Down his personal elevator, Delvin and Danc went. In the garage, they exited with Delvin saying, “Alright, you go bring the four-door over here.” Danc replies, “Got it!” Walking gracefully and stiffly, he picks the car in the middle of the three owned by Delvin. He gets in the driver's seat and the car immediately starts up. “Welcome, T-12! Sync operating systems...” Danc freezes in place as the suit and car “talk” to each other. “T-12 is now designated as Driver. Adjusting seat and mirrors.” Danc can feel the front seat accommodating to his height, as well as the mirrors rotating for better views. Danc feels the suit loosen and he is back in control. Putting the car in gear, he drives up to the curb.

He stops right in front of Delvin and waits. After a long pause, he turns around in his seat to see Delvin still standing on the curb. What's he waiting on? Delvin thinks. Hitting the steering wheel with his hand, he says outloud, “Oh...me!” Hopping out the door, he says, “Sorry, sorry, I for...” Delvin starts talking over him, “Driver, do not be in a hurry unless I say so. Do not apologize like a person would. Be an android that sees me as the center of their universe.” Danc nods his head and slows down, becoming more robotic looking. Opening the back door, Danc says, “Your car, Delvin.” Bending down to get in, Delvin says, “That would be Mr Baxter to you, Driver.” Cursing himself again, Danc closes the door and moves to driver's seat. All those movies I watched as kid, dreaming of having a chauffeur, he grumbles to himself, you would think I could do a better job acting like one.

On the road, the car does about 75% of the driving, leaving not much for Danc to handle. He makes some minor corrections, and by law, he always has at least one hand on the wheel. The drive is quiet, as Delvin seems to be lost in thought. Danc is not sure what he should do, so he drives and keeps quiet (like an android would do, he surmises). The evening is pleasantly cool and clear. The city streets are lit up with lights from all around, making the world seem alive with color. Danc marvels at all he sees, as he has been in combat for years, and was allowed little time to be a civilian. I wonder if that is why I am accepting this lifestyle so easily...mentally, he reasons, I'm begging for anything that is not as stressful or painful as war.

The drive takes about 45 minutes, and Danc wonders if he has the right place. Admittedly, he assumed this is an underworld type of thing, so I guess an old building fits that. Pulling next to two other cars in the small parking lot of the 2-story building, he hops out as the car turns itself off. He opens the back door, as Delvin says sotfly, “Remember, be robotic. Do whatever I ask. Address me as Mr. Baxter. Stand behind me while I sit at the table and focus on what I am doing and what the others might be doing in relation to me...center of your universe.”

By the time he finished his “pep talk”, they were up the stairs on the outside of the building and knocking on the thick metal door. Danc takes a deep breath (for an android anyway, he says to himself trying to settle his nerves) and whispers softly, “Center of my universe...center of my universe...” It opens loudly and they both walk in, passing a rather bulky looking man (the tight shirt helped). Delvin walks confident and assured (or at least he gave off that air, Danc observes), while Danc walks slowly and robotically (is that a word? Danc asks himself). The “bouncer” ushers them down a hallway that is dimly lit. Danc can smell the age on the building, let alone the worn out carpets and walls with dents and holes in them from excessive use or years of service. The hallway has multiple doors leading from it, but only one has light spilling into the hallway.

The old double glass door slowly slides open as they walk up to it. Delvin with his briefcase leads the way while Danc follows close behind, walking fluidly thanks to the android suit. The office was once used by many people in cubicle-type fashion, but now it was just a large empty room with a large, round conference-type table in the middle. The table looks heavy and old but well-polished, maybe from years of use. The chairs are all mismatching, but they were expensive at one point. The room is not overly lit, but you can see clearly the people and androids in the room.

