“Kaleidoscope… Buster!”

A shower of rainbows assaulted the monster, leaving a somewhat wobbly and tuckered out group of magical girls to nearly collapse from their group pose in relief, having spent the last two hours chasing a particularly determined monster that seemed to have preferred flight to fight.

“I’m beat, give me a minute. Monsters that give us the runaround are such a pain.” Yui exhaled, planting her big ass onto the hood of a car as well as her giant carrot into a pothole in the road caused by the fight. She crossed her legs, her thighs squishing against each other within her stockings as her curly hair managed to run all the way down the opposing side of the car. It was a glamorous shot that she would later find out had been discretely photographed and used as that month’s banner for her fanclub’s webpage.

“I’ll recommend you to the track team if you want some more stamina.” Akari said, the least winded of the group, although even she would admit that having to chase a monster across half the city and back in a bulky wedding dress was tough, let alone when you needed twice as many steps as you used to. “But you know what, I’m with Yui for once, I prefer it when they come after us, not the other way around.”

“It’s unusual for a monster to… to… sorry, give me a moment…” Aoi wheezed, down on one knee as she had been chasing the monster the longest and hardest, ahead of the pack. She was slick with sweat, glistening on her cleavage and sliding down her uncovered thighs onto her thigh-highs, and yet her stockings and incredibly skimpy nurse outfit lacked any sort of stain. A magical girl was always perfectly presentable, preventing her from looking as dishevelled as she felt, although her perfectly silky perpetually conditioned hair seemed to almost droop from her lack of energy. She couldn’t help but be self-conscious, wondering if she’d been younger, she’d still be on her feet right now. She felt a little better looking at her teammates around her, looking similarly beat. She was in the prime of her life, the mature magical girl reassured herself, this chase was just disproportionate for anybody.

“This was far too much effort for one mere monster, I’m red as a rose after that! Black, carry me.” Sakura exclaimed, dramatically wilting only for her woes to go ignored by Kuroko, who was busy sweeping up the rubble while her friends rested, too tired for their usual swift exit. Sakura stumbled, clearing her throat and turning a little more red as she was forced to catch herself and stand upright with her arms folded.

“That would be unbecoming of a magical girl of your status, mistress. Now, please leave this to me.” Kuroko showed surprising resistance, glad that the visible effort it took her to resist princess carrying her back to the mansion was masked by her exhaustion. Clean-up was her favourite part of the post-fight routine, whenever they engaged in a particularly destructive fight, and enough damage had been done this time that they couldn’t in good consciousness simply pull their usual disappearing act.

“Come on, team! There’s citizens in need of help! Up and at em!” Momoko called while holding an enormous chunk of the road that had been torn out of the ground and thrown at her a few minutes earlier. What she lacked in energy she made up for in enthusiasm, for better or worse. “We’ve defended the peace, now let’s defend the happiness! Kaleidoscopes, go!”

“We’re magical girls, not road workers, Momoko.” Akari grumbled, less over the work and more over the fact that she was getting her dress dirty flipping a car the right way up, glad that she didn’t have floor-length hair like the rest of the group right now. Well, she did, but it was at least done up.

“Would you like me to hire a subcontractor, Miss Rose? Ohohoho!” Sakura asked, easily amused by herself as always.

“You know what Pink, you’re right.” Yui called, still seated as she tugged at the chest of her bunnysuit. “Being a magical girl is about friendship and teamwork, so you should show us your teamwork and how great of a friend you are by doing all that stuff yourself.”

“You know, you’re really being negative lately, Carrot!” Momoko pouted with her soft pink lips. “I don’t think you’re setting a very good example as a magical girl! I know you’re better than this!”

“Have you seen how the parents complain about me?” Yui yelled over the sound of Momoko dropping down the concrete, gesturing towards her outfit. “According to them, I set a bad example just by showing up!”

“That’s why you should be more positive!” Momoko decided for her. “You should show them that you can be wholesome and sexy! ”

“Easier said than done.” Yui muttered, tugging at the cups of her bunny suit, her nipples always on the verge of spilling out. “Why don’t we swap uniforms and you can try it out for me? With those huge boobs of yours we’ll probably fit each other.”

