Quick intro for those who don't know: "Marka & Primavera" was an obscure slice of life anime about a girl named Marka Ikehata and her mom trying to teach the Earth Goddess Primavera how to relate and empathize with humans, and the wacky high jinks that ensued. The show ran for 12 episodes of a planned 20, before being canceled in late 1992. The show had both Japanese and English language versions of all episodes, though several English episodes never officially aired.
Recently, an allegedly deleted scene from episode 4, "Traffic Jam", has come to light and caused quite a stir and brought a lot of new attention to this show. The legitimacy of this scene is hotly debated, given the lack of continuity with the episode it supposedly comes from and the adult nature of the scene for a show aimed at a general audience. It's possible that it was made after the show's cancellation as a passion project, or was intended to be part of one of the 8 unfinished episodes and is simply mislabeled as belonging to episode 4. There's also an old conspiracy that the show actually made several "adult" episodes on the side in a desperate attempt to attract viewers before it was canceled, but ultimately it was too little too late. This could prove that theory, but it could also be a hoax. Several "images" have surfaced purporting to be original stills from pornographic episodes, only to be disproved under studious observation.
This recent animation has allegedly been "touched up" by modern editing software that didn't exist in 1991-2, which immediately raises a lot of red flags on the fakery front, but conversely the voice actors sound indistinguishable from their English originals and none of the lines seem recycled from other works or episodes. The VAs and original creator have not commented on this clip, and until they do, all we can do is watch and speculate...

"Do you even need to eat? I mean, you must be able to or you wouldn't have stormed in here demanding spaghetti. But do you starve if you don't?" Ms Ikehata asked, straining the noodles.
"You ask a lot of questions, mortal." The Earth Goddess Primavera said, scowling as the mere mother set the bowl of spaghetti before her. To the untrained, un-American eye, it looked an awful lot like spicy fish soup with rice noodles, but the earth Goddess confirmed that it was indeed Italian cuisine when she took a bite and promptly spit it out. "THIS SPAGHETTI TASTES HORRIBLE! WHY IS THE SAUCE SO WATERY?!"
"I'm sorry, my Goddess, it's just what was in the jar!" Ms Ikehata apologized, shrugging.
"Unacceptable! I told you to MAKE spaghetti, not heat up pre-made slop!" Primavera thundered. Bolting up from her seat, she pointed a finger and fired a magic beam at Ms Ikehata, in a shot reused so often it's become a meme format among Primavera fans.
"EEP!" Ms Ikehata squeaked, her head dropping off her shoulders and her torso sliding off her hips in bloodless cartoon fashion. Her eyes rolled comically, a spiral appearing over her dazed head as her middle section pawed at the empty air over her shoulders.
"Oh, uh... Let that be a warning!" Primavera said, embarrassed by her overreaction but trying to maintain her dignity. Leaning over to help her host, she announced "Here, uh, in my infinite mercy, I shall rebuild you!"
"No! No! No need! I accept my punishment, I'll suffer this curse for... at least until bed time! Otherwise I won't learn my lesson, oh mighty goddess" Ms Ikehata announced, her headless torso waving her away, her torsoless legs standing and bowing, and her bodiless head blushed meekly.
"If... that is your wish." The Earth Goddess said, confused. After a second, she stood to her full height in her haughtiest pose. "Hmmph. Very well then. Your penance will be served." she announced, before strutting into the living room and flopping onto the couch, turning on some cartoons. Episode 3 of "Marka & Primavera", specifically. A moment later, Ms Ikehata's floored head watched a bowl of soupy spaghetti slide off the table and levitated overhead, depositing itself in the hands of the hungry Earth Goddess. "Mortals... such confusing creatures." Primavera muttered, eating a spoonful of spaghetti and gagging.
Ms Ikehata quickly stacked her parts atop one another like a living tower of blocks, standing up with wobbling knees and waving arms as her head slid unsteadily around on her neck. Staggering to her room, knocking over pictures and furniture as she windmilled her arms, Ms Ikehata just barely managed to get through her doorway and slam it shut behind her before everything came topping down. This scene is reportedly one of the 'touched up' ones, as the smoothness of Ms Ikehata's fall suggests tweening software that either wouldn't exist or would be prohibitively expensive in the early 90's.
"Ah!" She yelped, her head bouncing and rolling on the floor as she fell flat on her back and her front at the same time with her torso and legs. "Eeeeegh." She groaned, her head recycling its dazed animation from the kitchen just a minute before while her legs and torso remained perfectly still for a few seconds. When the animators realized they couldn't get away with this much longer, Ms Ikehata's head shook from side to side in an inhumanly fast blur, clearing her stunned status and leaving her blinking then staring at her legs and torso.
