The Epic Conclusion (Spoilers in Description)

Methodology: Well, the reason I originally extended the deadline was because I didn't want the vote to end in a tie. And it ended in a tie anyways. So, I was left in an awkward spot, because I absolutely did not want both girls to win (I'll explain why in the my thoughts journal that will come out after the epilogue is completed), but it's pretty difficult to argue with two ties in a row. So I hope I found an acceptable middle ground.

So, in the end, I decided to make Annette the true 'Winner' of ANGA S2, because on that first day of voting, she was in the lead every time I checked the polling until quite literally two hours before the polling closed (I basically checked every two hours). And while Sable was in the lead earlier today when I checked, a few hours later an Annette vote tied it out again rather quickly, and it remained tied for the rest of the day. So, based solely on the fact that she was in the lead for longer than Sable, and nothing else, Annette is our official champion of ANGA S2!

I've got a whole bunch of people to thank, but I'll be saving that for the true ending: The epilogue! Coming out in a day or two (depending on how much of it I finish tomorrow). For right now, if you really want a short list of people I'm going to thank, just look in the descriptions of previous parts.
