Magic Molly!

by Ordos Tsceri

The stream began and a young brunette come into view.

“Heya! This is Magic Molly. Welcome, and thanks for tuning-in… is the feed good? Audio okay?”

She leaned out of frame to check her set-up. She’s broadcasting in front her apartment, bookcases filled with spell tomes, romance novels, and various knick-knacks lined the wall behind her, a table filled the space next to her. There’s a chair by the table, but for the moment Molly is standing up. She slipped back into frame, satisfied that everything was recording properly.

She’s a petite woman, somewhere in her twenties, with shoulder-length straight brown hair, wide brown eyes behind a pair thick round glasses, and an easy, charming smile that seems at home upon her countenance. She wore a simple grey sweater and a pair of casual blue jeans.

“Alright, we’re up and running, the chat is coming in nice and clear, and we’re ready to start episode four! Can you believe we’re already four episodes into this show?” She laughed a little, smiling at the camera.

“Anyhow! I’m Magic Molly, and this is my show! For those of you new to this whole thing, and I can see from the viewer count that that’s a lot of you this time, this is the vlog where I walk you through a fun transformation project. Last week we turned my roommate into a… well, something a good deal more lewd than she anticipated. But today’s show should be cleaner! And to kick things off, I’d like to welcome my friend Lizzie!”

A second person entered the screen.

“Uhm… hi!” she said. She was a good head and a half taller than Molly, with short mahogany hair done up in a loose bob. She wore a simple white camisole top and a pair of sporty, tight jeans.

“Lizzie here is an old friend of mine. Why don’t you tell our good audience a little about yourself?”

Lizzie smiled, a little nervously, at the camera. She was pretty, even with minimal makeup her lips were an inviting pink, her eyes a striking blue, and her features conventionally attractive. “Well… my name is Elizabeth Kaylin, but everyone just calls me Lizzie. I was in the cheer team in high school and I’ve kept it up in university. Last year our routine got us to the state championships! Aside from that, well… I like being the center of attention, love it when people pay attention to me, and I have this weird witchy friend who’s been asking me if I’d like to guest on her transformation-themed video-blog, so here I am.”

Molly laughed a little.

“I’m glad you finally decided to give it a shot! Now, do you know what I’ll be making you?”

Lizzie shook her head. “Nope. You’ve been sort of tight-lipped about all that.”

Molly grinned and nodded.

“I like to keep it a surprise. I’m going to show our lovely viewers how to turn a friend into a doll.”

Lizzie raised an eyebrow. “You’re going to turn me into a sex doll? Aren’t there pills and stuff for that?”

“Who said anything about a sex doll? Now, are you ready?”

Lizzie shrugged, rolling her shoulders. “I mean, I guess?”

Molly rocked upward, onto her tippy-toes, and planted a kiss on her friend’s lips. Lizzie’s eyes went wide, but closed as she poured herself into the kiss. It lasted longer than seemed strictly necessary, open mouths pressed tight against each other, a soft murmuring noise escaping from Lizzie’s throat.

When the embrace was broken, Lizzie was panting. “Oh… oh, wow. That was… that was intense…”

Instead of replying to her friend, Molly turned towards the camera.

“To make a good doll, I like to start with Malediux’ Charm of Enlittling. The grammar is a tad suspect, but the magic is solid. Now, this particular charm is a fae spell, which means all the usual fae vagaries and stipulations apply. I know some witches really hate using faerie magic, and I can understand that; fae magic isn’t for everyone. Personally, I find they have the best spells for making people little, but if you can’t use fae charms for whatever reason, Shelby’s Shrinking Spell and the Ossio ad-Reductum are both serviceable substitutes.”

“What did you say about enlittling? No way that’s a word,” Lizzie said, still blinking, reorienting herself. She frowned; something didn’t seem quite right. Her camisole seemed loose. Only… it had fit well before. Viewers could see how one shoulder strap had begun to roll off a shoulder, the fabric hanging loosely over full breasts it had cradled only a minute ago. The change had begun so subtly, so softly, Lizzie blinked in surprise when she looked up from her loosening clothes to find Molly standing eye to eye with her.

“Wait, am I shrinking?” Lizzie asked.

“Yup! I admit, delivering the spell on the lips is entirely superfluous.. but I like it. It adds a nice personal touch that most subjects appreciate.”

Lizzie blushed. “Well… I never really thought of you that way… but that was kind of nice. It was really intense…”

Molly chuckled as Lizzie shrugged, absent-mindedly trying to keep her top on. She blinked, one hand tugging at the fabric of her clothes while her cheeks blushed, still flush from the kiss. “Uh… something feels strange…”

Her eyes went wide as her shoulder slipped through the collar of her shirt. She had to grasp at the camisole to keep it from falling around her entirely.

