It was a sunny day in Hyrule, perhaps a little too sunny as Link, the resurrected hero of Hyrule, found himself hiding under a tree to escape the heat, tugging at his collar in the cool shade. He was on his way to Hateno village, and was glad that the region was at least temperate compared to the extremes he had been traveling through in his quest to destroy Ganon. However, he had hardly enough time to fan himself before he heard rustling above him and a pleading voice calling out to him.

“Hey, you there! Yeah, you in the blue! Up here!”

Link’s long ears perked up and his eyes drifted upwards to see a young woman clinging to the branches of the old tree he had taken refuge under, wriggling piitfully high above the ground.

“Do you think you could help me down?” The plain young woman in weathered travelling garb asked hopefully. “Some monsters were chasing me so I hid up here, and now I can’t get down!”

“Are you sure? You should be safe falling from there.” Link said, the woman shaking her head profusely.

“No way, I’m afraid of heights!” She insisted. “I’ll feel better if you catch me!”

Link decided it was easy to just do what she said, lining himself up below her.

“You’re a life-saver! Okay, on three…” The woman said, letting out a girly yelp as she landed in his arms.

“Are you okay? They didn’t get you anywhere, did they?” Link asked empathetically, having helped more than his share of unlucky adventurers in his travels.

“I don’t think so, it wasn’t much fun waiting up there for you though.” She sighed. “The branch was really uncomfortable and to make matters I have a thorn in my side…”

Without warning, Link felt a sharp jab in his side, the woman grinning evilly.

“And that’s you!” She proclaimed, nearly blinding him as the helpless woman revealed herself to be one of the many Yiga clan ninjas, transforming in a puff of smoke and a flash of magical light. He threw her, or perhaps him off, it was difficult to tell, ignoring the throbbing in his side as he drew his sword, clashing with the ninja’s sickle. He had been prepared for this, as the Yiga had made many attempts on his life before, and tended to be unable to resist giving themselves away right before striking. After a brief skirmish he drove them off, the ninja swearing revenge as they teleported away as quickly as they came, leaving him to worry about their one successful attack.

Link pulled up his shirt and pulled out the needle that was still stuck in him, surprised to see that there wasn’t any swelling or purple build-up of poison around it. Perhaps it hadn’t injected him properly? The Yiga had tried to use poison on him before, but thanks to the help of Impa and the other Sheikah, he’d had a number of antidotes ready to go, and rummaged through his inventory to chug a few just to be safe. He tossed the needle away, feeling a little funny, but confident that he either hadn’t been poisoned or had already ingested a cure. Worst case scenario The Yiga had unsuccessfully attacked him so many times that he was wise to their tricks, and had guessed that this latest traveller might have been one of them, but figured it was better to show kindness than to ignore somebody who might genuinely be in trouble.

With the encounter already falling away into the blur of fights Link went through on a daily basis, he decided that it certainly wouldn’t hurt to make it to Hateno Village before sundown and sleep in a bed for once, Link going on his way with the aftereffects of the needle almost completely forgotten. However, Link soon couldn’t help but find himself uncomfortably hot in his own clothes, tugging at his collar and fanning himself as sweat dripped from his brow. Perhaps it was just the sweat, but his tunic was starting to feel a little baggy, like it was just a little too big for him. Link glanced up at the clear blue skies above him, having sworn it was pleasantly cool just a few minutes ago, either a sudden heatwave or his brisk pace unusually overheating him.

He made a slight deviation from his route to pass by a creek, falling to his knees and splashing water onto his face to cool himself down. Perhaps if he had stopped to glance at his reflection before disturbing the water, he might have noticed that his reflection was just a little bit cuter than usual, although he might have passed off his slightly feminine features such as a narrower chin, rounded cheeks, and a smaller nose as a distortion of the water. He licked the water off his slightly plumper lips, getting back on the road before the water had time to settle. He felt a little funny, but after checking the prick that the needle had left and finding no discolouration, he simply put it down to the heat, and resolved to stay in the shade.

Despite Link’s efforts, the problem only seemed to get worse as he strolled through the glades of Hateno, spreading beyond just an oversized shirt. Link’s cute lips curled into a pout as he began to pull up his pants for the third time in ten minutes, grumbling as he tightened his belt, finding that he needed a couple more notches than usual to stay up. It was particularly annoying, seeing as they seemed too loose at the waist and too tight at the hips. Link wiggled his strangely curvy hips back and forth to settle into the new tightness, not noticing just how far in his waist seemed to cinch now. The way it sunk inwards then flared out at the hips was distinctly feminine, and between that and his face, his appearance had tilted from androgynous to distinctly girly. He wouldn’t be needing a mask to sneak into Gerudo Town, one might have joked if they’d seen him now.

