I had this great idea one day, so I wrote the first half of this in my head with the ending. But, the part to connect those two is kinda weak.  I love where it starts and ends, but not sure I put it together in the best way.  Let me know what you think, and who knows, I may rewrite your suggestion in it.  No plan for a follow-up, this is a stand alone.
