MEMO
Subject: Incident Review and Decision for Corrective Actions Regarding Violations by VP Mr. Richard Clark
From: Jessica Daniels, Head of HR
Date: July 21, 2023
Dear Mr. Clark,
Following the recent incident reported by multiple witnesses within our organization, this memo aims to convey the gravity of your actions and the subsequent measures being enforced by the company. The incident in question occurred on July 14, 2023, during which you exhibited behavior that constitutes both sexual harassment and racial bigotry. Detailed accounts from employees, Ms. Johnson, Mr. Williams, and Mrs. Peterson, amongst others, describe inappropriate comments and gestures towards our female staff, as well as racially insensitive remarks.
Our company prides itself on promoting a respectful, diverse, and inclusive working environment, and your actions have violated these principles in a significant and alarming manner. After careful deliberation, the executive board has determined a corrective measure befitting the gravity of your transgressions.
To facilitate greater understanding and empathy on your part, your gender and ethnicity will be reassigned. You will be transformed into a 22-year-old Indian woman, standing at a height of 5'2". We trust that this will foster a newfound appreciation for the experiences of those you have wronged. Your new identity will be Ms. Roshni Patel, a diligent, respectful, and committed employee of our esteemed organization.
We mandate that you adhere to the culturally appropriate dress code of traditional Indian attire, which includes salwar kameez, sarees, and other suitable outfits, showcasing a respectful blend of your new identity and workplace decorum.
The transformation is irreversible. The alternative to this process will be the initiation of civil action against you based on the testimonies received.
Additionally, please note that your primary language will be replaced with Hindi. You will be capable of speaking English, but it will be heavily accented. This is expected to provide an enriched understanding of the experiences faced by non-native English speakers within our organization.
Please be aware, these transformations may instill in you a sense of increased submissiveness, a noted side effect, and result in heightened fertility.
Lastly, you will be reassigned to our Mumbai branch, in alignment with your new ethnic identity. This will provide you with an immersive experience to enhance your understanding and empathy towards diverse cultures and backgrounds.
We hope these corrective measures result in the necessary change in attitude and behavior, establishing a respectful work environment for all.
Sincerely,
Jessica Daniels