Link tugged off his gloves, his now delicate hands sliding free as his sleeves slid down to his palms. He’d taken them off since they had turned loose and started floating around to an uncomfortable degree, much like how his feet were swimming in his shoes right now, only his thick woollen socks keeping him from tripping. Thankfully, finally, with Link feeling lightheaded, which he attributed to the heat and exhaustion, he spotted Hateno Village on the horizon, the now visibly shorter hero breathing a sigh of relief as he stumbled his way up to the pond outside it to fill up his flask. He paused as he stared down at the water, feeling like something was off as he gazed into his beautiful reflection, now with softened features and long, delicate eyelashes. His puffy lips pursed, his foggy mind seeming to lose focus the longer and harder he tried to think about it, some sort of block in his brain preventing him from putting two and two together. He felt that something was off, but just couldn’t put his finger on what. Just when he thought he had it, his needle-prick began to sting, his slender fingers darting to the tiny wound, his conclusion already forgotten. He wondered what he had been thinking about as he stood up and looked away from the pond, rolling up his sleeves to stop them from covering his hands entirely.

With a cute, pert ass filling out the back of his too loose yet too tight pants, he passed through the city gates and up the hill, already letting out a slightly higher pitched yawn as his lightheadedness turned to outright drowsiness along the road to the small house he had bought for himself. He kicked off his shoes the second he was through the door, stripping as quickly as possible on his way to bed. Exhausted by the trip, he passed out the moment he hit his bed, snoozing away without noticing that his bare chest was looking a little puffier than usual…

Link turned over onto his back, murmuring incoherently as sunlight streamed through the window he had failed to close before collapsing, waking him up bright and early despite his desire to doze away the day. When he turned onto his back there was a weight on his chest, too heavy to be a pillow that had somehow ended up on him. Without bothering to open his eyes he tried to push it off, only to have a sudden jolt of pleasure as his hands hit soft, supple flesh and brushed over his nipples, which seemed long, large, and puffy. It was enough to make his long-lashed eyes flicker open in surprise, bright blue innocent eyes staring directly at two huge mountains of flesh perched atop his usually flat chest. Boobs was the first word that jumped to mind, followed by his boobs. Then, after a second of confusion, her boobs. Why had she thought of herself as a he? Guys didn’t have boobs, silly. She giggled at her strange mistake, yawning gently as she brushed bright blonde hair out of her eyes, pulling herself upright despite the weight of boobs that looked about as big as any hydromelon she’d ever eaten pressing down upon her. She stretched, letting out a girly noise as she swung her long, slender legs over the size of her bed, her naked body showing off delicate skin that looked like it hadn’t seen a rough day in her life.

Link stood up, her hair taking a moment to catch up as it had grown down to brush against the slope of her bubble butt, a veritable mane that pleasantly swished around her lower back and was spread almost from shoulder to shoulder. Link paused as she stood up, placing a long fingernail onto her pursed mouth, a cute gesture that showed that her lips were fatter than any of her dainty fingers by this point. Something felt a little different this morning, but as she rocked her hips back and forth in thought, she just couldn’t put her finger on it. She giggled again, deciding it couldn’t be anything important. But what was important, anyway? She had a vague feeling when she woke up that she had an important task to do today, but what? She paced around her room, chest gently bouncing with each step until she passed in front of her mirror, pausing to stare at herself.

She was right, something was different about her today, she thought to herself with her hands on her hips. Was it her beautiful face with large doe-like eyes and a clueless yet cute expression as she inspected herself, or her long silky hair? Was it her slender waist that flared out into hips wider than her shoulders, or her breasts that were rivalling her head for size? Her thick thighs, and the inviting folds that laid between her legs? She had a vague sense that something was missing as she spread her legs, but once again the answer eluded her. She turned around, inspecting her huge ass, then turned back around and shrugged. Maybe her boobs had gotten even bigger overnight? As far as she could recall, which wasn’t very far, she’d always had huge boobs, so she’d probably notice if they got even bigger… or maybe she wouldn’t notice? Big was big, after all.

Fortunately, after all that introspection she’d reached an important conclusion: she was smokin’ sexy and totes cute, as always. She’d look even cuter in a cute dress, she thought to herself as the feeling that something was off was totally forgotten, only enough room in her brain right now for one thought at a time. However, to Link’s dismay, when she picked through her wardrobe, all she found was frumpy, poorly fitting stuff that looked like they belonged to a guy?

