“Fine! If it’s so important, then just get out, and don’t come back until I’m done! I can’t concentrate with you around nagging me!”
Megaman.EXE, for one in his electronic life, found himself bored, listlessly wandering the net in search of something to do. A common sentiment he heard uttered and had a few times uttered himself was that he could never get bored when he was around Lan, and he still agreed with that. The problem was that he wasn’t with Lan right now, and now had to find something to do with his days, at least for the next couple of weeks.
“Who’s a backseater, anyway?” Megaman said ruefully, arms crossed as Lan’s comments hit a little too hard for once. Lan had gone off to college, and was now at the age where at least while he was living the college life, he didn’t necessarily want his trusted Net Navi at his side twenty-four seven like the good old days. More importantly, Megaman also didn’t want to simply bail him out on his somewhat poor studying skills, and after interjecting perhaps one too many times while Lan was on a date, the two eventually erupted into an argument that ended in Megaman’s banishment to prove that Lan would be just fine without him, with the threat of failing several assignments if he couldn’t get his act together in Megaman’s absence.
It did sting a little with the thought that he could get along without him, but Lan was a human and Megaman wasn’t, and would get older and hopefully wiser. Meanwhile, it wasn’t like Megaman was going to be going through any drastic changes in the immediate future, so he couldn’t quite relate. And so, he wandered, bored to tears.
“Maybe I’ll get a part time job or something.” Megaman said, putting it in human terms as he checked the local server’s BBS for any odd jobs that couldn’t be covered by one’s own navi. Net battling for fun and profit was out of the question without an operator, but he didn’t really feel like performing menial grunt work that could be fulfilled by a common program either. Just then, a new listing popped up on the virtual board,
“Lead actor wanted?” Megaman said, and no sooner had he tapped on it to investigate further did he receive a tap on his own shoulder, causing him to nearly jump as he swung around.
“You there! The boy in blue!” said the mysterious tapping figure. “I see you’re interested in becoming an ac-tor!”
“Don’t creep up on me like that!” He said, brushing the hand off his shoulder as he stared into a vaguely familiar grey face getting uncomfortably close. “I didn’t even hit accept
“Nonsense, I could see it in your eyes!” The navi insisted, despite Megaman having been pointed the wrong way. “And you were exactly who I pictured for my drama of a lifetime! Truly, the fates have conspired to bring us together!”
Megaman was sceptical. The job listing had just popped up, and he’d inspected it out of curiosity. Immediately he was suspicious that this guy was just picking up whoever looked at it first, perhaps even having done this several times to jumpscare prospective actors, whatever that meant. And yet, he didn’t voice these misgivings, if only out of boredom and curiosity.
“Do I know you?” Megaman said, avoiding a snappy comeback to the navi’s enthusiasm. The navi had green stripes running down his lanky body, two gauntlets shaped like rolls of film, and most distinctively, a red, white, and yellow trio of composite inputs on his head. They were the type of thing that tended to show up in Lan’s elementary school lessons on outdated video input formats, and likely chosen for aesthetic effect more than relevant in today’s society that had long abandoned analogue formats. It was so distinctive that he was sure he’d seen them somewhere before, buried so deep and so low priority in his memory data that it was taking him a while to sift through and find them…
The beaming navi’s smile twitched in annoyance a bit.
“Of course you remember me!” He insisted. “Videoman.EXE! We met during the Eagle tournament? Or was it the Hawk tournament? Anyway, the point is that we fought, you and I! It was an excellent battle!”
“Oh, right, I remember now.” Megaman accessed the incidental encounter out of their dozens of notable ones. “If I remember, your operator pretended you were dying to try to guilt trip us into letting you win, and then sabotaged our PET…”
“Water under the bridge!” Videoman insisted. “We’ve turned over a new leaf, no hard feelings! More importantly, I’ve put all that battling stuff behind me! Now I’m an artiste!”
“Well, that’s good to hear.” Megaman folded his arms. “And what’s this about me being your lead actor?”