To the right of the table a man sits with a female android standing behind him. The man does not look young, so Danc figures he to be older than Delvin by a considerable amount. He obviously had no one to impress, as he is not wearing anything fancy or “powerful”, but he looked like he could crawl inside an engine of a car at any time. The android looks like they were designed for utility purposes only, as she had on a pair of loose (but somewhat shiny) coveralls. The battleship gray looked plain and her lack of hair seemed fitting. She stared into the distance, as if she were not paying attention, but Danc knew otherwise. He is the center of her universe, Danc thinks, so she may not look observant at the moment, I'll bet she is taking everything in.

The man who let them in the building walks past them to stand behind the man sitting on the left of the table. This man was altogether different from the other Danc observed. He wears an expensive-looking black suit that seems tailored to fit perfectly, along with a tie and vest. The sheen on his long hair is subtle but noticeable, pulled back into a pony tail. His beard is jet-black like his hair and appears to glisten (or maybe it was the lighting). He sits with his hands on the table next to a briefcase. He motions to the center of the table saying, “Good evening, Delvin. Glad you could make it.”

Delvin sits the briefcase down on the table and takes a chair in between the men already at the table, leaving a couple of chairs between them. Danc takes up a position behind him. He notes the others standing seem to be staring off into the distance, so he decides to take a similar stance. This is not unlike the dignitary jobs we would have to do when VIPs would come and visit the base, he recalls. Except he has the desire to cross his legs and put his hands folded at his waist, like the suit would feel more comfortable in that position. Though no one seems to be watching him, Danc decides to remain at attention like the other android.

“Would not be late for this, Tesil,” he addresses the man to the left, then turning to the right, “Thank you for coming tonight, Alie.” The man to the right nods absently, like he heard the words but did not really recognize them. Not waiting for anyone to start in, Delvin asks, “Well, since we are here for just one thing, let's get started. Shall we?”

Tesil replies, “Agreed. I am ready to have this away from me and the money close to me.” Tesil pats the briefcase in front of him. Delvin continues, “So let's have a look at what you have...Driver, Tesil's briefcase if you will.” Danc knows this is his time to react, so he says, “Confirmed,” then slowly walks over to the briefcase by Tesil. As he does, the man who opened the door for them steps in his way. Danc moves to step around him, but the guy sidesteps into his path.

Delvin's questioning look makes Tesil wave his hand and say, “Oh, sorry about that, he is still leashed to the briefcase.” Not turning from facing Delvin, he commands, “Box, unleash from my briefcase.” The man, who Danc now realizes is an android, steps back and away from Danc and replies, “By your command, Master.”

With the male android out of his way, Danc resumes his quest to retrieve the briefcase. He picks it up easily and carries over to Delvin, placing in on the table. “Open it, Driver.” Danc turns it around and flips the latches on the sides. The top opens up, revealing a dozen blue and green, slightly glowing, computer circuits. Delvin leans closer and asks a question he already knows the answer to, “And these are?”

Tesil chuckles and replies, “As you know full and well, there are 12 military-grade firing mechanisms inside there. Each fully-functional and ready to be installed in any standard issue tank or jeep or whatever they call them.” Delvin nods, as that matches what he was told. Turning to Alie, he asks, “Would you please be so kind, Alie, as to verify their capacity to work?”

Alie sits there for a moment, then hands a device to his android. “Wave this over the top of the open briefcase.” The android nods and takes the device saying, “As you wish, my lord.” Danc almost laughs out loud when she says that with a straight face. She walks stiffly over to the briefcase, standing right next to Danc, who had not moved from his spot yet. I wonder, Danc thinks, should I have moved back to my starting point or is staying here correct? Still pondering that, she leans over the table and waves the device over the briefcase. The silent room is cut by a series of beeps. Though the men in suits are rather far apart, they might both be holding their breaths at this time, awaiting what may or may not happen next.

With that complete, the android walks back over to Alie. Without acknowledging her, he puts his hand out and she places the device in it.  She returns to her place behind him, as he says, “Yes, all 12 are standard-issue firing mechanisms.” Delvin leans over them and asks, “But do they function properly?” Danc cannot tell if Tesil flinched or tensed from that question, but Alie is here for this very reason. Alie replies blandly, “Yes, they are fully functional and ready to be installed.”

