I saw something long ago, and it gave me inspiration for this "short" mannequin story. Nothing long or fancy, just something "quick" (admittedly, by the time I returned to this story and finished it recently, it turned out way longer than I thought it should be...hence the quotes around "short" and "quick"), as I return to my first fantasy: mannequins. Anyway, y'all had so much fun with the "Clue" story that I decided to empower you again (well, I hope you feel empowered). I finally finished this story with you in mind (hopefully) to either be true to our world today OR a world of real magic. I leave it to you to decide what you think it should be. I even added the scene at the end with the club owner, just so you can decide what he sees. Your choice...whatever you choose should fit what I wrote...make this story what you want it to be and enjoy!<br /><br />One other note: since there was so much going on between the Illusions on stage and the audience, I tried putting the audience's thoughts in italics. I hope that makes it easier, not detracting from the story, but rather making it more visual in your mind's eye as to what is happening.