“I’m working on my magnum opus, it’ll be a new drama to appeal to humans and Navis alike! And you’re perfect for the role, the very image of my lead in my mind’s eye!” Videoman said with a certain infectious enthusiasm, coupled with an undeniable aura of sketchiness. If Megaman wasn’t so bored, he’d have logged out right now and saved himself the headache.
“I don’t have anything better to do, so… I’ll give it a try.” Megaman decided. If nothing else, it might be an interesting trainwreck, and he was curious to see what a Navi-directed movie was like. Or TV series, it was unclear what format this was. There had been plenty of experiments with Navi actors before, but it seemed like Videoman had something unique in mind.
“Perfect! You won’t regret it, I swear!” Videoman shook his hand vigorously, nearly yanking it off his frame.
“What’s the plot, anyway?” Megaman asked.
“Plot? We’ll worry about that later, it’s a work in progress. No, it’s actually almost done, but it’s in flux, waiting for your acting’s creative input. You’ll find that once you’re involved, it could morph in a heartbeat! I couldn’t possibly tell you how it’s going to end with that in mind! In that sense, it’s ready to go, as soon as you step onto the set! Just trust the director, and everything will work out!”
–
The film, or drama, as Videoman preferred to call it, turned out to be more mundane than Megaman expected, at least at first. Megaman arrived on a set intended to look like an ordinary office local network, intended to be a relatable sight to both Navis and humans, according to the director. Megaman agreed with that, although he hadn’t worked in one before so much as entered them to crush whatever viruses were within. His co-actors were rather tight-lipped professionals, a mixture of ordinary Navis and basic programs. Megaman standing out was the point, which was about the only thing that made sense in this production.
Several hours in, and Megaman was starting to wonder if he had made a mistake by assuming that this would be a chaotic production, as it was turning out to be rather repetitive.
“Do you usually require this many takes?” Megaman asked, having repeated his lines a dozen times by now. They weren’t even particularly emotional lines, it was just an average data-processing Navi expressing boredom with the tedium of their life. Not exactly revolutionary stuff, particularly with his admittedly mediocre reading of those lines…
“As many as it takes to get the perfect cut!” Videoman said, loudly snapping a digital replica of a wooden clapperboard from his virtual director’s chair, legs crossed in his authentic folding chair. Even the cameras were set up to look like old-fashioned film cameras, with all the bulk that entailed. “Once more, with feeling!”
With great patience and the knowledge that he had nothing better to do, Megaman repeated his lines once again. And again. And again…
“Cut! We’ll end here for today!”
“I think I was really getting the hang of it by the end.” Megaman said with some enthusiasm in his voice despite being exhausted from seemingly nothing he did being good enough for Videoman. Every other actor seemed to follow the director without question, and Megaman felt obligated to not argue with him either, at least for now.
“You were doing great! Just imagine how you’ll be by the time we’re shooting the ending!”
“And how long is that going to take?” Megaman asked.
“Don’t worry about that right now, you can’t rush art.” Videoman said vaguely. “Go recharge those creative juices and get back to me tomorrow, I’ve got some editing and script revisions to do.”
Megaman barely got to talk with his so-called co-stars, who all left as quickly as they came. So much for socialising. He logged out of Videoman’s server, wondering how he was going to spend his time until then…
–
“We’re reshooting your scenes. All of them.”
“What!?” Megaman exclaimed, having just arrived on set on the third day, his jaw dropping. “I thought you said I did a good job!”
“You did! But I’ve altered the script, those scenes aren’t relevant anymore.” Videoman explained. “It pains me to throw out perfectly good footage, it really does! But upon looking over, in my heart of hearts I know that it’s best for the production.”
“And just what is the problem, anyway?” Megaman demanded to know, feeling particularly burned since he’d finally been getting the hang of his part.
“You just don’t look the part, I’m afraid. You aren’t fitting my image of the perfect protagonist at all!” Videoman claimed, Megaman incredulous as could be.
“Excuse me? You said I was exactly who you were looking for!”
