Samus caught occasional glimpses at the world as she was dragged through the facility, eventually giving up on her cries of protest as the reality that the emotionless machine that held her limp, deflated form in its claws wasn’t programmed to even react to her now that she was simply a heap of crumpled plastic. Her head folded, twisted, flopped around as it was dragged along the floor or occasionally held in the air as the EMMI navigated the environment, a disorienting display that had Samus rapidly give up on any chance of retracing herself in the unlikely event of escape. But what was escape? Being let go, only to float to the ground and stay there in her current state? To be reinflated and made a run for it when she could barely move faster than a light job? Or to be miraculously transformed back and try to return to her suit in the nude? By the time Samus reached her destination, hope had left her body for anything she could do under her own power besides beg and pray.
Eventually, after a winding passage of silent halls and constrictive service shafts, Samus felt herself abruptly staring at the enemy she had been pursuing: Raven Beak, the seeming last of the Chozo and one who had proven to be perhaps her most dangerous foe yet. No, there was no perhaps. The fact that the EMMIs under his command had so utterly defeated her meant that no matter what, his title as the most dangerous was undisputed. They had reached his chamber, something Samus had expected to do in her power armour for some kind of final showdown. Instead she was the loser being presented to the victor in a position of ultimate submission, and she could hardly bear it.
“Pathetic.” He said, turning up his beak at the sight of Samus being held up by the shoulders and loosely returning to a humanoid position, the back of her deflated head just barely upright enough to stare him in the face. “To allow yourself to suffer such a fate.”
“Ch-change me back!” Samus gasped, finding that since she had become deflated the strength of her voice had faded, leading to a feeble gasp that escaped her circular lips. She repeated it again in the language of the Chozo, only for him to look at her with even more disgust. Knowing she had no other options, Samus simply continued to beg, her voice barely loud enough to reach him. “P-please! I’ll do anything!”
“No.” He said with certainty, and her heart fell. “You have failed as a warrior, and as such don’t even deserve to meet your end as one. Blame only yourself as you live out the rest of the wretched existence I’ve granted you in the place of death.”
“W-wait! Please! You can’t do this to me! Anything but this!” Samus begged as he motioned for her to be taken away, the dramatic, imposing figure’s speech unmet by any sort of dignity from Samus, merely weak cries and pleading to be transformed back, offering anything she could think of from her loyalty to vague promises of fulfilling any of his desires. Perhaps if she hadn’t humiliated herself so thoroughly and held resolute in the face of her transformation she might have at least commanded a little of his respect, but he was utterly uninterested in the crumbling, panicking Samus Aran that had been brought to him.
He faded from eyesight, and Samus’ cries fell silent. She wondered where she was being taken now, as there was clearly no future ahead of her. It didn’t seem like he planned to dispose of her, at least not in the sense of killing her then and there. Would he imprison her, perhaps? She almost hoped so, as then she might be able to convince him at some point in the future. It wasn’t long before Samus realised that the EMMI was travelling upwards, and before she knew it she felt the cold air of the planet’s surface, the sun beating down on her as the EMMI straightened her out. A tube extended from the EMMI, the needle at the end extending into her valve, and Samus heard a hiss as she felt herself slowly inflate, her limbs straightening and her huge breasts perking up as she regained a sense of limited control with great relief.
The EMMI placed the shocked Samus on the ground, who stood there unsure of what to do. But the moment its job was done the EMMI clambered back into the manhole it had emerged from, shutting it tightly above it before Samus could pursue it. She got down on her knees and tried to grasp at the edges of the manhole cover, her fingerless hands worthless for the task. Eventually she forced herself
“Now what?” She asked herself with a sad laugh, looking around at the barren wasteland, clearly nowhere near where she had landed. Samus had landed her ship atop a mountain that was impossible to access by foot, meaning she had no chance of even returning home. No people, no civilisation, and no hope.
“I guess the rest of my life won’t be that long after all.” She murmured, slowly forcing herself to walk back towards the entrance of the complex from the planet’s surface. Fortunately the planet’s fauna were few and far between, Samus mostly seeing a few insects or the occasional small animal scurrying about as she traversed the dirt and moss of the rocky area. She eyed each pointy rock or jagged surface as a potentially huge threat, carefully stepping around anything that had even the slightest chance of puncturing her body. Her body was more resilient than it seemed, but Samus remained paranoid as she wandered painfully slowly for hours.