Delvin seems satisfied with that and says, “Driver, close the briefcase.” As Danc complies, wondering if he was supposed to make some “master” or “lord” acknowledgment, he adds, “And then take this briefcase to Tesil.” Out of the corner of his eye, Danc sees Tesil lean forward to make his next statement, “We have not finalized my fee, Baxter.”

Danc decides to keep doing what he should, so he has locked the one briefcase, and then bends over to retrieve the other. As he starts walking towards Tesil, Delvin says with a smile, “We said 100 Megas, and inside that briefcase, you will find 110 Megas. Agreed?” At this point, Danc has the briefcase on the table in front of Tesil. He does not touch the briefcase, so Danc assumes he should open it for him. He unlocks it and opens it and reveals several stacks of silver cards. Danc is not sure what they are made of, but he assumes some type of precious metal.

Tesil handles one gently, like it might break in his hand. He eyes it greedily, but then composes himself. “Agreed,” he says firmly, then waves his hand at Danc. Turning on his heal, Danc walks back to Delvin, as he hears the briefcase being closed and locked. With his prize in his possession, Tesil is done with them, “The door is open, and I look forward to not working with you again.” Delvin chuckles to himself, you got paid more than you thought and without my business in your acquisitions, you would be a fruit salesman on the streets of downtown.

Delvin stands and says, “Enjoy your evening.” Turning to Alie, who is still sitting in his chair looking rather distracted by something, he adds, “As always: thanks, Alie.” Alie jerks slightly, as if he just realized there were other people in the room, then stands awkwardly, “Uh, yes, it was a nice evening.” As Alie and his android walk past, Delvin holds out something to him, “Your payment? For services rendered.” Alie seems surprised by his outstretched hand, but then takes the offered item and hands it to his android, who promptly puts it in one of her many coverall pockets. The awkward room with all of them in there, became even more awkward as silence closed in around them with everyone else gone. Delvin walks out slowly but purposefully, and Danc was happy to follow at whatever speed got him out of there.

Back in the car, Delvin breathes a sigh of relief, just as Danc does the same. Sensing his stress diminishing, Danc says jokingly, “Well, that was an interesting bunch...and probably the weirdest meeting ever.” Delvin laughs openly, first time I have heard him do that, Danc thinks. “Yes, yes, that was quite a night.” Delvin shakes his head as he looks out into the streets that pass by him. Danc realizes he just broke character as the android driver, but without the public eye on them (and their business done for the night), Delvin does not seem to care.

As if speaking to a lecture hall, Delvin begins a monologue, “You know, we all bring androids to our meetings. They handle everything, so that we, the human, have no direct contact, providing a layer of protection from the law.” Looking down then up again out the other window, “We buy things that other people can't, then sell them to people we shouldn't.” Closing his eyes, he continues, “We figure if the android touches it and someone else buys it and then even someone else uses it,” he pauses slightly, “Well, it is not our fault they killed someone. Right?”

Danc does not even try to answer, as a soldier, he has had the same types of questions with no real answers. “It seems like a game,” Delvin says to the briefcase sitting in the seat next to him, “My group only just started sending me to these meetings, as I always get the best prices for the items we want. I just happened to draw the right card one night, and then I'm making a deal and all of sudden, I offer more than I should, but then something happens...the guy accepts. No bargaining...no hassle.” Delvin looks ahead to face Danc, “I hate bargaining. I hate haggling. If it is worth 100, then pay 100. If you say it takes a 100 to do the job, then I should pay 100. You don't get to change your mind when you succeed at something you said you could do anyway.”

Danc can tell this topic is really a heavy one on him. He figures he needs to switch the topic but how? I'm learning a lot here, Danc reasons, this group...him...but am I letting him go too far? Danc opens his mouth, then closes instantly when Delvin says, “Driver, mute.” Danc can feel the suit tighten around his jaw, holding it closed. “I don't want your pity, Danica,” he explains, “You think I wanted you here? You think I want to drag someone I might have feelings for one day down into the same pit I am in already? You don't think I tried to shield my love interests from it? Or maybe you don't know of Gachia and her untimely demise when she stumbled in on a private meeting...or Dreeni who found herself blown into multiple pieces when she stood up for me...or all the others who left when they found the true me.” He seems to have enough demons talking to him to carry on this conversation without me anyway, Danc thinks.