"Eh-heh." She giggled, her torso hopping onto its cut surface and her legs rolling over and seating themselves on the big butt that had been the butt of several jokes throughout the series. "For a goddess, she's really not that smart. Are humans so hard to understand?" She wondered, smiling as her legs and torso started to undress.
Either the animators couldn't be bothered to show an undressing scene, or else the budget ran out, as we cut to an often reused exterior shot of the Ikehata household with only the sounds of ruffling cloth, zippers, and buttons to let us know that the video isn't frozen.
When we cut back to Ms Ikehata's bedroom, we see the cute, curvy, middle aged mom has stripped down to a tight pair of panties and lace bra barely able to hold her massive tits in, her pieces and discarded clothes all over the smooth wood floor. The torso put its hands flat on the floor and started wiggling its torso in little circles, its stump rubbing the cool wood and her head let out a deep sigh. "Oooh, it's so sensitive! Good Goddess, rubbing the wood feels so nice!"
While the Japanese version of this scene has yet to be found, Ms Ikehata's mouth keeps moving for a few seconds more as if she's still talking. This suggests that the lines in Japanese were longer, or maybe they had a more clever joke planned than a painfully forced joke about how good 'wood' feels. Wouldn't be the first time the sub was better than the dub.
"God have my boobs always been this big?" She wondered aloud, her torso squeezing and hoisting them up and out for her head to study. Whether this was a deliberate joke is unclear. Her boobs were indeed generally drawn smaller while she was wearing shirts, though some artistic liberties may have been taken to make her hotter here. There does appear to be more tweening here, her tits movingins startlingly realistic fashion for such a stylized cartoon.
Whatever the case, when her glasses comically fogged over with sexy steam, she giggled and dragged her torso over to pluck them off her panting face and wipe them off on her bra cups before perching them back on her nose and ruffling her own hair, making a mess of her previously businesslike hairdo.
"I'd give you a thank you kiss, but you'd have to help me!" She said, as if her body was independent of her. The show had 2 similar dismemberment gags in episodes 2 and 7, though the rules were inconsistent both times and seemed to just be whatever was funniest. Her body either obeyed the request or she made it pick her up and so she could kiss her neck stump, gnawing and licking and generally getting extremely sloppy and provocative with it as her arms shook and struggled to hold her up any longer.
Glancing over the smooth expanse of her neck, Ms Ikehata spotted her plump lower half seated like it was waiting for dinner at the oddly short table that all American houses in anime had for some reason. Breaking off the kiss, she announced "Don't want to leave the rest of me out! A lot of people say it's the best part!" and had her torso set her in a good position to watch as it slid across the floor and sidled up to her eagerly tensing legs. Running her hands up her thighs, squeezing and stopping to massage her soft and squirming flesh, Ms Ikehata's hands eventually worked their way up to her waist stump, where she massaged the rim and drove her palms into the magically generated surface. She started soft, judging by the up and down movement of her shoulders, but she soon was rising and falling more vigorously, until it was like she was performing CPR on her own legs. Finally, when her tongue rolled out of her mouth with a moan, her torso started outright slapping the cut surface in fast, forceful strikes like a seal slapping its belly. The sound of flesh wetly striking flesh as Ms Ikehata let out guttural sounds of pleasure was very... reminiscent of something else. Even if she hadn't done anything strictly pornographic yet, it would be impossible to read this scene any other way.
Especially when Ms Ikehata shouted "OK, ENOUGH PLAYING! MAIN COURSE!" and her legs rolled onto their back and spread wide, while her torso clambered between them and grabbed her head by the hair and lifted it up like a war trophy as she licked her lips. With one hand on the body's panties and one holding her swaying, slobbering head, everyone knew what was coming.
Primavera threw open the door. "KEEP IT DOWN, I'M TRYING TO WATCH-" she stopped, stunned by the scene before her. "eh-" she muttered, going pink in the cheeks as Ms Ikehata went pale as a ghost. A long, awkward silence persisted, both blinking several times as they stared at one another. Then, Primavera smiled and opened her mouth to say "Freaky little geezer, you can't even stay out of trouble when you're all by yourself!"
The classic pointing and magic beam shot was reused once again, and Primavera explained "Now you can put yourself back together... When you're ready, that is. Just try to keep it down! Don't want Marka waking up and wandering in."
With that, she closed the door and her footsteps echoed down the hall. Ms Ikehata remained deathly still for a few seconds, making only soft "e" sounds as she tried to compose herself.

Whether or not she "has fun" or does something more PG, we don't know. The scene ends there. Personally, I think that the scene may be a mix of genuine script and fakery. Like they voiced the lines and had a storyboard but then the show got canceled and then some fan or animator or whatever animated out the unmade scene as a passion project.