Eventually, Samus had an awful thought. She had been reinflated, but for how long? Common inflatable toys and balloons would eventually leak their oxygen and slowly but surely start to deflate, and Samus’ simple valve didn’t seem like it had the tightest seal. She felt taut for now, but for how long? What if she simply deflated like before no matter what her best efforts were, and she simply collapsed where she stood, to be torn apart by some beast or by the elements? Was her fate the same as when her valve had popped open before, only delayed by a few days at most?
Just when Samus was about to truly despair, she saw a moving figure in the distance. She quickly hid behind a rock, peering around the corner as she couldn’t believe her eyes. The silhouette was unmistakable even at a distance: it was a Federation trooper, a soldier on patrol! Samus vaguely recalled hearing from Adam that the Federation had sent a small detachment to keep an eye on the facility, something so irrelevant to her that she had practically forgotten it.
“Hey!” She shouted as loudly as she could at the armoured figure, who froze and turned to the source of the voice. “Over here!”
“Who is it?” He yelled back, his gun raised cautiously. “Identify yourself!”
“It’s…” Samus hesitated, and would have grit her teeth if she could. As much as she didn’t want to be seen, she didn’t exactly have a choice in the matter. “It’s Samus Aran, the bounty hunter! My mission has… experienced some difficulties, and I’ve been forced to retreat!”
“The Samus Aran?” He exclaimed, shocked both at seemingly encountering her and that somebody as powerful as hers flawless track record seemed to be tarnished. He relaxed for a moment, then stiffened. “If you’re really her, then show yourself? Why are you hiding? You could just be a recording from one of the rogue EMMIs!”
“I was captured and I’ve lost my suit, and my body has been… altered. Just don’t shoot, okay?” She said uneasily. “You’re going to be surprised, so don’t panic!”
She came out with her hands up, and she was glad he was so far away and wearing a helmet so she couldn’t see his look of confusion and disgust.
“What the fuck is this!?” He said, approaching her as Samus remembered that she couldn’t even alter her painted on expression. “You look like, like a blow up doll! You can still move like that?”
“Unfortunately.” Samus mumbled.
“Okay, this is, this is a lot to take in.” He said, holding his hand to his head as he tried to believe his eyes. “What happened to you?”
--
“Alright, I see. I think.” The soldier said, Samus having explained the whole story to him as best she could. He was clearly uncomfortable being near her, but had removed his helmet and seemed to be sympathetic to her plight. “Can Chozo technology do that?”
“It turns out it can.” Samus said miserably. “I don’t know what I’m going to do now, but at least I’m safe with you here.”
“Well, we’d better get started on figuring that out.” he said, trying to look optimistic. “I’m David, and I guess you don’t need to introduce yourself. I can’t promise our scientists can fix this, but I can keep you safe until we get to-”
“No. No scientists.” Samus suddenly said, jumping upright from her seat on the rock where she had been resting. “At least not Federation ones.”
“Excuse me? You said you want to be fixed, don’t you?” David was surprised at her sudden reluctance, but Samus seemed adamant.
“There’s no way Federation scientists can fix something that even I didn’t know was possible. They probably won’t be interested in fixing me either.” Samus explained. “Worst case scenario, they might try to reverse engineer what did this to me in the first place.”
“Well then what do we do?” David sighed.
“For now, we keep the fact that you’ve found me a secret.” Samus said, trying to sound confident to hide her true intentions: she simply didn’t want her situation to be revealed to the Federation and potentially the entire galaxy. It was humiliating enough as is, and she didn’t want herself to be at the mercy of the Federation and their experiments. “It shouldn’t be too hard to smuggle me back to your home, where he can look into finding some independent solutions. And then, we’ll… we’ll figure something out. There’s got to be something I can do on my own, there’s no need to go public with this.”
“Are you sure, Miss Aran?” He asked, able to guess from Samus’ slightly shaky tone what she was thinking.
“I’m sure. For now, let’s get moving.” Samus said, taking a few steps forward before stopping in her tracks and waiting for him to follow, then shrinking back to hide behind him. Samus knew that she was helpless, and that taking point would be foolish. She looked at the plain-looking soldier before he put his helmet back on, clean-shaven and with a buzz-cut that left him ordinary and forgettable. Normally, although she had respect for them, she had to admit that to the best bounty hunter in the galaxy, the average Federation trooper was something that blurred into the background. Individually weak and merely tools of the Federation, only a few rose above to be worth remembering to her. But now, just one of them was a wondrous sight, a protector and sign of safety, and she was well aware that she was utterly dependent on him and his whims. He seemed reliable enough, but who knew how long his respect for her and her fame would last in this pathetic state?
