The router quickens its pace, as Makayla's legs do not make it out of the balance thickness.  Her feet do, which makes for a rather silly look, but on the other hand, it makes her look more realistic.  As you know, artists want realism in their work, so this common cylinder of carbonite has to be cut just right for this to look authentic.

Note: if you have been following the story, you know there is more realism in this cylinder than most cylinders of carbonite. ;)