“Tsh, tsh, that shirt doesn’t fit you at all,” Molly teased. Lizzie only came up to her chest now.

“I’m shrinking! This is so neat! I… I feel all tingly…”

Molly looked at the camera, “now, my show is for adults only, but I feel the need to mention that things are about to become NSFW. I’m afraid my guest is about to have a wardrobe malfunction.”

“My wardrobe was fine when I walked in here… ohmph!” Lizzie was cut off as her shirt fell in on her. Her pants had fallen off already, but her body was draped in the increasingly loose fabric of her top.

“Now, there’s tremendous variance with your enlittling spells. It is very important that you measure the amount of power you put into the magic. That’s one of the reasons I like the Malidiux charm; it was originally designed by sprites and has that size-range hard-woven into its nature. Just focus on how big you want your target and put a comfortable amount of power into the spell and your doll will turn out fine.”

The struggling inside the collapsed pile of clothes ceased, if only because Lizzie was too small to be picked up by the camera. Molly knelt down and came back up into the camera’s view with a slightly squirming bundle wrapped in Lizzie’s white camisole.

“But it’s very important that you prepare ahead of time for your little friend. As a general rule, it’s best not to have any pets or familiars around when you do this part, just in case. And keep an eye on them! It’s really easy to misplace someone this small, especially if they’re a mischievous sort.”

“You don’t have to worry about mischief from me,” Lizzie said, slightly muffled by her own clothes.

Molly smiled and placed the bundle onto her table. Tentatively, Lizzie got her footing on the solid wood and walked out of her own collar, utterly naked. She blinked into the apartment lights, her blush still visible on her skin.

“Oh… woah… everything looks so different here…”

Molly looked directly at the camera. “I’ve littlfied Lizzie to the Queen Anne standard for dollhouses and miniatures. She was just a little under six feet a couple minutes ago, and she’s just a little under six inches now. I brought out a ruler and everything!”

Indeed, Molly picked up a ruler and set it down next to her friend… and then had to flip it upside down, so the 12’ section wasn’t on the table. Lizzie placed a tiny hand on the wooden stick, her other arm covering her breasts as best as she could.

“At 1:12 scale, Lizzie is now compatible with most miniatures and higher-end doll houses. But, with a little tweaking, we can adjust her to a 1:6 scale after we’re done, just in case you’d rather your doll be more Barbie-sized, or maybe you still have an old playhouse you’d think your new doll would enjoy. And if you’re wondering why we can hear her so well… well, I like to use audio charms instead of microphones. There are a lot of different advantages to magic over mics, but this is the big one! But that’s a different charm, and today, we’re making a doll! Ready for the next step, Lizzie?”

“Uhm… sure?” Lizzie said. Her voice came in clear, but slightly hesitant, or perhaps awed.

Molly grinned, “I’m sure you’ll love this next bit!”

She began to twirl and twiddle her fingers, sparks of pinkish light twinkling about her digits. She extended her index finger and tapped it on Lizzie’s head.

“Boop!” she said.

“What type of magic word is ‘boop’?” Lizzie asked, looking up. The faint swirl of pink light was still visible for a moment, faintly circling her.

“It’s the type that’s going to turn you into a doll,” Molly said before turning her attention and addressing the camera. “Now, you have a wide range of options when it comes to dollification spells. You’re probably better off just buying a sex doll or hiring a professional transformative service if that’s what you’re after. A lot of companies have a lot of ways to do those, and all that competition means you can probably find a service, price, and even permanence option to fit your choice! Now, for the type of doll Lizzie is becoming, I’ve mixed up my own special spell.”

“I feel… kinda funny…” Lizzie said from atop the table. Her skin was changing; the fair color remained, but it became slightly shiny, an artificial sheen on a painted surface.

“But this wouldn’t be much of a magic show if I didn’t tell you how it worked! Well, not that kind of magic show, I suppose, but-“ she shook her head, “Anyway! The spell I used on Lizzie has two components. First we have the material transfer, which is slowly converting her into solid, sturdy material, analogous to plastic, or good hardwood.”

“Am… am I made out of wood now?” Lizzie asked. She tapped her finger onto her other arm, and gasped as it made a hard ‘click’ sound.