“I'm the negotiator now,” he changes the subject, “and I offer just above what we originally offered, giving the person the perfect excuse to just take it and run. But,” he adds with emphasis, “My group thinks I work hard to make the deal work out the best, and just a little over asking price is a good thing.” Putting his head into his hand, he says softly, “What if they figure out I'm a fraud?”

Danc could say a lot right now, but all he can do is drive. In some ways, he thinks to himself, this is not a bad thing. I can't get myself in trouble, he reasons with a “grin”, no one knows me and no one thinks I'm a human. Androids can be wiped clean, so they tell me whatever, thinking I won't remember. The rest of the ride home is quiet, as Danc can only hear Delvin muttering to himself. He hopes that this does not affect his chances of getting out of here. He is really glad the meeting went well and nothing happened that seemed out of sorts, other than it was mostly (if not completely) illegal. He is fine playing this part of robot-mannequin-woman so long as no one knows him as he was, and that he will get back to his old life one day.

Now that he has a quiet time to think, the thought of getting back to his old life seems uncertain. His whole world was assimilated. I knew that, and I was running from that, he tells himself, but I have been figuring to get back home. But, my way of life probably does not exist anymore. The Mezmik are ruthless, heartless oppressors. Anyone I knew is gone now. The busyness of his stay here has kept him thinking about the present only, but with the drive home being a forced silence (and traffic is incredibly light), Danc has nothing but the future to think of. What do I do when I get offworld?

He pulls into the garage under the apartment and parks the car. He gets out and opens the door for Delvin, who exits quickly with briefcase under his arm. They both ride up in his personal elevator, with Mainframe changing his designation from 'Driver' to 'T-12' in the process. As they exit, Delvin says, “Okay, Danica. Your part is not over yet, but the hardest part should be done.” Delvin checks his watch then continues, able to ignore Danc's groan as the suit has his jaw shut tight. “My 'co-workers' are here and coming up the stairs. You are to answer the door as T-12, and show them to the main room. Ask if they want anything to drink...they won't, but ask. Then come through the kitchen and go into the service elevator and head upstairs. You can sneak out of the master bathroom through a pocket door into your bathroom. From there, I need you to change out of the android suit and into some lingerie.”

Assuming Danc was tired from the day would be true, but it was not physical, or even mental. He tries to reason out why he is so ready to get out of this suit and just be himself ('never thought being a normal man would feel so good'). He knows he won some points tonight as the android, as he takes off the driver uniform, so he will just keep it going until he can relax in his room. Nodding his compliance, Delvin and Danc separate once the elevator doors open. After dropping the driver uniform into a drawer in a table near the elevator, Danc walks straight to the front door. He can feel the suit unlock his jaw, as he gets closer to it.

Without even looking at the screen attached to the camera than monitors the front door, Danc opens the front door as the “gangsters” top the nearby stairs. He recognizes the two men from the other night, as well as Jello. The men look just as serious as always, as she looks just as sexy as ever. Their suits look to be pressed to perfection, giving them straight, strong lines (even if they are like 5 feet tall, he thinks with a grin). She has nothing but curves as she walks, showing off her amazing body. “Greetings, sirs and madam! Master Baxter welcomes you to his home. Please come in.”

Danc holds the door open while waving his hand for them to enter. Neither man acknowledges the “android”, not breaking their pace as they walk past. Jello sneaks a quick squeeze of Danc's left breast and pecks him on the cheek. “Hey, there, naked toaster,” she says with a wink. Danc has no idea what a robot would say to that, so he closes the door behind them. The men have already made their way into the main room and looking to sit down. Danc asks, “Would my master's guests like something to drink?” The men shake their heads, and before Jello can reply, the one man holds up is hand. Jello might protest, but he gives her an ugly look. Perhaps it is in reference to what happened the last time they were here, or maybe it is due to the fact they are not staying long. Either way, she plops down in a chair, dejectedly, while the men sit on the couch. “Tell, Delvin, we are here and don't want to wait.”