“And you are! As an actor, that is! Your face has nothing to do with that.” Videoman explained. “Or the rest of you, for that matter. Look, we’re wasting precious time we could be filming! Let’s just get you into costume. You’ll understand my vision once you do!”
Videoman sent him a Navi Customiser program simply named “COSTUME”, Megaman sighing but deciding that it was easier not to argue with him at this point. Videoman was simply too fast-talking and confident in his vision, whatever that might be. The other Navis on the set didn’t seem to be fighting back, and so Megaman felt pressured to go along. These things happened, he was sure that far worse things had happened on set, particularly for humans. And so, he moved out a couple of his combat-boosting NaviCust programs to make space for the costume, and immediately wished he’d scanned the data first afterwards.
What Megaman hadn’t realised was that COSTUME wasn’t simply some minor appearance alteration, nor was it a literal costume to be thrown over his default body data. He immediately felt his entire digital body changing, being rewritten to fit the program. It seemed that every part of him would change, from head to toe in a matter of seconds, Videoman watching and nodding approvingly as Megaman was warped to the proportions and appearance of his ideal actor, or rather, actress.
Megaman’s boots began to rise, the blocky blue cylinders that stopped before his knees stretching up past them and continuing up until they reached the upper part of his thighs, which began to grow outwards at the top and tapered down to a more slender shape below. He felt his hips rise to make his legs longer, as well as those hips broadening in general, pushing out into a distinctly feminine shape as his flat behind curved into a petite ass that nonetheless would make Roll.EXE blush. His waist cinched inward to make the curves undeniable, his chest and shoulders shrinking while the data on his chest was rearranged to bulge out and be assigned to be a soft, slightly bouncy material with his Navi emblem nestled comfortably between them. Not too big, but not small either.
From the neck down, Megaman realised that he had the undeniable body of a woman, and his face turned red as it too shifted to fit his, or rather her new image. Her lips swelled to turn her embarrassed expression into a cute pout, adding thick eyelashes as her nose shrunk and her face tapered to create a thin, beautiful chin and cheeks. Surprisingly her helmet vanished from her head entirely, letting blue hair spill out in a spiky pattern the same as always in the back, while her hair parted at the front. Other than becoming longer and thinner her arms and gloves seemed to remain the same, until the blue material from the gloves to her shoulders faded, replaced with skin data to give her a sleeveless appearance. The material between her thighs and her hips vanished as well, a tantalisingly short skirt growing down to partially cover her pink thighs, while a thin strip of digital fabric protected her modesty, featureless as she might be below that skirt.
“What the heck is this!?” Megaman squeaked, finding her voice high-pitched and highly fitting for her new frame as she failed to resist the urge to squeeze her new boobs with one hand, while tugging at her short skirt in instinctive embarrassment with the other. Even her gender data had been overwritten, not even thinking of herself as a he while she had this so-called costume on.
“Once I saw your scenes, my first thought was that while your character is perfect, a man just wasn’t the right fit for the job. It had to be a woman!
“Then recast me with a woman!” Megaman protested, deciding to not try to come up with a better name on the spot. She looked like a young woman around Lan’s age, a far cry from the adolescent Navi she’d been just a few moments earlier. “So I can hurry up and take this ridiculous costume off!”
“Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait a second! Weren’t you listening! You’re perfect! Just not your appearance!” Videoman hurried to reassure her. “In the acting world, your appearance is irrelevant, you can look however you want! Come on, even humans do this, haven’t you watched any movies?”
“I don’t care, recast me.” Megaman curled her cute lips into a rather intimidating crease.
“It’s too late, we’re already rolling! We’re locked in! We’ll never make it on schedule if we swap out our leading lady now! See, that grumpy expression is just what I’m looking for, this was clearly the right decision.”
After simmering for a minute, Megaman relaxed her balled fists and let out a deep sigh. She was the one who signed up for this, she had nobody to blame but herself when things got as weird and wacky as she expected.
