arrive. She'd tried nagging, passive-aggressive notes scattered about, and even the dreaded silent treatment. Nothing seemed to penetrate Tom's thick skull when it came to housework. "No," she said firmly. "We're cleaning up now." Tom groaned, shoulders slumping in defeat. "But, Kath, the game is about to start." Kathy couldn't believe her ears. "The game? Are you kidding me right now? I've been busting my butt all day while you get to sit on the couch and watch a bunch of grown men chasing a ball?” Tom opened his mouth to protest, but Kathy cut him off, a steely glint in her eye. Enough was enough. If traditional methods wouldn't work, it was time for the nuclear option. "Follow me," she commanded, marching towards the guest room. Tom trailed behind her, a mixture of confusion and annoyance plastered on his face. Kathy flung open the guest room door, revealing a treasure trove of oddities – self-help books with titles like 'The Power of Positive Hypnosis' and 'Unlock Your Subconscious', alongside various trinkets and incense. "What is this, some kind of New Age shrine?" Tom chuckled, but a flicker of unease crossed his eyes. Kathy smiled, a predatory grin that sent a shiver down Tom's spine. "This, my dear husband, is where the magic happens." Over the past few months, Kathy had delved into the world of hypnosis. An innocent internet search for 'how to make husband help more' spiraled into a rabbit hole of websites, YouTube tutorials, and borrowed library books. It seemed far-fetched, but desperation breeds adventurous solutions. She pulled out a battered pendulum, a relic of her teenage dabbling in the occult. "Sit," she instructed, pointing to the plush armchair in the corner. Tom hesitated, but a part of him was morbidly curious. With a shrug, he lowered himself into the chair, an unwilling guinea pig. "Relax," Kathy cooed, her voice taking on a soothing cadence. "Focus on the pendulum." She began to swing the silver object back and forth, watching as Tom's eyes followed its rhythmic motion. Kathy recited softly, her voice a gentle hum lulling Tom into a state of heightened suggestibility. "You are getting sleepy, Tom. Your eyelids are heavy, so very heavy…" Tom yawned involuntarily, surprise registering on his face. "Wait, Kath, what are you doing?" "Shhh," Kathy whispered, finger pressed to her lips. With each tick of the pendulum, he felt his mind growing fuzzy, thoughts drifting like dandelion seeds. "You are no longer Tom," Kathy continued, her voice taking on a hypnotic drawl. "You are… Claudine. A beautiful French maid, eager to please." Confusion rippled across Tom's features, followed quickly by a burst of panicked laughter. "Claudine? What the hell, Kath?" But his laughter faded as his eyelids fluttered closed, succumbing to the strange sensation washing over him. Kathy watched with fascination as a subtle shift occurred. Tom's posture straightened, shoulders tilting back, a hint of femininity emerging in his movements. "Claudine," she said gently, "can you hear me?" "Oui, Madame," Tom replied, his voice no longer his own. It was softer, higher, with a playful French accent that sent shivers down Kathy's spine. He even seemed to sashay while walking . A smirk played on Kathy's lips. Showtime. "Claudine, this house is a disgrace. It needs a good, thorough cleaning. Do you understand?" "Oui, Madame," Claudine-Tom chirped, a strange mix of docile and coquettish. A dizzying wave of possibility crashed over Kathy. Could this work?
"Where should I start, Madame?" Claudine-Tom asked, fluttering his eyelashes with exaggerated innocence. Kathy eyed him, a mixture of amusement and disbelief warring within her. It was as if some long-dormant, ultra-feminine persona had awoken within Tom. More perplexing was the fact that somewhere in the cluttered attic, there seemed to be a surprisingly well-fitting French maid's uniform complete with breast forms, a frilly apron and lacy headpiece. She made a mental note never to question the contents of storage boxes again. "Start with the living room, Claudine," Kathy said, a grin spreading across her face. "And a little less of the eyelashes, please. It's a bit much, even for a French maid." Claudine-Tom dutifully bowed. "Oui, Madame," he said, a touch of a pout in his voice. With a graceful pivot, he sashayed into the living room, a whirlwind of determination and feather dusters. Kathy watched, transfixed, as her husband, the man who thought a dirty mug magically relocated to the dishwasher, began to clean with an intensity she'd never witnessed before. He darted behind furniture, fluffed sofa cushions with an artiste's touch, and even meticulously alphabetized the abandoned DVDs. It was hypnotic, like watching a reality show where the host was her husband and the premise was absurd. "Madame, where does this adorable porcelain kitty go?" Claudine-Tom asked, holding up a hideous figurine she always secretly despised. Kathy suppressed a chuckle. "On the mantle, Claudine," she replied, the unfamiliar power of the situation starting to intoxicate her. This was…fun. Hours passed in a flurry of cleaning. The kitchen gleamed, the bathrooms sparkled, and the dreaded laundry pile had been vanquished. As the last chore was completed, Kathy studied her transformed husband. He stood before her, maid's uniform clinging to his surprisingly curvy form, sweat beading on his brow, and a disarmingly sweet smile on his face. "The house, she is spotless, Madame," he declared with a proud flourish. Kathy smiled, a wave of satisfaction washing over her. "It certainly is, Claudine. Excellent work." She reached out and lightly pinched his cheek, something she'd never dared do with the gruff, sports-obsessed Tom. He blushed, a delicate pink flush creeping up his neck. "Now, Claudine, it's time for you to rest," Kathy said, deciding it was time to end this experiment (for now). "Close your eyes and relax." Claudine-Tom's eyes fluttered closed, and Kathy began to reverse the hypnotic process, erasing the 'Claudine' persona and replacing it with the real Tom. When he blinked open his eyes, his usual blue gaze held bewilderment and a hint of lingering panic. "Madame.... I mean.. Kath, what did you do to moi?" His voice, however, still held that soft melody and sweet French inflection. It was the cherry on top of this surreal experience. Kathy's grin widened. Leaning towards her disoriented husband, she whispered, "Let's just say your inner French maid is… on standby. And if I ever find another dirty sock on the floor, well, Claudine may just make a surprise visit." Tom's eyes widened. "You wouldn't," he squeaked, the pitch undeniably feminine. His expression looked almost.....hopeful? Kathy shrugged playfully. "Wouldn't I, darling?" She sauntered off towards the bedroom, leaving Tom in a state of comical apprehension. He might not be entirely back to normal, but Kathy was fairly certain the message had hit home, even if delivered with a peculiar French twist. As she snuggled under the covers, a thought sparked - how long before her obedient, flirty French maid was needed again? Something told her it wouldn't be too long. After all, a spotless house was a happy house, and Kathy discovered an odd sort of pleasure in the power she now held. Kathy couldn't help but wonder just how useful a flirty, obedient French maid could be when it came to not just chores, but also… other aspects of married life. It seemed her little experiment had opened up a whole new world of possibilities, and somehow, she doubted Tom would protest too much the next time she needed a little "help" around the house. He had seemed almost blissful......maybe she could be a permanent employee, she would have to find some way though to make her look the part better. She googled transformation spells.......4'11" 103 lbs that sounded good?