Danc nods his head and walks to the kitchen to access the elevator. He figures Delvin knows they are here, so Danc sees no reason to tell him. He has to get out of this suit and into...into...something else. He would gulp out loud with a heavy sigh if the suit would let him. As he enters the elevator, he hears Delvin say from the main living room, “Don't worry, there's no reason to wait...” As the doors close, Danc relaxes somewhat. This whole robot thing, he considers, is much harder than it looks. It shouldn't be so stressful, he reasons, but it is.

Upstairs, he can hear the men talking, as he slips through Delvin's bedroom, then the bathroom, and the hidden door. He had no idea the door was there, but if you know to look for it, it is not too hard to see. The hallway between the rooms is no more than 10 feet, but it is dimly lit, yet seems safe and comfortable with thick carpet that looks unused and walls of a pale green. “I could just hide in here until they are gone,” he says to himself. After thinking that idea is the best he has had in a while, he is reminded that he is dependent on Delvin's success. And if Delvin falls in any way, so do I. Picking up the pace, he enters his bathroom.

Using the tool Delvin gave him, he quickly removes the android suit and leaves it on the bathroom floor. Walking naked into the bedroom, he catches a glimpse of himself in the mirror. He pauses to note that his waist is smaller, his tummy tighter, and his chest...well, there's no other way to say it...I got breasts now. Danc can hardly believe it. “How did that happen?” He wonders. Before he can think further, he is reminded how thirsty he is. He grabs a Pink Petal from the mini-fridge and downs the exercise-drink in a few gulps. Oh, so good, he says smacking his lips, just can't seem to get enough of this pink stuff. He takes another quick glance at himself, but then talking noises from the main living room urges him to turn away from his foreign reflection.

Back on track, he steps into the closet. “Now,” he says softly with his arms crossed under his B-sized breasts, “What lingerie would a woman wear?” As he looks into the drawers that have the “intimate apparel”, he shrugs his shoulders. What would a woman wear? He ponders. Then he has the thought, “Well, what would I like?” So with a grin, he grabs a pair of red thongs. The front is larger than a woman should have, but then the women around here have more to cover.

He carefully pulls up the silky smooth thongs. My womanhood (uh, I mean, manhood) feels so comfortably supported. Reaching back in, he pulls out a red, lacy corset. It is easily slipped on, and has nothing stringent within. “I could probably sleep in this,” he mumbles running his hands along the smooth material. Twirling in the closet, he adds, “And its nice to have such a narrow waist to show off.” Looking one more time, he grabs a red, sheer (basically see-through) robe to throw over his shoulders.

Checking the mirror in the bathroom, Danc brushes his hair over to one side, and admires his “new” body. “Ok, I'm not sayin' I want to stay like this,” he admits, “But, at least now I look more like a woman.” With some minor 'primping' done, he walks back through the hidden door and into Delvin's bedroom. He can hear voices from downstairs, and they sound non-emotional, but Delvin sounds tired and getting agitated by the questioning.

“...thought you just wanted the briefcase of goods,” Delvin says with an annoyed tone, “I didn't know it was a party.” Jello's head perks up at party, but one of the goons replies flatly, “Just checking the merchandise.” Danc figures he is dressed like this for a reason, and at the moment, he can only think of one reason. Drawing in a breath, he walks out the bedroom door and leans onto the handrailing. He can easily see down into the main area, and they can easily see him.