“Fine.” She said with slightly gritted teeth. “I’ll see how this pans out, if only for the sake of everybody else working on this. But I do have one question.”
“Shoot!” Videoman smiled shamelessly.
“What’s with all this?” She gestured at her uncovered arms and thighs. “Isn’t this more of a human thing? I don’t know any female Navis who look like this.”
“Oh, that? That’s for human audience appeal, don’t worry about it.” He brushed her concerns aside like he brushed aside the entire first two days of filming. “Trust me, it’ll make sense by the end.”
“You don’t even have a script that goes that far.” Megaman pointed out.
“I’ve got it all up here!” Videoman tapped his composite ports. “There’s no point padding out the script for the actors before we get there. Your character doesn’t know what’s coming next anyway, do they?”
Megaman was pretty sure that logic was entirely faulty, but was too tired to argue.
“Let’s just hurry up and start filming already.” She said, trying to get back into an acting mindset, but try as she might, she couldn’t stop her face from remaining bright red. Navis were a bit too human at times…
“We’ll edit out your blushing, don’t worry about it!” Videoman cheerfully reassured her from his director’s seat. “And… action!”
–
If Megaman could have had bags under her eyes from exhaustion, by the fourth or fifth day of filming she would have. She was getting the hang of acting as far as she could tell, but getting used to acting as a woman was another thing. Videoman seemed to want to highlight her newfound femininity, and specifically instructed her to use girlier body language, to pout more, and generally put that body to good use. It was embarrassing, but she stuck with it, figuring that if she gave in now, it’d have all been for naught.
As for the story, Megaman was starting to seriously lose track of it. It was supposedly some sort of office drama, but it seemed like they were just filming endless scenes of monotony designed to waste as much of their time on set as possible. She was constantly reassured that it was going somewhere, but by now she had practically zoned out, merely following the director’s instructions on what she was supposed to say or feel in a given scene rather than get hung up on the semantics of how or why.
Her co-actors seemed to have a similarly professional approach. They hardly spoke a word outside of their scenes, and didn’t have much interest in getting to know each other. When she asked if they had doubts too, they just shrugged and said that it was their job to trust the director, and whether it turned out good or bad, nobody could blame their performances. Megaman admired that work ethic in a way, even if she wished that they would collectively revolt against the director and his vision.
To make matters worse, it seemed that indulging Videoman on changing her body had emboldened him to make occasional revisions to her appearance. One day halfway through a filming session she was suddenly told that she wasn’t quite tall enough to make the scene work, whatever that meant, and was handed the HighShoe program and instructed to slot it in.
Removing another program meant for netbattling, Megaman felt her height shoot up until she was almost as tall as Videoman, but while she gained a rather leggy appearance from a few additional inches of leg, true to the name of the program, most of that additional height came from the shoes themselves. Her boots had transformed into high heeled ones, and rather tall ones at that, Megaman now propped up off the ground by a mixture of a long stiletto heel and what was obviously a platform heel. It was only her programming rapidly recalibrating that stopped her from tripping over in such impractical heels, impossible to use in combat even in the digital world.
Next was, appropriately enough, something for her hands. Something about gloves seeming unnecessary for an office Navi, even though that made very little sense. Megaman had no choice but to ignore her own judgement and trust his, finding it to be much less of a headache if she just went with whatever he said. She inserted the NailHand program, wondering for a second if it was going to give her claws or something. Instead her gloves thinned until they were nearly skin-tight, the fingers opening up and gaining long, painted blue nails that were hard and glossy, reminding her of how Mayl had tried longer nails for a while. Mayl had eventually deemed them cute but too much of a hassle even after varnishing, something Megaman could easily see as her two inch long nails seemed as impractical as her overly long heels. She felt more and more human-like with these changes, between her long boots and thin gloves, which seemed to be exactly what Videoman wanted, for whatever reason.
Another day later, and Videoman wanted yet another program added to update her “costume”, and by this point Megaman had given up on complaining, expecting him to simply talk until she gave up if she bothered. However, she eyed the program that he sent her suspiciously.
