Things had gone quite well for Ruto after the whole Ganondorf business, and after Link had returned from his journey that he didn't like to talk about for some reason. It had taken her years, but she had finally made good on her proposal, and after things went south with Zelda, had married the Hero of Time himself. Sure, for several years she had put him off somewhat with her somewhat incredibly persistent advances on him, but once he had forced her to slow down a bit and let things flow more naturally things had gone swimmingly. Sure, he had kept accidentally calling her Lulu for some reason for a while after he returned and she finally managed to track him down, but he had managed to break that habit since then.
There was only one slight problem, and it was pretty much entirely in Ruto's head. While Link was a devoted husband, Ruto was more of a jealous lover, and was paranoid about other women stealing her man, although she was sensible, and had Link realise this pretty quickly and constantly dissuade her from getting too riled up and yes, he didn't even think for a moment about the things that Ruto very much wanted to accuse some women of attempting. So, as she swam down to her private room, clutching the Zora's Sapphire, having put some thought into solving her little problem.
She took a look at herself in the mirror, appreciating herself for a moment. There was no question that she was beautiful, but in certain areas that humans tended to care about for their women she was... Not the most endowed. Which was fine, if she was married to a Zora. After all, a large chest and wide hips would only increase drag and make swimming less graceful, and it wasn't like there was much of a biological reason for it when Zoras laid eggs. But she didn't exactly live the lifestyle where swimming as quickly and efficiently as possible was much of an issue, and after seeing some of the women that had attempted to flirt with Link, she had come up with a half-feasible plan to do something about that.
The Zora's Sapphire, the Spiritual Stone of the Zoras, was said to have a connection to the goddess Nayru, and it wasn't like anybody was around to call her silly for making a small wish or prayer on it to the goddess that was regarded to be of beauty. She stood up, holding the stone close to her chest, and began to pray, hoping for a result. Perhaps the goddess heard her, or it was simply part of her unrealised abilities as a Sage, owing to living in a timeline where she hadn't realised her true status, but the Sapphire began to glow, and she realised that her hands were slowly being pushed away from her chest, and looked down.
Her smooth, nipple-less breasts began to swell outwards, the firmness of her Zora skin keeping the growing spheres perky and upright as she clutched the Sapphire with one hand and had the over over one of her breasts, the mound slowly forcing her fingers to become straighter and straighter as it outgrew them. At the same time, her legs buckled as her hips began to push themselves outwards, the fins attached to them wriggling as they grew wider than her shoulders, and her thighs grew proportionately. Her ass began to plump up, going from flat to round and bouncy as her hips grew, an extra eight or nine inches added to each swaying hip. Her breasts dwarfed her delicate hands now, the weight of each giving it a slight bounce despite her tougher skin as they reached nearly the size of her head had it not been Zora.
Her breasts far surpassing any she had seen, her curves putting the most endowed of the Gerudo to shame, Ruto appraised herself in the mirror, before gasping violently as her waist sunk inwards to give her body an hourglass frame, her new body outrageously impractical for her species intended method of movement. She gave a quick pose before sauntering off, chest jiggling freely with easy step as her hips swayed dramatically, not confident that she wouldn't have to worry about Link's eyes straying...