“Kinda,” Molly said, turning her to address her friend for that one word. Looking back towards the camera, she continued, “technically, It’s a magic-substance, a non-real material similar to wood and plastic, but not technically either. It sounds impressive, but sorcerers conjure up non-Einsteinian counter-mundane materials all the time. They’re not terribly useful for practical or industrial purposes, since they can get a little wonky under pressure and may not necessarily exist, but they make for excellent crafts. I like it because its magically malleable, resilient, and super conducive. A fun side effect of that is that it makes the subject just wickedly sensitive as the spell sits in.

“This… does feel kind of nice…” Lizzie said, gently tapping her fingers against her shiny forearm. She giggled.

“Really, you have options here. I’m using a slightly customized version of Fallia’s Fantabulous Fabrication, but really any petrification charm will work fine. You can make your doll out of anything from plastic to porcelain with charms like this, but it’s important that you do this after the shrinking. Further size adjustments are possible, but this sets the baseline, and will take so much more energy to change the size of your doll after you’ve made them synthetic. Not that big of a deal if you’re going from six inches to twelve, but a lot if you’re going from six feet to six inches. And speaking of synthetic, Lizzie should be noticing the next part of her changes….”

“I should? I mean… I feel… kind of excited. Almost giddy. And… oh… I feel stiff. Didn’t my arms used to… move more?”

Lizzie was staring at her arms and gasped as her hardened flesh pinched and curved around her wrist and elbow, smoothing out as round ball-and-socket joints solidified.

“Yeah, most good doll materials don’t move. Or have any give. So you need to weave in all the articulation you want your doll to have while you’re layering the spell. This is the trickiest part; while the petrification charm is ongoing, you need to form a strong idea of what you want your doll to look like, layering on that idea of how much she should be able to move, and what she should be made of, and what she should be capable of, all into your spell. If you do it right, you get to watch the changes without having to input anything else!”

Lizzie was staring at her arms. They still moved, at least along the joints that her elbows and wrists had become. Her fingers had small joints, save for her thumbs, which remained rigid as she pivoted her hands. Her chest changed, her breasts and upper torso forming a solid block, the teardrop curve of her bosom expanding as she went up a couple cup sizes. She tapped her artificial fingers against her new chest.

She giggled, “My boobs feel kind of fake.”

Molly grinned. “All of you is kind of fake.”

Lizzie’s changes continued. Her knees and ankles became joints similar to those on her arms. Her toes merged together, retaining the shape of her feet, but with only a single point of articulation near the ball of her foot. Her pussy remained as it was, artfully depicted on the triangular plate of her hips, slightly overlapping the joints where her smooth thighs were attached, with a horizontal overlap with the plate of her belly, which in turn had another overlap with her chest. The result gave her a good facsimile of her normal range of movement.

“You can, of course, keep your doll true to your subject, but I find people like to exaggerate a bit, and more clothes will fit your dolly if you fill her out a bit. Hence the boobs and butt.”

“My butt doesn’t, oh, there it goes…” Lizzie said as she felt the solid plate of her ass round out. She ran a hand over her expanded rear, tracing the mostly unmoving fingers over its curve, into the solid slit of her sex. She tilted over a bit, having trouble seeing past her breasts with her limited mobility.

“Uhm… do I still have a pussy? It… doesn’t feel right… but everything feels kind of good down there?”

“Well, you’re not a sex doll. I like to keep the girly bits, but you’re solid down there. One of the reasons I like this spell is because it sort of weaves those fun bits around. They’re not really there anymore, but they’re sort of everywhere too. Give it time, and every touch will feel like a gentle caress of your lady-bits.”

“Oh…” Lizzie said. She took a tentative step, wobbling a bit. She took another and toppled forward, landing in a bit of a jumble. “Ooof!”

Molly giggled. She had ducked off camera, switching the focus to better capture Lizzie on the table. When she came back on screen, she had a small box in her hands.

“Careful. You’re not built to actually walk. No one wants a walking doll. But you are built for dressing!”

She gently picked up Lizzie, helping her upright and letting her lean against her outrstretched hand to stabilize herself.  Lizzie tilted her head up and down, as though appreciating that she could fit comfortably inside Molly’s cupped hands now.

After she regained her balance, Molly slowly removed her hand. She double-checked that the cameras were focused on the table, and the she opened the box. Inside was a vibrant green and white Victorian dress. Lizzie gasped and Molly chuckled.

“Now hold still…” she brought the dress out. She showed off that its back opened up, with one hand she picked up Lizzie and slid her chest into the brocaded green gown, and then began tying her into place, deftly weaving lace straps together. “This part takes concentration. No real magical shortcuts here, but witches tend to have deft fingers.”

