I've been feeling bad for a while now about not spending more time with Iz outside of work.

Since he handles basically all of our costuming and I handle location scouting and most of the transformation ideas, it causes us to both have really busy schedules. So I told Iz we should go out for some lunch today and make a proper afternoon out of hanging out together.

He was really excited to do so, and asked if his boyfriend could tag along. Since the two have been dating for quite a bit and I'd only ever spent a few minutes with him when he tagged along to a few photoshoots, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to get to know him better.

He definitely seemed like a nice guy. Despite how long he's been with Iz, he seemed like he was still getting used to dating someone with magic (Oh yeah! Almost forgot to mention that he doesn't have a magic core ). He constantly was checking in on Iz during our walk that he wasn't causing him too much backstrain, which Iz thought was absolutely adorable.

Overall, was a pretty fun day! Might have to remember that we should go out in some more normal forms if Xavier tags along just so he doesn't feel left out of the magical shenanigans, but I can definitely see why Iz likes him.
