It's been on my bucket list for a while to make a decent render featuring a character with 3 legs. The biggest barrier to entry on this is the fact that making a leg symmetrical is very much not something Daz is natively meant to do, and I am still not able to use blender or anything to any proficient skill yet to be able to make it myself.
In my ideal world, I'd actually keep the middle leg as having 5 toes, just in a more symmetrical arrangement, but with the morphs I have available, it was either 2 or 4, and I've already did a render with the 2 toed effect.
There's still quite a bit of sway in the direction the leg is originally angled for, but I want to say I did a passable job at the very least of trying to make the middle leg neutral. I can promise you it's more neutral looking than if I had only adjusted the foot.)
