Happy New Year, Gregorian and Lunar!

The girls and I went out to a fun retreat out west a few weeks back, the idea was that we'd all stay in Naga forms for two weeks or so such that on Lunar New Year, we'd shed off our skin and bring in the new year refreshed and revitalized.

Danielle's skin actually got to the shedding point the day before, so she had to take the day rather lazily so as to not accidentally peel it off. Sofia was more than happy to help her out though. Honestly, they hardly spent the retreat away from each other's company ☺️

Other than that things lined up rather stupendously. Turns out snake skin's rather itchy when it's ready to come off, so we ended up pulling them based on Midnight in China (about 8 AM pacific time). It was a pretty fun way to ring in the new year (although being off of two legs for so long made it a bit hard to adjust back! 😄)

Author's Note: I know it's been an awfully long time since I've posted anything, and for that I'm truly sorry. A combination of real life getting uber busy; having to focus on several long-term projects simultaneously (three with active work, 5-6 total if including ones on the back burner 🙃); and a bit of a decline in both physical and mental health have left me with nothing really to post.

I did want to post something though to bring in the new year (and to hopefully get me back into the swing of things), but since I was sooooo late, I decided to pivot to a Lunar new year render (and even then I was late for that).

I'm still hard at work on the last couple of questions for the 1500K watcher series, if your question hasn't been answered yet, there's a good chance that's because I'm rendering something for it.

That has to be put on the back burner for a different project though (reasoning for that will come out when that project comes out... which hopefully shouldn't be in another 2-3 months 🙃).

Depending on the speed of those projects, I may put out another one or two random renders... we'll see. It's all kind of real life dependent. The joys of this being a hobby of mine instead of an income source I suppose 😅