“Where in the world are you getting these from?” She questioned, hesitant to insert this one into the Navi Customiser. “The filesizes are bloated and the programming is incredibly shoddy, I feel like I’m going to get bugs just looking at it.”
“This is the best I could do on such short notice, don’t be such a prude.” Videoman insisted. “It’s this or we wait so long we’ll have to reshoot everything!”
“I don’t see how that makes any sense-sense-sense-sense-sense-” Megaman jolted the moment she plugged the program in, body shaking as her head rocked back and forth for a few seconds as she looped, the poorly made program causing her to completely seize up as it installed. Her hair quickly grew out at the back, spilling down her shoulders as her short, distinctive hairstyle fell down into smooth tresses that landed near her hips.
“-sense.” Megaman finished, looking around in confusion. “Um, did something just happen? I feel a little weird.”
“Nothing, dear.” Videoman said without hesitation. “You’re probably just feeling inspired!”
“Well, if you say so.” Megaman said slightly woozily. NaviCust programs were meant to slot in and out seamlessly, and this one had clearly taken some extra effort to install with how poorly optimised it was. However, having been the one to stutter meant that Megaman herself didn’t notice the couple of seconds she had lost. “I didn’t freeze up or anything, did I?”
“Of course not. Now, let’s get back on track!” Videoman hurried her back onto the set. “Okay, now make sure you’re really leaning over in this scene.”
“Like this?” Megaman asked, nearly giving the camera an upskirt as she bent over with her flexible body. Was it just her, or were the camera angles focusing on her legs a little too much today?
“Perfect!”
–
“Another one? Can’t you make up your mind on how I’m supposed to look?” Megaman groaned, Videoman approaching her as soon as she showed up on set. She was glad that Lan hadn’t called her back since she started filming as the idea of showing up in front of them in this form was something she’d surely never live down, and was finding herself spending her time off-set on more distant servers, lest somebody figure out that the pretty new Navi who was turning operator heads was more familiar than they thought.
“This will really cement the image I was looking for!” Videoman insisted. “Come on, we’ve gotten this far, don’t get cold feet now!”
“Fine.” Megaman gave in without much complaining. What was one more at this point? She was so resigned that she didn’t even notice how grotesquely bloated this program was, clearly the work of an amateur or a hack to make something that too up this much NaviCust space with the diminutive name of MakeUp.
As soon as she plugged it in, Megaman’s eyes glazed over and her body went stiff. The installation was so unnecessarily intense that it was taking up all of her processing power, and so she didn’t get to experience the sensation of her lips inflating, gaining a layer of glossy red lipstick over it, nor the blush added to her cheeks or the heavy eyeshadow and mascara being added to her. Her eyelashes seemingly doubled in size, long and emotive, as Videoman might have described them. Her exaggeratedly feminine face made her look like Yai when she was trying to show off, and she wouldn’t have exactly called it a classy look.
“What do you think?” Videoman rhetorically asked her once she seemed to regain her faculties, being surprised that it had happened in an instant for once, at least from her perspective.
“I look ridiculous!” Megaman felt a little slower than usual thanks to this program, but was more distracted by her own appearance. It felt remarkably gaudy, and even when she was at the point of barely questioning the director’s creative decisions, she had her limits. “How does this fit my character?”
“You’ll really pop on screen, trust me!” He started yet again, but Megaman had had enough.
“That’s it, I’m taking this off.” Megaman said, only to receive an error message when she tried. She tried again, but the program seemed firmly stuck, so poorly programmed that it resisted even removal. She stopped and glared daggers at Videoman, having had just about enough of him as a diva director. Not that she intended to fight him, but that she simply gave up on questioning him. Whatever decisions he made, good or bad, she would just let slide, and it would be his problem when critics panned this thing. Or praised it, if he really was the genius he was presenting himself as.
“What’s wrong?” Videoman asked innocently.
“I’ll keep it on.” Megaman said. “But I want my name taken off the credits for this.”