She stayed close to his shoulder, recoiling from the occasional animal that appeared as she occasionally reminded him that he had to keep her in one piece until they returned to his post.
“We don’t really have an outpost, actually.” He explained as they walked, the two chatting idly to pass the time. “We have a ship, and we’re probably going to leave either today or tomorrow. We were actually hoping you’d have cleaned the place up by then, but, well, I guess that’s not happening.”
“Sorry to disappoint. I’ll try to make it up to you eventually.” Samus said, starting to feel a little more comfortable around him. Being around a man just felt right right now, Samus not realising that when she thought that, she specified man, and not just a soldier or protector. “I suppose you won’t complain about getting off this rock, though.”
“I sure won’t.” David laughed. “My patrol was almost over when you showed up anyway, and I can’t wait to get this suit off.”
“Me neither.” Samus said instinctively, catching herself only once it was too late. “It’s uh, hot in those things, isn’t it?”
“I bet your suit has some fancy air conditioning or something.” He responded. “By the way, if you don’t mind me asking…”
“Ask away.” Samus said as he turned to her.
“You really are all air inside that, aren’t you?” He asked, touching her arm and squeezing it. “I almost keep thinking you’re just stuck inside of a suit.”
“If only.” Samus said sadly. “I’m completely hollow, and don’t ask me how that works. Like I said before, if you let the air out of me I’d be helpless, not that I can do anything in the first place.”
“I guess you really are a, well, you know…”
“A sex doll.” Samus decided to say herself with a sigh. “And a cheap one. All I’m good for now is being filled with…”
Samus would have blushed if she could have at her sudden mental image. It suddenly occurred to him that although David was plain, he was a bit handsome. And even if he wasn’t, he was still a man. He wouldn’t be interested in that type of thing, would he? The fact that she was even thinking of it in this situation was absurd, but she couldn’t quite get it out of her head.
“Do you have a girlfriend, David?” She asked casually, David coughing slightly.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” He asked, feeling a surreal sense of contrast from holding a conversation with a talking sex doll. To be honest, despite her status, it wasn’t an entirely unappealing situation for him. He had a chance to help the Samus Aran, and right now, she seemed very helpless, almost needy even. Now she was asking to be taken back to his home, to keep her secret for him, to be utterly dependent on him despite being the strongest woman in the galaxy. And now she was asking him questions like that? If only she had shown up naked and as a human, and not as a cheap blow up doll.
“It’s a yes or no question.” Samus squeaked slightly with each step.
“If you really have to know, not right now.” He stressed the last part. “They say women like military men, but I hardly have time to find a girlfriend right now, and even if I had one I wouldn’t be able to see her for weeks or months with how often I’m on assignment. You happy now?”
“Well, it certainly makes it easier for me.” Samus said innocently. “If you did have one, I don’t think she’d be very happy to see something like me. She might make a few assumptions about you.”
“It’s not like I’ll be using you, right?” He said, expecting Samus to sharply reject him, but instead she was silent.
“We’ll be alone once we get back, right?” She asked after a while. “Just the two of us, right?”
“Probably.” He said. “I’ve got a room to myself, but it’s not like nobody else can just walk in.”
“Great, no privacy.” Samus said, her voice sounding a little funny. “I suppose you’ll have to keep me hidden.”
“That’s what you asked for, didn’t you?”
“I wouldn’t mind spending a little alone time with you.” Samus said, putting a hand on his shoulder. If she had a heart, it would have been starting to race by now. “If we’re alone, we can do whatever we want.”
“Miss Aran?” He asked slightly uncomfortably.
“What, you aren’t happy to be alone with me? To have me all to yourself?” Samus was starting to sound rather eager. “You probably haven’t even had sex in months, and-”
Samus caught herself, having finally let it out. She was starting to pant slightly, and her thighs squeaked as she grinded together.
“I’m sorry!” She immediately apologised, although even when she said that she still sounded needy. “Ever since I changed into this and you showed up, I’ve been feeling… strange! But it makes sense, right? After all, I’ve been turned into a sex doll! What else am I good for, right?”
“I think you need to calm down, Miss Aran.” He said, although he couldn’t say he was upset at how horny Samus sounded right now, even in her current state. To have a woman dependent and begging for him, particularly one as famous and esteemed as her… that wasn’t so bad. “Besides, there might be somebody there when we get back.”
“Then let’s do it now.” Samus declared. “You could use a break from wearing that suit, couldn’t you? I don’t see anybody around, let’s just-”
Samus stopped as she heard a pop, looking down to see that David had opened her valve.