“Like, ew!” Link recoiled in disgust at the top built for somebody at least a head taller than her that totally failed to flatter her figure, besides the healthy amount of cleavage the grey top showed off thanks to its inadequate neckline. It worked as a makeshift dress despite her hips’ efforts to push it high enough until it no longer kept her modest, but it, like, was so not cute. What was she thinking when she got this? The rest of her clothes were like, a total fashion disaster as well! What was he going to think when he saw her?

Link paused for a moment again. Who was he? They sounded important, but she had no idea who they were. Whoever they were, she knew that she couldn’t let them see her in this state. It was time for a girl’s favourite activity: shopping! After trying and failing to fit her feet into those uncute oversized boots she owned for some reason, Link decided to simply go barefoot until she could buy some appropriate footwear, practically skipping out of her house and down the grassy road to the Ventest Clothing Boutique, the nearest available store.

“Hi~!” She entered the store and waved at Sophie, the store’s proprietress who was slightly taken aback at how quickly her awkward position in the corner of the store was by the beautiful busty woman who had just sauntered in, one she had never seen before. Link gave a second little wave, smiling brightly and overwhelming the owner with her bubbly aura.

“H-hi.” Sophie returned the wave. “W-what would you like?”

“Something cute, duh!” She said, Sophie admitting that this was probably obvious just looking at her, despite her frumpy outfit. Had she just climbed out of her boyfriend’s bed and thrown his shirt on, or something? Sophie was stunned as she watched her strut around the store, turning up her nose at the soldier’s armour before oohing and aahing at her women’s apparel.

“I want this one! And these!” Link called out after going over her options, holding up a pair of high heels and a bright pink dress with a plunging neckline and a short, flared skirt. Two thin straps held it up, and it was a thin, rather impractical outfit for the typically rugged villagers. Something to be worn more on formal occasions or around the house, but this girl looked ready and willing to slip into it as soon as she had paid for it.

“Of course!” Sophie crept out of her corner, ready to help the excited-looking girl who had wandered in, only to find her purse lacking. “Um, I’m sorry, but you don’t really have enough for both of these…”

“No way!” Link half gasped, half moaned in despair. “But I really, really wanted it! Oh, wait!”

Link perked up again, shoving the dress into Sophie’s arms and sliding her feet into the heels she could afford.

“I’ll be right back!” She almost yelled, rushing out the door, sprinting as if trained to wear the tall heels like they were nothing. A few minutes later Link returned, kicking open the door to reveal to a stunned Sophie that she had a huge squashed together pile of clothes, as much of her old wardrobe as she could carry with her flimsy arms. She grunted and plopped them onto the floor.

“How much for all of this?” She asked, looking proud of herself at the poor owner. “I was, like, gonna throw this stuff out anyway. I wanna look good for my special guy, after all!”

Link hummed happily as she sashayed out of the boutique, having been easily able to afford her new dress as well as some white stockings and a cute handbag to boot, plus a bra and some panties that the shocked storekeeper had insisted she should probably wear if she was going out, although her boobs felt perky enough that she could go without if she wanted. She looked absolutely adorable, and even better, she had figured out what she had been forgetting, and why she was so determined to look good anyway! She had to find her special guy, whoever that was! She had no clue who this special guy was and what he looked like, but the bubbleheaded bimbo was completely undeterred. Her pink, fuzzy brain was driven by impulse and feelings, and what she impulsively felt right now was that nothing was more important than her special guy. Link’s heroic quest was totally forgotten, as was nearly everything else besides this base desire that was pounded into her head.

She wandered through the village, turning heads as every red-blooded man in sight couldn’t keep their eyes off of the mysterious beauty and her beautiful cleavage. Her skirt bustled and her hips shook, teasing the men with the hope that a gust of wind might flip her skirt just high enough to satisfy their imaginations. Young men blushed and older men tried to think of their wives as she passed, occasionally giggling and waving innocently as she took a good look at every man she could find, wondering if they were that oh so important special guy. None seemed to be, but she was sure she’d know when she saw him.

But with how sexy she was, it was an inevitability that she would eventually be catcalled, a young man lacking in class deciding to take his chances on her.

“Hey babe, you new here?” A half-decent looking man who overestimated his chances with the women

“Uh, no, I like, come here all the time.” Link said, slightly confusing him.

“I must’ve been out of town, there’s no way I’d forget tits like that.” He laughed, Link giggling politely. As much as she appreciated somebody appreciating her tits, she wasn’t liking this man’s tone.

“Like, probably.” She said, hoping to move onto her next potential special guy.

“So, you looking for something?” He guessed, based on how she had been looking this way and that as she made her way downtown.

“Yep!” Link said eagerly, her big blue eyes widening. “My special somebody. You haven’t seen him, have you?”

