Sequel to Seen on Late Night TV- (tg)

**[Investigative News Theme Music]**
*The screen fades in from black, revealing a serious-looking news set. The graphics read "Investigative Report: The Truth Behind TransformaTone." A seasoned reporter, John Hartley, sits at the desk, looking solemn.

**John Hartley:** "Good evening. I'm John Hartley, and tonight on 'Truth Seekers', we delve into the bizarre and controversial world of TransformaTone. This so-called miraculous fitness machine has been the subject of both enthusiastic praise and desperate pleas. We ask the hard questions: Is it a groundbreaking invention or an unethical nightmare?"

*The scene shifts to a montage of the TransformaTone infomercial, showcasing the testimonials and the strange transformations.*

**Hartley (Voiceover):** "The TransformaTone, marketed as a revolutionary path to a 'New You', has sparked both awe and alarm. But what's the reality behind these transformations?"

*The report cuts to an interview with a former user, a woman named Sarah, who's visibly distressed.*

**Sarah:** "It's not what they promise. I was Dave... I just wanted to get fit. Now, everything's different. My body, my life... I can't go back, and I'm scared."

*Next, the scene shows an interview with Dr. Flex's assistant, a nervous-looking man who keeps glancing off-camera.*
**Assistant:** "The machine... it's not just physical. It changes them, inside and out. We... we didn't fully understand the power."

*Hartley's voice comes back as the screen shows footage of him outside a gym advertising TransformaTone.*

**Hartley (Voiceover):** "Despite these testimonials, the creators of TransformaTone maintain their stance that the machine is a breakthrough in personal transformation."

*The report cuts back to the studio, where Hartley addresses the camera with a skeptical expression.*

**Hartley:** "So, is the TransformaTone a miracle of modern science or a Pandora's Box best left closed? In the spirit of investigative journalism, I will now personally test the machine to bring you the truth."

*The scene shifts to Hartley in a lab with the TransformaTone. He looks determined but slightly apprehensive.

**Hartley:** "I remain skeptical of these claims, but as a journalist, it's my duty to uncover the truth. Here goes nothing."

*He presses the button on the machine. A bright light envelops him, and the camera blurs.*

*When the light fades, the camera refocuses on a petite, blonde woman in a lab coat, her demeanor completely changed. She giggles and twirls her hair.*

**Newly Transformed Hartley (In a high, bubbly voice):** "Oh my gosh, like, what just happened? I'm so totally not John anymore! I feel sooo light and giggly! This is, like, totally amazing!"

*She looks at the camera, her eyes sparkling with a ditzy glee.*
**New Hartley:** "So, like, this is your girl Jenny, signing off! Remember, cuties, life's like a box of chocolates, and I just got the yummiest piece! Bye-bye for now!"