“Done and done!” Videoman clapped his hands together surprisingly easily. “Do you want a pseudonym? I was thinking Megan Mann. Miss Megan?”
“Aren’t those human names?” She pointed out.
“Hey, you’re the one who doesn’t want to use their real name.” Videoman retorted. “It’ll make you look more exotic.”
“Whatever…”
–
“One more! Just one more! Come on, do it for old Videoman!”
Another day, another program, Megaman found as she stood with her hands on her hips.
“You know, I think you should really worry less about me and more about how this film or whatever you’re calling it isn’t going anywhere.”
“Nonsense, we’re making ons of headway! Look at all the film we’ve got and tell me that isn’t progress.” Videoman said, bringing up a graphic of hours and hours of recorded footage.
“Just because we’ve got it doesn’t mean it’s usable- you know what, just give me the program.” The weary and frustrated Megaman didn’t think twice as she hit install on the file he’d sent her. This one seemed like it’d take up a lot of her remaining NaviCust space, but if that meant he ran out of room to make more adjustments to her faster.
PinkMind, as it turns out, would be the one to brush away most of her concerns, as well as most of her concerns in general. Megaman’s eyes went rather unfocused, and not because of a processing overload this time. A pink fog rolled through her head, her processing speed slowing down significantly. Much of her mental programming was overwritten by this pink haze, and her lips slowly curled into a dopey smile as she felt most of her stress evaporate.
“What’s this one for, anyway?” Megaman asked, her shoulders relaxing and the irritability fading from her voice.
“Let’s just say it’ll improve your ability to get into character.” Videoman said vaguely.
“It’ll, like, make me a better actress ‘n stuff?” She asked, giggling slightly, feeling elated. “Wow, that’s amazing! Why didn’t we do this before? Then we wouldn’t have had to, like, you know, keep doing stuff over and over.”
“I needed to wait until you had blossomed as an actress first, in order to truly inhabit ” He explained. Even if she had questioned it, it wasn’t like she could have removed the program with how thoroughly jammed her NaviCust was.
“Oh, that makes sense.” Megaman took him at his word. She didn’t really get it, but he was the director, so he was probably right. She wasn’t getting that bad feeling she usually got when he was talking about director stuff, so there was nothing to worry about.
“All of these programs are simply to help you get into character, so don’t worry about them.”
“Okay!” She said simply and plainly. “But, like, don’t they make me look kinda silly?”
“No, they make you look prettier. And audiences love a pretty leading lady.” He explained, and her eyes shone for a moment. All of a sudden, being pretty seemed very important.
“You’re right, I do look really pretty.” She said, bringing up a digital display of her own reflection. She’d always felt that big lips were cute… did she? Or was that just now? She couldn’t really figure it out. DId it matter? She was pretty, after all, those eyelashes were so cute.
She clicked her high heels together, looking excited rather than drained for once. This PinkMind stuff really did have her feeling pink!
“Director, let’s hurry up and start filming! I’m feeling really good today!” She said happily, ready to follow his instructions to the letter…
–
Filming went quite smoothly from that point on, at least in Megaman’s breezy opinion. She just said whatever lines he wanted, and moved however he instructed her to, without thinking too much about why her character was feeling this way or where the plot was going.
What she gleaned from the plot was that she played a bored office Navi who wasn’t treated seriously by her boss, and just wanted to stand out. And that fit her perfectly, since she wanted to stand out too! Videoman seemed to be editing together the scenes chronologically as she customised her appearance, making herself flashier and prettier. The camera angles were getting lower, and more emphasis was being put on her appearance as other characters remarked at how pretty she was now, the current scene ending with her character wondering how she could make herself even more desirable to her co-workers and win over her boss, a character who up until now had remained off-screen.
“I’ve got another couple of programs for you today, sweetheart.” Videoman said as she walked off the set, not noticing that the other actors always seemed to clear out and never interrupt her sessions with the director.
“Will they make me prettier and better at acting too?” She asked innocently.
