However, we regret to inform you as before that your appeal has been denied based on the reasons stated below.<br /><br />1. "I am the only surviving member of my family, and it is my responsibility to continue my family lineage." As with the previous 18 times you have mentioned this, per Section 18(a) of the Population Revitalization Act, familial obligations or lineage continuation are not recognized as legitimate reasons for exemption. The genetic diversity of the revitalized population will ensure the continuation of all genetic heritages, including your own. You also may keep your family genetics and any children who you bear would still continue the line. <br /><br />2. "My pet turtle would be distressed without me." We understand your concern for your pet's wellbeing, but our agency has liaised with the Animal Welfare Bureau, and they will ensure the continued care of your pet during your transformation and adjustment period.<br /><br />Regarding your transformation, we can share some details. Your new body will stand at a height of approximately 5'1" and weigh around 110 lbs. The racial characteristics will match your current ones to ensure familial resemblance. Your hair will be a rich, chestnut brown, and your eyes will be a vibrant shade of green. While we suggest names like 'Olivia', 'Emma', or 'Ava', you are free to choose any name you identify with.<br /><br />As a part of the Population Revitalization project, you will be expected to bear a minimum of three children. We understand that this may seem daunting, but rest assured, our state-of-the-art healthcare system will provide all necessary medical and emotional support. You will be entitled to a generous maternity package that includes complete healthcare coverage, a comfortable living allowance, and robust post-natal support.<br /><br />You will be provided with the choice between artificial insemination and natural conception. Additionally, you are free to raise your children either as a single parent or with a partner of any gender identity. Our studies have shown that transformed individuals often band together in co-parenting arrangements to create a supportive and shared child-raising experience.<br /><br />Your transformation is scheduled to take place on September 1, 2023. Please report to the Center of Transformation at 9:00 AM on this date. We must stress that failure to comply will result in mandatory enforcement of the Transformation Order, without the benefits outlined in this letter, and will result in a less comfortable living situation. Furthermore, you will forfeit the right to select the donor for your future children as well as will be kept in the institution until children requirement is met. <br /><br />We understand that this is a significant transition.