“Uh, no thanks! I’m sure it’d be too tight for you! Really!” Momoko desperately waved her hands in a negative motion. “Can we even take these off? I’ve never tried.”

“Good question.” Sakura pondered. “Black? Find out for-”

Mistress!

“Oh my god!

The group’s discussion was interrupted by an adoring squeal as a civilian marched up right into the scene of the crime, undaunted by the devastation. She immediately invaded Momoko’s personal space, causing the usually sociable girl to recoil slightly as she appraised her from top to bottom, hands stopping just short of caressing her thighs.

“You’re like, the magical girls, right?” The woman asked, wearing a crop top, jeans, and large sunglasses that gave the immediate impression of vapidity. “I am, like, such a big fan! Can I get your autographs?”

“Do we do autographs?” Momoko looked to Aoi for advice. “I’m usually too busy to think about it!”

“Normally they ask me for photos.” Yui said derisively. “Can’t imagine why.”

"I'd be more than happy to meet one of my adoring fans.” Sakura puffed up with pride, taking a confident step toward the new arrival.

“Uh, no, greenie.” The woman grabbed Momoko and pulled her away, the pink girl stumbling at her surprisingly forceful yank. “I didn’t ask for you or your lame hair.”

“L-l-l-l-lame!?” Sakura looked like she had been assaulted.

“Mistress’s, I mean, Emerald’s hair is not lame!” Kuroko said angrily.

“Whatever you say, cosplay maid. You wouldn’t know, you look like a big paintbrush from behind. Shouldn’t you be using, like, a vacuum cleaner or something? It’d be faster, stupid.” The woman scoffed as Kuroko quickly looked just as injured.

“I don’t think I like your attitude.” Yui finally stood up onto her high heels, looking about ready to throw this so-called fan all the way from here to Osaka.

“And I don’t like that fake tan of yours. Ugh, so lame!” The woman recoiled in mock-disgust. “Are gyarus even in anymore? You’re like, so two thousand and three! And that grandma over here! What is she, forty? You dress like a fifteen year old! And what’s with that hair? Laaaaame!”

“I’ll have you know I pull this off perfectly!” Aoi said with unbreakable confidence over that particular detail. There was something about this woman that was bugging her, and it wasn’t just her foul mouth and nasty attitude.

“Whatevs!” The woman smirked. “Anyway, Pink, let’s get a selfie! You’re the only real magical girl here, anyway! Not like these has-beens past their prime!”

“Not until you apologise! What’s wrong with you, anyway? Why would you say horrible things like that?” Momoko had tired of this lady and her attitude after the first comment, as well as her insistence on clinging to her side while she insulted her friends. “They all work hard to protect you, and besides, they’re not lame! They’re cool!”

“Of course you’d say that, goody two shoes.” The woman sighed. “Fine, I’ve had my fun. I think your old lady’s caught on by now anyway.”

“Pink! Get away from her!” Aoi yelled urgently, her eyes widening as her suspicions were confirmed.

“Huh? Why-” Momoko turned to look at the woman before they turned their clinging into a tight hug and abruptly locked lips with Momoko, Momoko’s plump lips unable to break free of the woman as she felt like she was having the last of her energy sucked out of her, sagging against the woman. Momoko crumpled as she removed her lips with a wet pop, and the woman licked her lips triumphantly.

“Ah, I should have done this last year! I must have been too paranoid, forgetting I could just waltz up to you clowns and have my way with you.” The woman declared, the rest of the magical girls alert and ready to pounce, only hesitating as the woman placed her boot on the barely conscious Momoko. “It didn’t hurt to play it safe and wait for you to forget me, though!”

The woman snapped her fingers and was enveloped in dark energy, a swirling storm that soon dissipated to reveal her in a tight black bodysuit, wearing dark black makeup and with visible fangs when she grinned. She seemed like she was wearing bondage gear, with a number of belts and buckles over her hair that was done up in a long red ponytail that trailed down to her platform heels and offered a scarlet contrast to her pale skin and dark makeup. Her sunglasses obscured her cruel gaze, her lips extra-expressive to make up for it.

