After an unexpected curse turns Link into an overweight woman, Link's quest is inadvertently cut short by a return to farm life while she tries to work off the weight. With her personality softened by her new weight and gender and tempted by plentiful delicious Ordon cooking and her quiet, comfortable life, Link instead continues to steadily gain weight and procrastinate solving the problem, made worse by her diet starting to affect the other women of Ordon as the village experiences record harvests.