“He’s right here.” He said proudly, puffing out his chest. Link blinked a few times, her lips pouting cluelessly as she looked him up and down.

“I don’t see him. Is he hiding behind you?” She said, the man turning slightly red as he interpreted it as sarcasm rather than genuine confusion. Not that the difference particularly mattered.

“Look a little harder, babe.” He said, Link finally catching onto what he meant. “Maybe we can go back to my place and you can make up your mind there.”

“Sorry, I don’t think he’s around here at all. I should go look somewhere else.” She said, turning around to leave this unpleasant man behind, only to let out a moan as her butt was squeezed, Link not resisting at all as he groped it for a good while before letting go. Link backed away, bright red and pulling down her short skirt as if it would help.

“Don’t be like that, babe-” He started before Link blushed and scurried away.

“S-sorry, you, like, aren’t my type!” Link squeaked, running away as quickly as she could in high heels. The man stood disappointed for a moment, until he heard the chuckles from onlookers.

“She was totally coming onto me!” He said defensively, watching the pink bimbo fade out of view.

“He’s like, totally not the guy I want to do that to me…” Link blushed, tugging at the hem of her skirt…

“Maybe my special guy isn’t around here after all…” Link let out a breathy, high-pitched sigh as she pouted once again, her delicate eyebrows falling in an exaggerated display of disappointment. “All the men around here don’t know how to treat a lady. You’re supposed to be, like, more delicate and gentlemanly when you want to reach out and take me…”

She had wandered around all day, and while she had gotten hit on a bunch of times, she hadn’t found anybody who was remotely on her radar. Just who was her special guy anyway? She was so certain she’d find him today. It was all she could think about, her entire mind filled with thoughts of how happy she’d be when she found him. It had gone from a slight thought to a compulsion to an obsession, Link unable to think about anything else, forgetting what she had done yesterday and having no idea what she’d do tomorrow besides search for him some more. Oh, she was just about ready to leap into his arms!

For now, she supposed she’d have to settle for leaping into bed to rest her tired legs, but when she was just about to reach her house, off in a lonesome corner of Hateno, she was surprised by a puff of smoke, causing her to nearly topple over onto her oversized chest before catching herself, turning to see two ninjas clad in red bodysuits and masks standing in her yard.

“It’s you! The Yiggy!” Link exclaimed at the ninjas, instinctively reaching for a weapon that wasn’t there, the last of her old self’s instincts kicking..

“The Yiga!” One cried indignantly.

“Oh, sorry.” Link giggled apologetically. Her sense of danger quickly faded, her new compulsions stronger than the remnants of her old personality. “Say, you guys wouldn’t happen to have seen-”

“Your special somebody?” One asked, Link gasping once again.

“Yeah, that!” She nearly hopped up and down on the spot at this potential lead, her chest shaking like jelly, the Yiga counting themselves fortunate that their masks obscured their eyes as they were transfixed by the motion. “Have you seen him? Oh, but don’t say he’s you, I’m not really into skinny guys.”

“Fear not!” One said dramatically, the two nodding as they prepared to execute their plan. “For your destined man is almost here! He’s the one, the only…”

“It’s me!” A deep voice called out as a third, larger puff of smoke and flash of magical signs appeared before her eyes, fading to reveal Master Kohga, the pot-bellied leader of the Yiga clan, his hands held high in a ridiculous looking pose. “The most special somebody in all of Hyrule: Master Kohga!”

Link was stunned totally still for a moment, his flunkies gesturing towards him to emphasise his appearance. After holding the pose for a few awkward sessions, Link finally reacted.

“Darling! It’s you!” She cried, leaping into his arms as he rushed to catch her. “Oh, I’ve been looking so hard for you! You’re just as handsome as I imagined!”

“Of course I am, dear.” He laughed, having personally prepared the enchantment on the needle that had struck Link in their latest plan to defeat the hero. Loaded with their most powerful transformative and brainwashing magic, Kohga had been very insistent on the part where Link would turn into a ditzy domestic type, and his jealous minions had to admit that it seemed to have worked.

“Have you come to whisk me away to, like, whatever?” Link asked, her innocent eyes glittering as she had totally failed to think of whatever would happen next. A lot of kissing, probably.

“Of course, honeybuns! Your life as my lovely wife awaits!” He said just as eagerly. “Come on, boys! Our honeymoon awaits!”

With Link in his arms Kohga vanished as quickly as he came, his two backups disappearing with him as they really wish they were him right now. The hero known as Link would never again appear in Hyrule, with the rumours of how and why he disappeared spreading across the land, although none aligned it with the sudden appearance of the leader of the Yiga’s beautiful housewife…