“Hey, isn’t that…” Yui whispered to Aoi as her worst fears were confirmed.

“Seduca!” Aoi yelled angrily. “This is a new low, even for you!”

“That’s Seduca, general of darkness to you, grandma!” Seduca cackled, the dominatrix-esque woman with flowing red hair pushing down her heel on Momoko, who gasped as the air was driven out of her. “And you know what’s a real low? Having to skulk around as one of these pathetic normal people while I regained my power after my last defeat!”

“Defeat’s a good look for you.” Aoi said cooly, cursing the fact that her syringe replacing her rod had robbed her of a rapid ranged attack. Seduca probably knew it, seeing as she didn’t use Momoko as any sort of human shield.

“Victory’s an even better one.” Seduca retorted, and the two glared at each other with enough venom to kill an elephant.

“I was certain we had finally gotten rid of you. If I recall, our old red hit you so hard we didn’t even get the chance to use our team finisher on you.” Aoi said, holding herself back for the sake of Momoko. “We threw a party after that, it was a shame you couldn’t be there.”

“How cold, and after I had such fun with one of your old friends! I believe that red you mentioned, she was a replacement after I turned your old red into my darling Crimson, wasn’t she?” Seduca laughed, Aoi’s puffy lips curling with anger at an old memory. “Oh, that’s right, you defeated Crimson yourself! Your tears were simply delightful!”

“Who in the world is this repulsive woman?” Sakura whispered to Kuroko, her senior magical girl. “I don’t think I could forget her if we’d fought her before! What a dreadful creature!”

“That’s Seduca, one of the enemy generals.” Kuroko whispered back. “I didn’t really get the chance to meet her myself, but she used to be one of our deadliest foes. She isn’t just strong, her special ability is corrupting magical girls! Aoi won’t even tell me how many we’ve lost to her in the past over the years.”

“Damn, she must have really done a number on you.” Yui suddenly laughed mockingly. “I don’t remember your ugly face at all! Guess you’re before my time, grandma! Where’ve you been all these years?”

“Biding my time. Or so I’d like to say.” Seduca sighed, casually checking her talon-like nails. “That old red of yours was smart enough to use a seal on me once she realised she wasn’t nearly strong enough to do me in. I’ll admit she did a good job, but Pink here’s energy was enough to finally shatter the last of it!”

“Guess I’ll make defeating you a red tradition.” Akari stepped up angrily, frilly skirts bristling.

“I’d be happy to play with you, darling, but it seems your friends won’t let this be a fair fight.” Seduca smirked. “It’s more fun with friends, isn’t it?”

“Don’t you dare!” Aoi yelled at her and charged forward, but couldn’t reach her before Seduca bent over, lifted the limp Momoko up into the air, and placed her glowing hand over her face, causing Momoko to writhe as she was injected with dark power, coating her body as Seduca gently placed her down. Rather than crumple again Momoko touched down lightly on her feet, the dark coating gradually fading.

The Momoko that stood before them was similar, yet very different to how she had been moments earlier. All traces of white had completely vanished from her outfit, turning black with pink accents. Her skirt was gone, her uniform transforming into a leotard with two short ruffles atop her hips to represent the former skirt, giving the world a perfect mould of the current team’s signature huge asses. She had a plunging neckline in the shape of a cutout below a high collar, more in line with Aoi or Yui’s sexier outfits, and her now black boots had transformed into thigh-highs, her gloves growing into black opera gloves to match. Her makeup had gotten sharper around the eyes, but most notably her irises had turned a blood red, an unmistakable sign of evil. Although slight, if one had looked closer they could have seen that Momoko’s canines had grown visibly sharper and pointier, and her transformation was completed by two black horns on the top of her head just long enough to poke out of her fluffy hair.

“Look! I’ve improved your little friend!” Seduca laughed as the others looked on in horror. “And she was the only normal one of you left, too! She’ll make a lovely little succubus helper now that I’ve multiplied the evil in her heart!”

Momoko seemed to regain her senses, Seduca pointing straight ahead.

“Now, attack!” She commanded, stepping in front of Momoko, Momoko charging ahead into the fray to create a battle filled with tears… or at least she was supposed to.

