O- Sure thing sir, if you have you serial number I would be happ--

C-(interrupting)- no,no,no. You have all that info I had to type it into your computer thing-y, just fix my damn computer

O- Sorry sir that info doesn't pop on my computer if you have the number-

C- (sighs) fine it is ******** are you fucking happy?

O- Yes sir, and please I'm trying to be professional please respect that and refrain from language

C- fine, won't give you people an opportunity to hang-up on me

O- Sir this computer is 4 years old there is no warranty

Investigation- when arriving at residence, investigator met by young woman Lei Fan Woo, she claimed to be immigrant from China and working part time at local call center to help her English. Very polite woman who had all the proper documentation. Male voice on call has not been found, matter referred to Paranormal investigation unit.
