**[Cut to footage of a public square. An LED screen broadcasts Aurora, her vacant eyes and exaggerated feminine features on clear display. She’s dressed provocatively, her movements clumsy yet desperate. The gathered crowd shifts from bewildered to horrified]**

**Newscaster (Voiceover):** Sources confirm this woman was, until recently, the male hero known for his radiant strength and unwavering courage. This… transformation… is a grotesque violation, a nightmare made reality. And the situation only worsens…

**[The footage of Aurora cuts out as the screen flickers, then shows a back alley. On all fours, Aurora services someone obscured by shadows. A hissed moan betrays Medusa's involvement. The camera pans out just enough to show the other villains watching, their smiles cruel and satisfied.]**

**Newscaster (Voiceover):** We have also received reports of another hero, the stalwart Colossus, gone missing under circumstances alarmingly similar to this. It seems what happened to Solar Flare…to this Aurora creature… may be just the beginning.

**[Footage cuts back to the news studio. The newscaster, pale and visibly shaken, struggles to maintain composure]**

**Newscaster:** We've just received a statement from an unknown group claiming responsibility.

**[A video of Nyssa appears. The backdrop is the same ruined power plant seen previously. She speaks clearly, with cold menace.]**

**Nyssa:** This is a message to the so-called 'heroes' of this city. You've underestimated us, treated our intellect and our power with disdain. No longer. What you see is the future… a future where your strength is our plaything, your minds are our puppets. We are the true power now, and we're only just starting.

We have concocted a little something called 'Sugarsweet'. It unlocks the true potential of your kind - weak, docile, and existing only for our amusement. This is your warning. Resist, and you join their ranks. Submit… and you might be spared the same degrading fate.

**[The feed abruptly cuts. Nyssa's face melts into static. The newscaster's voice strains with desperate anger and fear]**

**Newscaster:** This…this can't be happening… We're trying to re-establish contact, but…

**[The lights in the studio flicker, the broadcast distorts further, and a final, crackling whisper cuts through the chaos.]**

**Nyssa (sinister laughter):** Too late...