She continued, as she tied-up her friend’s dress. “The big companies go on and on about sex dolls, but I know a lot of ladies who never quite outgrew dress-up. They’re probably screaming at me right now about not using the proper undergarments.” She laughed. “I’m kinda afraid to check chat right now.”

She completed the outfit with a pair of embroidered emerald slippers.

“This feels nice…” Liz said, softly staring down at her ornate gown. She moved slowly, softly, as though in a dream.

“Of course it does. Dolls love being dressed up! Now, let’s add some final touches. Minor changes done while your subject is still animate will more easily carry on once things are settled.”

Her fingers dipped back into the box she’d produced Lizzie’s dress from, while the dollified girl swayed her hips, making the hem of her dress swoosh by her feet. She giggled at the sensation, looking down to see how her full chest filled out her dress. “Wow… even clothed these look great.”

“Now, practice a little bit and hold still for a moment,” Molly said as she came back into view, this time holding a fine-tipped, delicate paint brush.

“I wish I could take credit for this, but I bought the brush off Witch-River. I swear I’m not being paid to support them, but they have a bunch of talented witches selling a wide range of charms for all sorts of effects. I could spend hours learning and layering the spells here… or I can pay thirty dollars and a girl in Vancouver will send me a brush that can do a doll’s makeup. I know this a sort of do-it-yourself channel, but you just gotta get the right tools for your project, you know?”

The brush was large compared to Lizzie, but its fine point must have been millimeters thick. It stroked her cheeks, adding a faint blush to her fair skin. Molly let the bristles graze her eyes and a modest, understated eyeshadow appeared, even as her eye lashes grew more prominent. Lastly, Molly whispered the brush over Lizzie’s lips, leaving them an alluring red.

“And now for the finishing touch,” Molly put down the paint brush and picked up a similarly-sized comb, its bristles finely spaced for a doll Lizzie’s size. She began brushing it, and as she did so Lizzie’s hair grew more voluminous, thick, and curly.

“Ooh… that tickles,” Lizzie said, although her scarlet lips hardly moved.

“Just making sure you look the part… and there!” Before, Lizzie had worn her hair fairly short. Now, her shiny mahogany locks cascaded down past her shoulders.

“How do I look?” Lizzie asked.

Molly, apparently prepared for this, opened up a compact mirror and placed it down to Lizzie’s side, so she could admire her reflection without obstructing the camera.

“You look beautiful, Lizzie!”

The doll girl shifted herself, her eyes watching herself. The smile on her lips seemed sincere, even as her eyes stopped blinking.

Molly ducked back into frame; “The charm we used for the dollification is only animating Liz while its excess energy runs out, which should be any moment now. So do you have any parting words?”

The Lizzie-Doll tilted her head downward, staring at her hands as they stop moving. She looked up, even this movement sluggish and jerking. “Well… would… you…”

Her lips closed, curved into the slightest of smiles, putting a softly pleasant demeanor on her artful, artificial face.

Molly chuckled. “Oops. Guess I miss-timed that a bit.  Let’s get a close-up of our finished product…”

Molly ducked off-screen and the camera focused in on Lizzie. A panning shot showed off a posable doll, Lizzie’s features frozen nearly perfectly, save for slight embellishments about her bust, ass, lips, and eyelashes. Molly’s hands deftly adjusted the Lizzie-doll’s arms and shoulders, tilting her head, adjusting a hand, and then the Lizzie-Doll was posed, waving at the camera. As a final aside, she placed a photograph of Lizzie, in the exact same pose but with normal street clothes, leaned against the compact mirror, next to the doll. The photograph of Lizzie was nearly as tall as the real thing.

“And there you have it! I hope you enjoyed our little presentation. Let’s have a like-spike for our lovely volunteer, Lizzie! Doesn’t she make just the prettiest doll?”

Molly left a beat of silence. The Lizzie-doll did not interject anything.

“This is just how I would work this transformation. There are other options out there, and I’ve touched on as many as I could. But, if you want to make a dress-up doll, a top-quality posable figure, or just an addition to a proper doll house, this is the best way to go about it. Alas, I don’t own a dollhouse, and the spells I used are all irreversible, so I’ll be closing this broadcast off with a link to Lizzie’s auction page. I’ll be shipping her with her current gown, accessories, and brushes, so the starting price is going to be a bit higher than last time.”

The camera cut to Molly again. She was smiling, clearly proud of her work. “Until next time, this is Magic Molly, exploring witchery with you one spell at a time!”

The feed cut back to the shot of the Lizzie-doll on the table, posed next to her own photograph, as soft background music filled the audio. A link to the page was added in the feed’s description.