“Hey! What do you think you’re doing!?” Samus gasped, immediately clawing at the valve and trying to press it back shut. She tried to push him away, only for her hands to hit his chest and failed to even gently shove him. David was about to grab her arms to stop her from fixing it, but immediately realised from her desperation that she didn’t seem to actually be able to fix herself.
“There’s a lot of dangerous animals on this planet, Miss Aran.” He said as Samus rapidly lost air, and realised just what she had been doing. She couldn’t believe what she had been saying on impulse, but even worse, she didn’t feel ashamed of herself at all. “I think for your own safety it’d be better if you took a break.”
“Don’t just do that without permission! I can’t do anything like this!” Samus watched her hands start to fold inwards as her tips ran out of air, and she turned her attention back to him.
“Put it back in!” She pleaded. “I’ll, I’ll fuck you, or anything you want!”
“I don’t think you’re thinking straight right now.” He said firmly, and simply watched as Samus’ head deflated and her limbs went limp, slowly crumpling to the ground as the last of the air went out of her. With her completely deflated, David began to fold her up into a neat pile, her head placed on the top.
“Uh, are you okay, Miss Aran?” He asked sheepishly.
“About as much as I can be.” Samus said grumpily, unable to muster the energy to remain upset when there was nothing she could do about it. As much as she hated to admit it, once the panic wore off there was something satisfying about being treated like this, deemed an object too inconvenient to allow to move on her own, to instead be reduced to a convenient pile that he was totally in charge of. She could already feel herself giving in to her new instincts as a sex doll, and with how hopeless her chances of being returned to normal were, she saw little reason to fight it. “Certainly, this is a lot faster and safer than doing it on foot, and I need to get used to this anyway. Just make sure to inflate me on the other end!”
David put Samus under his arm and got moving, wondering just how this surreal sequence of events was going to play out…
--
“Well, here we are.” David said, unfolding Samus and placing her on his rudimentary bed. “There’s no cameras in here, so enjoy, I guess.”
The slightly shrivelled and heavily creased Samus was splayed out on his bed, crumpled and totally inanimate without any oxygen with her. He slightly awkwardly smoothed her out and propped her head up so she could see him, but she clearly couldn’t do anything more than talk.
“So, how long until your unit leaves the planet?” Samus asked, trying to get her raging thoughts about how she had him all to herself alone in here without anything to get in the way. She had truly realised how at his mercy he was, handled like a piece of property, and by now the thought only excited her. She tried to keep an even voice, the last of her dignity and self-consciousness holding out for now.
“Like I said, a day, maybe two.” David said as he began to remove his suit, wearing a pair of tight shorts and a t-shirt underneath. He had a muscular build that would have had Samus drooling if she were capable, but her horny gaze wasn’t reflected at all on her painted eyes. “If they find out we’ve lost all contact with you, we’ll probably leave sooner rather than later.”
“Adam’s probably started to worry by now.” Samus realised. “I was supposed to check in with him ages ago, and my suit’s been deactivated, so he’ll probably assume the worst.”
“Then we probably only have another hour or two until we get the order to withdraw.” David said, sitting down on the bed next to her. “I’ll just say I finished my patrol early.”
“Guess we’ll just have to find something to pass the time.” Samus said, but by now David was wary.
“They didn’t do something to your head when they changed you, did they?” He asked cautiously, Samus pausing for a moment.
“Probably.” She admitted. There was no use in hiding it, she had exposed herself already. “But you know, where’s the harm in that? I can’t possibly live a normal life like this. What’s wrong with feeling like a doll too?”
David was silent, and Samus continued.
“And what’s a doll like me good for? I can at least try to thank you for saving me the best I can.” Samus said, trying to sound as sultry as possible. She knew that the way she was thinking was wrong, but it felt so right. She had so many impulses assaulting her, and in her weakened mental state, humiliated and miserable, she had little willpower to resist. She was a doll, he was a man, and there was only one possible relationship for the two of them.
“Come on, I’m sure you’ve thought about it by now. I know what it’s like to be on patrol with all that pent up energy and nowhere to use it.” She teased him as he thought it over. “You worried that that girlfriend of yours you don’t have won’t approve? You’re a guy, I’ve bet you’ve made a mess in here already.”
David couldn’t believe it. Not only was she trying to seduce him in her reduced state, but she was actually starting to convince him. Even the way she was, the idea of Samus Aran herself being a horny kitten trying to get his attention was enough to turn him on.