“Huh?” Seduca stared blankly as Momoko held her from behind. For some strange reason, Momoko had simply walked up behind her and locked her in place, unable to even use her arms. “Um? Darling? I don’t mind a little skinship, but it can wait!”

“I’ve got her, everybody!” Momoko yelled excitedly. “Quick! Show this nasty lady who’s boss!”

“Excuse me!?” Seduca screeched, struggling to break out of Momoko’s iron grip. “I am the boss! You’re supposed to be attacking them!

“Why would I want to do that?” Momoko asked like the idea was the most ridiculous thing in the world. “They’re my friends, and you’re the bad guy! You were just doing your evil laugh and being mean to them a minute ago!”

“Hold on, time out, time out!” Seduca complained. “What the hell is going on? You were supposed to have your inner darkness magnified tenfold! No, twentyfold!”

“Huh? I’m supposed to be evil now?  Is that what your darkness thingy was supposed to do?” Momoko asked cluelessly. “I don’t really feel that evil.”

“Not even a little naughty?” Seduca pleaded.

“Do I look evil to you?” Momoko asked, looking to her team for support.

“You do look a bit evil right now, Pink.” Yui admitted, the others nodding. “You’re all black now.”

“Wow, that’s being really rude to Black, you know!” Momoko looked indignant, but not on her own behalf.

“Okay, but she’s black and white!” Yui pointed out as Kuroko shuffled her feet and played with her skirt awkwardly. “You’re just all black and pink! And you’ve got horns!”

“I have horns!?” Momoko exclaimed. “Are they cute? Oh my gosh, do I have little bat wings too? I always wanted wings!”

“Um, hello? Start beating them up already! You are ruining my image right now!” Seduca whined. “This was supposed to be my big comeback and you’re screwing it up! Turn evil already, it’s been like two minutes and you’re still nice! I didn’t spend years hiding and living on minimum wage just for this!”

“Oh, I get it!” Aoi suddenly burst out into hysterical laughter, giggling uncontrollably before continuing. “It’s not that she didn’t amplify her evil, it’s that she didn’t have any evil to amplify in the first place! Ten times zero is still zero!”

Akari looked dumbfounded, and Kuroko and Yui simultaneously let out deep groans, Yui’s head in her hands. Sakura’s hand raised to her mouth as she pointed and laughed deeply at Seduca, almost brought to tears at the irony.

“See? Good triumphs again!” Momoko said proudly, not really getting it.

“That is such a load of- ack!” Seduca struggled, gasping as Momoko tightened her grip.

“Let go of me already, you, you twerp! Brat! Goody two-shoes! You can’t do this to me! All of the other generals are gonna laugh at me!” Seduca’s vocabulary seemed to grow more childish by the second as she lost control of the situation.

“Wasn’t she supposed to be one of our strongest enemies?” Kuroko asked Aoi, confused as to why Seduca seemed to be unable to break the grip of a single magical girl.

“You know, come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her fight.” Aoi realised. “Actually, I don’t think anybody’s ever seen her fight! I can’t think of any descriptions of her fighting style, just that she’d show up, corrupt somebody, and then stand back and let them do all of the work.”

“Why, how splendid!” Sakura grinned cruelly. “She said that she could only corrupt one of us at a time, did she not? Then there’s nothing to fear from her!”

“Uh, I was just exaggerating!” Seduca began to panic as the group advanced on her. “I actually have a secret second charge! I was just lulling you into a false sense of security! Stay back or you’re gonna get it! I swear! Don’t hurt meeeeee!”

--

“Uncle! I give! I give!” The battered and bruised Seduca said, her hair a mess and her catsuit in tatters after the team took turns blasting her, resilience proving to be her only remaining virtue. Even if her offensive abilities were next to none, it seemed that generals were still tougher than the average monster. “I actually don’t like pain, I just like hurting others! I’m only into the S part!”

“I’m starting to feel a little sorry for her.” Momoko admitted, her arms starting to get tired from holding down the sniffling woman.