“You’ll see.” He laughed, Megaman eagerly installing the crudely named BOOBS and BUTT programs. Once upon a time this would have been her instant breaking point where she walked off the production entirely, but thanks to PinkMind, she was long past the point of questioning them.
Megaman let out a moan as a new sensitivity function was added to her body along with the two, buckling as she thrust her chest out toward while sticking her butt out, both sets of spheres swelling to double or even triple their original sizes in an instant. Her chest ballooned out until her emblem was truly crammed between the two heavy udders, almost as big as her head as they filled out more than she could cover with her original gloves, let alone the skinny things designed to show off her long nails. But her hands were instead placed on her ass as it inflated to make them look tiny by comparison, and her waist looked even smaller by comparison, giving her a hefty hourglass as it wobbled with her body trying to push itself back upright.
She’d gone from a slender Navi to one who bounced and jiggled with each movement, her short skirt barely able to contain the digital flesh within, while her chest would consume the frame of any shot it was in, if the cameraman could drag the frame away from it far enough to see her oohing and aahing face, impressed with how big she had gotten.
“Does this make me prettier, director?” She asked hopefully, swinging her chest around as she turned back to face him, taking a few seconds for it to wobble to a halt. Her already short skirt barely contained her ass, looking like a miniskirt with her new exaggerated proportions.
“Even better, it makes you sexier, sweetheart!” He laughed, and Megaman giggled along too. If the director said it, she thought as she twirled a nail through her extended hair, it must be right!
“Alright, let’s strike while the iron is hot!” he said, turning her around and sending her off with a slap on the ass, her merely giggling at the action.
True to his word, the sexiness of the scenes immediately spiked. Megaman’s character was now characterised as downright seductive, pressing her chest against her co-workers and leaning over her desk with the camera shoved up near her ass, openly longing for her boss and hoping that her latest upgrades would finally get his attention. Megaman wasn’t wrong to believe that her acting had gotten better, as she quite convincingly played the role of a blatantly horny ditz, squeezing her legs together as a hotness grew between them. A hotness with nowhere to go, at least not right now. One more program could easily fix that…
However, she was perhaps even slower than Videoman anticipated. The strain of her poorly made programs was starting to show, as she sometimes reacted to instructions slowly and occasionally stuttered mid-scene. It was time, Videoman decided, to move onto the third act…
–
“Um, like, where’s my script, director?” Megaman asked on the latest day of the filming, having merely dutifully waited on the set overnight after Videoman told her that he was setting up for the next phase of their filming.
“You’ll get it when we’re on-site.” Videoman explained, the other actors completely absent. “We’re transferring you to our new filming location.”
“Where’s that?” She asked obediently.
“See for yourself!” He said, sending her the transfer link, Megaman blinking in confusion. She visibly took a few seconds longer than usual to react, unable to process the new information fast enough, leaving her standing there looking dumb and completely clueless. Videoman waited patiently, finding a dumb, obedient actress far more helpful than a clever, critical one who talked back to him..
“But director, that set is in the real world!” She eventually exclaimed, looking at the photo. The set she was used to had been replicated in real life, and she couldn’t figure out why.
“I’m glad you noticed. We’ll be uploading you to a CopyBot, so you can finally become the ultimate actress who can appeal to both Navis and humans!” He said, and Megaman’s eyes gleamed at the idea, one she barely understood besides that it sounded glamorous. A CopyBot was designed to be inhabited by a Navi, and would transform its appearance to match theirs exactly. Logically, it would allow her to act in the real world, but she didn’t stop to think why this would be necessary in the first place. By this point, she was hardly capable of it.
“I’m ready to go, director!” She said immediately, hitting confirm on his link without hesitation or thinking to consult Lan first. Megaman vanished from the server, Videoman cackling now that his job was done. Or at least, his first job, he thought, preparing to project himself onto a screen in the room the CopyBot was in.
