Since they only have the one body between them, when full bodied activities get scheduled on the same day, Iz and Izzy will often have some sort of competition to decide which one they'll do.

Usually it's video games like this, but I've also seen them do a SWB race a couple of times, and a 'who can convincingly pretend to be the other for longest' competition more than once.