“I don’t think we should…” He said half-heartedly, Samus mentally pouting and doubling down. She was feeling so horny and frustrated and she could feel she was making progress, there would be no stopping her now.
“You have a woman who wants you this badly and you’re still complaining?” Samus scoffed. “Just think of me as a real woman already.”
“You are a real woman, aren’t you?” He said, but even he didn’t quite believe it when he looked at the heap of plastic that was the new Samus Aran.
“Do I look like one to you?” Samus said, starting to feel a sense of elation at saying the truth, rather than pretend that the old human Samus was still around. “You have the Samus Aran wanting you, do you have any idea how many thousands, millions of people in the galaxy want that? And I’m all yours, you don’t have to share me with anybody.”
He still resisted, and Samus pressed onward, using everything she could think of. Her womanhood, her name, her fame, and finally, she resorted to trying to get his sympathy.
“I can’t help myself. Can’t you see what they’ve done to me?” Samus mewled. “I’m so horny I can’t even think straight, so just help me, okay? Just this one time. Then we can pretend it never happened, or do it again if you want. We’re going to be spending a lot of time together, aren’t we? It’s going to be now or later!”
“Alright, fine!” He nearly shouted, glad that they were alone on the ship. “But it’s not like I can do anything to you when you’re all loose like this!
“Then hurry it up and get blowing, lover boy!” Samus insisted. “You can see my valve, can’t you?”
He looked at it sceptically and how large Samus was, then shrugged. It wasn’t like they had a pump he could borrow. Samus made a certain cat-like yelp as his lips pressed against her navel, David taking a deep breath and blowing in, pausing, then doing it again. Samus had to admit she was enjoying it, but he soon grew red in the face, and after somewhere between five or ten minutes he’d barely gotten her torso inflated, her breasts just barely pushed outward. Samus had been encouraging him, but could tell that his patience was wearing thin.
“We aren’t getting anywhere with this!” He huffed, feeling ridiculous as she stared at Samus, only inflated at the torso. She was able to move her arms and neck a little, but that was all. “The rest of my squad will be back in less than an hour, this’ll have to do!”
“The important part of me is ready to go, I promise.” Samus said, forced to compromise and settle for whatever she could get.
He pulled off his pants, Samus figuratively salivating as he produced his hardened fairly large cock, picking Samus up by the shoulders and propping her up against the bed, her body squashing in as it barely had enough air to hold its form.. He lined himself up with her puffy hole and slowly pushed himself in, finding that instead of the cold, unfeeling plastic he had expected, there was a certain warmth to it, and the size seemed just right, with Samus letting out a gasp of pleasure that showed that she could feel it just as much as he could. He grunted as he slid in, already a much better experience than he had expected despite its artificial nature. As Samus had promised it seemed to be properly inflated, and he slowly began to pump in and out, Samus letting out a drawn out moan as he felt the plastic rub against his cock, just the right texture to properly pleasure him.
Samus began to moan loudly, feeling already like it was the best sex she’d had in her life, not caring as he squeezed her too tightly and her partially deflated head flopped around in a ridiculous fashion.
“That’s right!” Samus groaned, a long, drawn-out erotic noise. “Make me your doll!”
Her first sex as a blow up doll was as undignified as it possibly could have been, but Samus didn’t care at all. In this moment she felt like she was fulfilling her purpose, that this was how she was meant to be, and if she was doomed to this fate, then she may as well make herself happy.
David himself was surprised at how good this one-sided experience was. He’d had girlfriends before, typically mediocre in performance and inexperienced in sex even if they weren’t a virgin, but he’d always felt unsatisfied by the end, like he had compromised rather than find the perfect partner. Samus on the other hand was moaning like he was some kind of porn star and what little moving back and forth to match his motions she could do was enhancing the experience, the tightness just right for him as he lost all shame over what he was doing.
“Harder, harder!” Samus moaned, her voice echoing across the ship with the intensity and passion she was feeling. She felt exhilarated, truly fulfilled the moment he stuck his cock into her hot plastic pussy, not minding that she had been transformed at all if it meant she could feel like this. “I want to be your doll! Your slutty fuck-doll!”
Egged on by Samus he followed her orders, squashing the areas he was holding Samus with his hands. When he had started he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to finish the job, but the way Samus was demanding it, it was seriously turning him on.
“Don’t you dare pull out!” Samus cried out, wanting him to truly complete her first experience.
He couldn’t believe it, but fucking the sex doll called Samus was turning out to be practically the best sex of his life somehow, and with that thought he finally came inside of her, grunting as he pulled out and she began to drip onto the floor.