A few moments later, Megaman opened her eyes, adjusting to looking through two camera lenses sending her a stream of visual data about the real world, a rather different experience than she was used to in the digital world. She could feel her robotic joints moving below her lascivious artificial flesh, moving experimentally as she adjusted to her new body. She’d have to work hard to be a good actor in this body, too!
“By the way, I added one last program while you were transferring.” Came Videoman’s voice from a nearby monitor, Megaman smiling as she saw his familiar face even in this unfamiliar body and room. “Don’t worry, it’ll be essential for the scene we’re about to shoot. Now, just read the script and follow the instructions. I’m sure that you’ll do a good job…”
He pointed to a tablet with the script on it nearby, and Megaman quickly read it and positioned herself in front of the camera. Then, she reached under her skirt and pulled down her panties, letting them hit the floor as a human actor playing her boss entered the room, hands already on his belt.
“I’ve been waiting for you, sir..” She said with a low moan as she began to finger herself, already starting to moan as the heat she had been feeling only flared up more…
A few seconds later as her very human boss bent her over the desk and rammed her cock into her artificial pussy, it became obvious to anybody who wasn’t her what the “drama” had turned out to be. A bored office Navi tried to gain the attention and affection of her co-workers and boss by making herself sexier, and then eventually came to the real world and fucked him. In other words, everything they’d been filming up until now was the boring part of a porno, and she was merely being moulded into the ideal porn star.
Videoman couldn’t be happier as he watched his handiwork. He had crafted this scheme specifically to ensnare him as revenge for his defeat long ago, although he hadn’t expected it to work so well. He had big plans for her, although as he managed the cameras and monitored the CopyBot while she got fucked, he was a little concerned with the strain on her CPU right now. Those sketchy programs he’d used were designed to
“Mmmh! Harder, harder!” Megaman mewled, dutifully following the script even as her pleasure sensors were overloaded by the huge shaft shoved up her brand new pussy. She let out a long, guttural moan as he came within her, and then all of a sudden went completely limp.
“Oh shit, did I break her? Shit, this thing was expensive!” The actor quickly pulled out as Videoman also panicked.
Internally, the orgasm had been too much for Megaman’s systems. The combination of various bugs caused by the programs and the limitations PinkMind had created had caused her to crash, and her system was currently rebooting.
However, those programs that had bimbofied her had an iron grip on her systems, and suppressed her typical repair programs, overwriting the settings that should have restored her normal personality.
“Hold on, I’ll run diagnostics…” Videoman connected to the CopyBot, his eyes widening as he found the Navi Customiser completely empty. “Oh crap, she purged all of the programs! No, wait, that’s not it, they’ve… installed directly to her OS?”
“Rebooting complete.” The Navi inhabiting the Copybot said in a monotone voice, before giggling a few times. “Ooh, I feel so hot, can we film that scene again?”
“Are you alright, Megaman?” Videoman asked, concerned that he had gone too far. He wanted to make her his toy, but now he was worried he’d broken her completely.
“Megaman? Who’s t-t-t-t-t-that?” She asked, cocking her head to the side cutely, twitching a few times in a somewhat more unsettling matter, making it quite clear that she was still buggy. “I don’t recall that name in my memory banks…”
“Huh? Then who are you?”
The female Navi pieced together enough information to answer the question by what little mostly undamaged memory data she had, which was comprised almost entirely of what was still still fresh in her short-term memory storage, combined with all of the relevant data from the various programs that had been used to brainwash her in the first place. Her new memories were quickly assembled, and swiftly overwrote the damaged data, casting aside her original memories into scattered, fragmented data buried deep inside her, where nothing short of a professional restoration would dig them out. In a mere few seconds, the mixed-reality porn star was convinced that this was all she’d ever been, and all she’d ever be.
“The ultimate actress designed to appeal to both Navis and humans!” She repeated. She couldn’t recall if she had a name or not, but she’d let the director worry about tricky things like names. She was a professional, and happy to go under any stage name they wanted. “Hey, director, can we film that again? Can we? You always do second takes, right? Come on, I’m feeling so hot right now…”