“Dellie,” Danc says in a somewhat whiny voice, “I thought you were coming to bed?” Maybe it was too much, as the gangsters look on him with disdain. Well, Danc notes, they are first undressing me, then glaring at me. Actually, Danc thinks with an uncomfortable gulp, the guy on the left might be licking his lips. Delvin's facial expression is one of relief, while Jello looks...wow, Danc thinks with surprise, she looks hungry...for me. “Ah, darling, so sorry, I just...” But Delvin can't finish as Danc butts in, “But you promised...” in the whiny voice again. Delvin knows he won't get another shot at this, so he turns to the men and says, “Look, just take it and go okay. I just got here so I couldn't have messed with them, and you have already looked them over...twice.”

The gangsters act like they might stay longer, but then they glance at each other, then up at Danc. With a tip of their hats and a smirk on their faces, they rise off the couch. “Let's go, Jelly.” the one says, and she hops up and heads for the door, never taking her eyes off Danc. Danc gulps quietly, wondering if he has seen the last of her. Delvin turns to Danc, “Go on back into the bedroom, I'll be up once I show them out.” Danc nods his head, smiles, and says in a pleasant tone, “Good night, gentlemen...and Jelly.” Jello blows her a kiss as she walks out. Danc can hear the men say, “Good job tonight...and see you around...Delly.” They both chuckle at that.

Danc figures they are leaving now, but to make sure the ruse is played out, he climbs onto the king size bed. The light blue sheets are like silk or satin or something shiny and oh-so-soft. He can't help but lay down on them and squirm around. Wow, these feel heavenly, Danc says to himself in satisfaction, and the bed must be some sort of 'smart bed', as it keeps adjusting to my weight. Laying down on his side, he rests his head on the pillows, facing the bedroom door. Once he comes in, I'll *yawn* leave.

The warm day wraps itself around Danc as he floats through the air. His entire body feels at peace. He is just a cloud that wispily floats along the air that seems to cover him so warmly and tightly. He can see into the distance for miles, just the never ending blue of the sky and the green-green grass well-beneath his feet. As he soars, he can see a figure like him coming closer. This figure begins to take shape...smaller in size, long brown hair, a cute butt. He smirks as he recognizes this person from behind: the love of his life. As he comes up behind her, he whispers into her ear, “Come, let us lose ourselves in each others arms.”

Wrapping his arms around her, he kisses her neck and shoulders. He lets his hands come across her flat stomach, then to slide down below her waist. He kisses her ear while playing with her womanhood. He can feel her shudder under his touch. Her butt pushes into his manhood, causing it to grow in response. He feels his desire double inside as he grows on the outside. Nibbling her ear lobe, he says, “You are so beautiful...and sexy...and I must have you now, my love!”

Spinning her around, he embraces her only to see someone he does not expect. The look on his face seems to be just as unexpected, as Delvin says, “Why, hello there, darling.” Danc blinks his eyes open, as he finds himself embracing Delvin's naked body tightly in the large bed under the silky sheets. The soft, smooth skin of his wife that he enjoyed nibbling on, turned out to be the rather-tasty neck of Delvin. The warm air of his dream that covered him was the expensive sheets of Delvin, heated by their own body heat. “Oh, uh,” Danc starts, trying to recover what is happening, thinking how to explain that it was all a dream and not real. He thought he was his wife...oh geez, how many mis-pronouns can you get, Danc thinks, how do I get out of this? As he squirms a bit, his manhood encounters Delvin's 'womanhood'. He can feel a wetness that catches him off guard, and he pauses...am I wet down there or is it him? “I didn't realize...”

Danc bends his back to pull away, and changes the angle of his manhood. Without any effort, he slips inside, and both of them moan loudly. “OH my darling,” Delvin says, his body shuddering noticeably, “You are magnificently large.” Danc replies nearly in the same breath, “OH and you are SO tight around me.” It would be good to mention here, that pleasure cannot only be fun, but it can also be necessary. From the reaction here, it is clear that both of them, even though they know there is no chance of any future between them, need something from one another after the stress of this day. It has been business so far, which has carried them a long way over the past several days. But tonight, they are able to forget who they were just a few hours ago, and can now just spend time pleasing one another.