Spent, he collapsed onto the bed, the two of them gasping for breath even though he knew that Samus didn’t even have lungs anymore.
“Did you like it?” Samus asked, sounding smugly confident in herself even though she was barely a participant.
“I can’t believe it, but I did.” He admitted, hoping that the smell wouldn’t linger for too long. He kept his room cleaner than some of his teammates did, at the very least. Whatever happened to her next, nailing Samus Aran certainly felt like a trophy worth placing on his wall.
“I guess that makes me your new girlfriend.” Samus laughed, partially shrivelled on the be but excited nonetheless.
“Let’s not go that far.” He said. “More like roommates. This is just until I get a real girlfriend, okay? I’m gonna put you in my bag in just a minute, so be sure to keep quiet until I say the coast is clear.”
“Whatever you say.” Samus giggled, feeling elated despite herself. “ You’d better wash me out before you put me away. And make sure to keep me clean, okay? Then-”
“Ssh! I hear something!” David hissed, his eyes widening, and in the distance the two of them could hear muffled heavy footsteps, David’s teammates having returned moments after he had came inside of her. Before Samus had the chance to suggest anything he reached over and yanked the plug on her valve free causing her to immediately lose what little control she had gained over her body, his face turning pale as he realised that if he had tried to spend any longer filling her with air, he would have been caught. Eyes darting around the room for a good hiding place, he made the snap decision to simply lift up his mattress and cram her under it, the heavy mattress squashing Samus flat.
“Hey! At least fold me neatly first!” came Samus’ heavily muffled complaint from under the mattress, treated like an embarrassing hidden porno magazine.
“Shut up!” He ordered hastily as he looked for something to wipe up the mess, Samus finding that being told that felt too good to retort. Inelegantly hidden away, used and discarded as an embarrassing possession, it was enough to make Samus shudder in delight. She already hardly cared if she returned to normal at all. If this was her life now, then maybe it wouldn’t be so bad after all.
--
How long had it been since she became a sex doll, Samus wondered as she laid roughly dangling over the edge of the bed in David’s apartment, staring at the ceiling and watching the lights occasionally flicker over the darkened room as the traffic passed by. Three years, perhaps? Maybe four? She would have checked, but unfortunately she had fully deflated about a week ago, and David wasn’t due to come home for at least another week and a half. Her inability to move didn’t bother her though, as she was by now used to it, and it was just another part of being a blow up doll, all part of the job description. What was what she was, and she was good at it, if she might say so herself. Waiting to be granted life again by her owner was enough to make her feel good on its own, knowing that she was merely his property that he could use or ignore as he pleased. Still, she did wish that he hadn’t forgotten to clean her before he left, as she had some stains left over and some dirty areas, and unfortunately for her, she was unable to operate the taps or shower on her own.
After returning to his home planet and moving in with him, Samus had, predictably, made little to no progress looking into independent ways to reverse her transformation. The technology was simply too far ahead of the standard the Federation could use, and so she had been reduced to living in his apartment as his replacement for a girlfriend. To her own surprise, by the time she completely gave in and accepted her fate, it didn’t even bother her. This was just how she was now, and there was no sense fighting it.
Even better for her, David’s love life was severely lacking and in the years since she had met him he hadn’t managed to find a girlfriend, Samus being more than happy to serve as a replacement on lonely nights. Over and over she was used, thoroughly wearing her out as she went from a private trophy to merely a consistent fact of life not even worth bragging over. Samus began to fade into obscurity in the wake of her disappearance, presumed dead and gone as the Federation had more to worry about fighting Raven Beak and the aftermath of her failure. However, Samus had stopped caring about that, since there was nothing she could do the way she was anyway, and she hardly cared about anything that happened outside of the room she hadn’t left since she arrived.
Despite everything that had happened, Samus considered herself happy, perhaps the happiest she had been in her life. She had everything she wanted in her new life, and instead of thinking about returning to her old life, the most she ever worried about was what to do if David abandoned her, got tired of her or got a girlfriend and had no need for her anymore. The conclusion she reached was that she didn’t care if he got rid of her, as she wasn’t interested in a guy who had a real woman to keep him company instead of a cheap replacement. That wasn’t the type of man she was interested in, and she’d much rather prefer to simply be passed onto the next man who could use her, then the next one, and the one after that. If she could eventually be given to a new owner, that would be the final thing that could satisfy her as property.
If Samus could have smiled, she would have, totally content. She wondered when her owner was getting home...