“You shouldn’t be.” Aoi said, pulling back the plunger on her syringe as she prepared a second dose. “I could do this all day, personally. We’re lucky she tried to corrupt you, I’d have definitely been evil the way I’m feeling right now.”

“Pink’s right, we’re basically just bullying her at this point.” Yui conceded. She leaned over the slumping general and lifted her chin up, the pathetic woman trying to avoid making eye contact.

“Apologise.” Yui said, forcing her to meet her eyes. “Say “I’m sorry”.”

“For saying your hair was lame?” Seduca stammered.

“We can start with that.” Yui smiled radiantly.

“I’m sorry for saying that your hair was lame! It’s actually very fashionable! Green’s too! And now that I take a closer look, that tan is very natural!” Seduca blubbered. “And I’m sorry for saying that she was a cosplay maid! I’m sure there are plenty of maids with big thigh cutouts like that! And Blue, you look really good for your age! You don’t look a day over forty-five!”

“You shouldn’t be apologising to me.” Aoi snarled. “Apologise to each and every magical girl you poisoned with your powers! All of them!”

“Okay, just let me remember all of them first! Uh, let’s see, there was a red, another red, I remember doing at least three blues…” Seduca recalled as quickly as she could. “I remember having a lot of fun with a yellow… you’re a yellow, right? I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a pink, but I’ve definitely done a green....”

Seduca gave a crooked, hopeful smile. “Um, sorry, I’ve lost count! I wasn’t really thinking about it! But that’s ancient history, right? Right?”

“Let’s get this over with.” Kuroko said with disgust. “And make sure she doesn’t recover this time!”

“I concur.” Sakura took Kuroko’s hand and began to gather energy, the group backing away.

“Just make sure you don’t hit me!” Momoko begged, starting to sweat as she realised the power the group was preparing.

“Get out of the way!” Aoi warned her when they were complete, Momoko finally shoving Seduca into what would be the path of the blast and diving for cover.

“Fools! I’ll have my revenge on you all yet!” Seduca screamed the instant Momoko let go. “You might have gotten the better of me now, but you can’t possibly hope to catch me! You’ll rue the day you- huh?”

Seduca suddenly realised that instead of allowing her to leap to safety like her many brushes with defeat from years past, her legs had gone all wobbly and didn’t seem to be listening to her.  Instead of being safely mid-air by now as she had intended, she had merely stayed firmly in place while she yelled about her revenge. She tried to at least stagger out of the way, but to make matters worse one of her high heels had snapped thanks to the punishment she had taken earlier, and she merely stumbled then sunk to her knees, unable to move.

“This wasn’t how it was supposed to goooooo!” Seduca wailed as she was enveloped by light, an enormous explosion undoing all of Momoko’s hard work in trying to put the road back together.

“Is it over?” Momoko said weakly, crawling over to the group as bits of rubble rained from the sky. The dark magical girl was helped to her feet, the group cautiously approaching what remained of Seduca. “We didn’t kill her, did we? That would be too much, even for somebody like her…”

“Our powers can’t hurt ordinary people. Not beams like that, anyway.” Aoi reminded her. “The rubble that comes out of it maybe, but that usually gets blown clear. Knowing her, she might have managed to scrape by, but she shouldn’t be going anywhere after that.”

The group peered over into the crater where Seduca laid, or rather the former Seduca. The one sprawled out in there was her civilian form, who seemed to be stirring already, her sunglasses falling into the dirt as she sleepily rose. She had big blue eyes with a rather docile, innocent look, and it occurred to Aoi that without her thick makeup and unnaturally pale skin, she had a bit of a babyface.

“Huh? Where am I?” Seduca asked, or whatever her real name was, looking around blankly. “I was just at my part-time job, and then… huh? How’d I get here?”

“You slipped while we were fighting a monster, ma’am.” Aoi said with a smile, helping her up to the shock of the rest.

“I did?” The woman seemed very out of it and totally confused. “Wow, that sounds exciting. I don’t remember any of it, though.”

“You might have hit your head on the way down.” Aoi patiently explained, helping the woman out of the hole and brushing her off.

