Introducing: Magical Skype.

That's right everyone! America's Next Great Assistant Season 2 starts this week! Well, really character introductions with a voting period on which characters should be competing, but then on Saturday the real show begins!

Quickly going over some ground stuff, this season is more or less going to run similar to last season, with some exceptions that I'll reveal later. One I will reveal right now is that we're going to try out using the Deviantart Polling system for at least the first midweek and elimination challenge (I'll decide from there how I feel about using it).

Audience participation is going to be basically the same as last year, with midweek and elimination votes, and daily comments/questions to the characters being asked in the comments. I would highly recommend taking part in the comment/question portion of the interactive, as it's a fun way to help shape the world and characters in your own way. If you got ideas you want to share, or ask some questions/comments that might be a little too universe breaking, feel free to message me using the note system, and I'll try my best to respond back to you (assuming I don't plan on revealing the answer to your question later ;) ).

I'm also going to ask for people to be patient with me for these first couple of parts being late. I did not realize over my break that DeviantArt had decided to completely change the formatting for how they accept Literature pieces (for the worse I might add...) and since I generally write these in a word processor and copy them over, I lose all of my formatting and have to spend practically another 30/60 minutes going back in and fixing it.

Anyways, I'm excited to be back, and I hope that I can make this year's interactive just as, if not more, enjoyable than last years!

Update: May 6th, 2020: As I've revealed in Sable & Sinopia's Audition Tape, I've changed the ending to better reflect the fact that there will not be a poll on which contestants will be selected for the season proper.