“I guess I must have. You’re really nice, you know. I guess you have to be, you’re magical girls, after all!” The woman had a somewhat dopey smile, but didn’t seem to be pretending. “Protecting the city and fighting for love and stuff, that’s so nice. I wish I could be like that…”

“Just knowing that you’re safe is good enough for us.” Aoi’s kindness continued to get looks from the others, but she glanced sideways at them, warning them to not interrupt. “Do you need any help? We could take you home if you want.”

“Oh no, I couldn’t possibly ask for more! I’m quite alright, there might be others who got hurt that you should be worrying about right now.” The woman insisted. “Actually, there is one thing… Could I get your autograph? It’s not for me, I have a friend who is a big fan of you guys…”

The woman pulled out a small pink diary that Aoi flipped through with bemusement until she reached the current day, looking at the latest entries.

10am: Go to laundromat. 12:30pm: meet Kathy and Sadako for lunch. 2pm: get revenge on magical girls. 7pm: celebrate victory with other generals. Remember to book hair appointment.

Aoi discreetly tore that page out while Seduca wasn’t looking, squeezing it into a ball and tossing it into the hole. She quickly signed a newer page as Kaleidoscope Blue, handing it back with a smile.

“Wow, she’s gonna be so excited!” Seduca giggled. “Bye bye, miss magical girls!”

Seduca wandered off, the rest waiting until she was out of earshot to ask questions, only for Aoi to speak up before anybody had the chance.

“Generals lose their memories of their powers when they’re defeated.” Aoi said quietly. “She’s just an ordinary woman now.”

“So why didn’t we interrogate her before we defeated her?” Akari asked the obvious.

“I don’t think she’d have given up any information if we had. None of the others ever have.” Aoi responded. “But the real answer is that I was too angry. All I could think about was getting revenge on her for everything she’s done.”

“I don’t blame you.” Yui put her hand on her shoulder. “That bitch was getting on my nerves, and what if we gave her a chance to escape?”

“Yeah, it all worked out in the end! Although I am going to miss having a skirt.” Momoko smiled, although the others still looked apprehensive.

“You’re sure you’re not evil right now, right? Not even a little” Akari asked awkwardly. “I was never much of a believer in the whole pure of heart thing.”

“I’m sure! Super sure!” Momoko insisted, exposing her fangs as she pouted. “Not even a little!”

“Let’s get you checked out just to be certain.” Aoi decided, the group finally leaving to return to their home base, hopefully to give Momoko a clean slate of health…

--

“Well, as far as I can tell, you’re the same old Momoko.” Aoi said finally after half an hour of interrogation. “Besides being a succubus, there’s nothing to worry about.”

“Isn’t being a succubus something to worry about by itself?” Akari asked. “I mean, Momoko’s still a magical girl, but doesn’t that make her an actual demon now, you know? Aren’t demons supposed to be evil?”

“Mami in class 1-B is a succubus too and she’s nice.” Momoko said defensively. “I think you’re spreading a really harmful stereotype right now, you know.”

“Okay, but what about your family?” Akari seemed unwilling to completely let the matter go. “They didn’t give you any weird moral lessons as a child, did they?”

“Mom’s basically the same as far as I can remember.” Momoko explained, the enormous bust her mother had gained recently being more of a change than her petite horns and fangs. Technically the big butt Momoko had acquired had been applied to her mother as well, but mama Momoko had always been a bit pear-shaped after her pregnancy anyway, and the hourglass monster’s magic had focused more on filling in the top than expanding the bottom. “Oh, she likes to go out and spend a night at a hotel with just her and dad once a week or two for some reason now, but I don’t think that has anything to do with being a succubus!”

None of the group had the heart to break Momoko’s innocence and decided to drop the matter.

“Still, Momoko having no evil to multiply…” Yui said, scratching her chin with a manicured nail. “That kind of pisses me off for some reason. Momo, are you sure you haven’t done anything evil lately? You know, in the new reality.”

Momoko thought really hard, then managed to come up with something.

“Well, I didn’t want to tell you, but I guess if it’s for the sake of the team… I did do something kind of evil.” Momoko said dramatically, and Yui leaned in. “You know that pudding in the shrine’s minifridge you were saving? The one you told everybody not to touch? I was the one who took it! Sorry! I was hungry!”

“You’re right, that is pretty evil.” Yui said, putting Momoko in a headlock as she begged for forgiveness that would not come.

“That just sounds like the normal Momoko to me.” Akari pointed out. “Wait, that means you must have taken my last slice of strawberry shortcake too! Aoi, I think we might need to double check for more evil!”

“That’s not evil, that’s just kind of naughty. And greedy. And gluttonous. Maybe envious too. Actually, according to the Christians, that’s at least three deadly sins already.” Aoi considered. “Is this really what pure of heart passes for these days? You’re lucky this is a Shinto shrine, Momoko.”

“Well, let’s just be glad that our team is intact!” Sakura declared, feeling that this scepticism would go on forever if she didn’t put an end to it. “At the end of the day, Momoko is Momoko! And besides, she looks rather fetching in black!”

“You’d be biased.” Yui said snidely, and the group laughed it off, deciding that if there were any hidden problems with Momoko, they’d just have to find out in the future and thank their good fortune for now. Momoko herself was glad that they finally seemed to be relaxing at last, having been concerned that losing her friends’ trust was worse than any conventional transformation she could have gotten. And the idea of her betraying them or wishing ill upon them was just absurd! How could she possibly have any different feelings towards such beautiful, attractive magical girls just because she got turned into a succubus? She wanted to hug them and hold them tight, not fight against them! Why, she could kiss them and that’d be just fine! She’d been wanting to do that for a while anyway. A little skinship ought to show them that things were the same as they’d ever been.

Wait, was she thinking something weird? Momoko frowned slightly. She got the feeling that something was slightly different about the way she looked at her gorgeous, sexy teammates, but she just couldn’t put her finger on what. Oh well, it was probably nothing…

“Things might have gone well for us this time, but don’t let your guards down.” Aoi warned them. “Generals are usually a cut above the average monster, and much trickier. If they’d grabbed anybody besides Momoko, we’d be down a member right now and probably still have Seduca to worry about. They don’t show themselves often, but they’re like cockroaches. Hard to put down, and even if you do, they tend to come back eventually anyway.”

“Well at least we’ve gotten one out of the way permanently, haven’t we?” Sakura said, Aoi shaking her head in response, twintails bustling in a hypnotic stream of blue hair. The whole team was still transformed, a slight paranoia that Momoko might pull a trick on them at the last moment hanging in the air.

“We don’t even know if that was the first Seduca.” Aoi said grimly. “The most common theory about generals is that their powers work a little like ours: the leader picks out somebody who is a good host for a given ability, and they’re passed down after each is defeated. Well, we know for a fact that not every general works like that, but some almost certainly do. For now, we just take them one at a time.”

“Sure would be nice if the big boss would just show themselves already.” Akari said, her dress making her look even tinier when she was sitting down.. “I’ve always felt a little annoyed that you can spend years as a magical girl and never even see them once.”

“Why would they?” Aoi shrugged. “They can just sit back and keep sending monster after monster, trying to wear us down. We don’t even know if they really want to win, at this point. I treat these attacks as more like natural disasters, they’ll just keep coming forever. Japan’s got earthquakes, typhoons, and monsters.”

“Well, we’ve just got to keep at it as long as we’re able. Right Momo?” Yui said, slapping Momoko on the shoulder supportively. Momoko seemed to be snapped out of a trance, having been focused less on Aoi’s face while she spoke, and more the individual parts of it. Those long eyelashes, her deep blue eyes, and those big, plush lips. They looked so soft, they must have felt so nice to kiss… or so she’d been thinking until Yui broke her concentration.

“Huh? Uh, yeah, right! What Aoi said!” Momoko said as quickly as she could, barely remembering what Aoi was saying as she got distracted by how pretty Yui was too. She wondered if she’d mind if she kissed her once or twice, just to know what it felt like?

“Momoko is definitely a little different after that transformation.” Kuroko whispered to Sakura, hiding her painted black lips with her hand. “She’s giving me, you know, vibes.”

Sakura hid her lips too, this time using an expensive-looking fan she’d produced from somewhere.
